She pretty much 'handled' everyone from the phone lol. This is for a vow renewal and I am 50; I also just had bariatric surgery and lost 106 lbs very quickly. I had a lot of concerns for both my age and the weight loss but they were all knowledgeable, extremely positive and encouraging. They brought out the alterations lady (also a wonderful, wonderful woman) and she understood every concern I had with many creative suggestions to help my insecurities. They included my husband and my friend with laughter and fun. They were patient, gave me time for each issue and understood exactly what we were wanting. Honestly, I was a bit reserved about this with it being a vow renewal for our tenth anniversary and an older 'bride' to boot but they made me feel pretty and welcome with many smiles from all the nearby associates. They were very safe and respectful with open minds to everything I was thinking but also kept a positive, professional attitude. I can't thank them enough-they gave this couple a wonderful and special experience; my husband loves the dress and veil we got!

I have recently had the misfortune of bringing a couple projects to Logo This for printing on…read moreT-shirts. First off, the cost of printing a fairly simple design was pretty ludicrous. A black design with mostly letters and a simple graphic cost $20 to print on a $10 shirt. I have been dealing with printing companies for several years as a graphic designer and have never encountered pricing this awful. Second, one of the requirements is that a file be rendered in vector graphics for printing, which is pretty standard. You would think however that the staff would have some experience working with illustrator files, but you would be very wrong for thinking that. Out of 50 T-shirts that were printed one came out bad, and just from looking at it it was obviously a printer malfunction. When the shirt was brought back to be redone they tried to blame it on the artwork. I'm sorry, but if it was a problem with the art work then why did only one come out bad, furthermore why did you try to give it to a customer? That's terrible quality control and shows a real lack of concern for their customers. I didn't want to leave a bad review but I pretty much had to. It's all been pretty unfortunate. I hope they can improve.

The try on experience was not fun.. we had a scheduled appt and felt SO rushed the entire time, the try on rooms are one right on top of the other- nothing private or calm about it. You're crammed in next to everyone else's wedding party and it was just chaos. The stylist was very blunt and kept saying things like "you won't like this one" "this isn't the one" "I don't know why you'd pick this ugly one" "people ALWAYS choose the first dress they try on" which we didn't do, it was actually the third.. but the constant comments took away from the special time. Even the stylist next to us was rushing her bride saying "you won't get through all these dresses, you're only allowed five" We left and my sister got in the car and felt like wow that didn't go how I dreamt it would. What a shame. If you're looking for a budget friendly place- it's okay.. just know what you're going to get going in.. because it certainly isn't a great special experience. Really disappointed.

Here are the reasons I ultimately didn't go with them. It basically boils down to customer service…read more I scheduled an appointment and put my gowns I wanted to see in my cart for them to show me - all in my budget. When I walked in the door, I was ANXIOUS. I didn't bring my bridal party. I brought the two people who spend the most time with me - my 24yo daughter and my 5yo son. There was a Black-American employee that when I walked in, looked at my son and said loud enough for me to hear, "Oh, here we go" as she rolled her eyes. No one really greeted us at all. The girl that worked with me was sweet. It was her first day and she was very kind and caring. She told us to browse, but it's not like we knew where to look, what sizes, or designs. I've never done this before! My 5yo was the one that took the lead and pointed out dresses he thought were pretty. Ultimately, she only showed me 3 of the 12 dresses I had picked out and only 1 was within the budget I identified. All the ones that were in my cart were also within my budget that I could purchase same day. Although she was really sweet, did her high pressured sales tactics, I had made a clear statement that I wasn't buying anything for 24 hours after the appointment and I was sticking to it. The dress I was stuck on was the one the 5yo picked out. Kid has taste! Upon leaving, we had a nice chat with the rest of the ladies (except the Black employee who cut her eyes again and left), where I learned that they no longer get a commission. If you want to tip, take cash! Ultimately, I bought my dress elsewhere mainly because I was really clear on my budget and what I wanted to see and it really wasn't followed and as well as how my child was regarded. He was well-mannered, polite, and sat quietly until asked to help pick a dress. It left a really bad taste in my mouth.
