I walked in and told Nancy my dilemma. She was quick to start pulling dresses for me to try on. Nancy was very attentive and accommodating. She listened when I told her what type of dress I wanted. I was thankful to be able to find a beautiful dress right off of the rack. For being a floor sample, all of the beading was intact and did not need to be dry cleaned. Lucky for me it did not need alterations, although I needed it bustled. Nancy was able to have my dress ready the morning of my wedding. She did a wonderful job. The try on experience was not fun.. we had a scheduled appt and felt SO rushed the entire time, the try on rooms are one right on top of the other- nothing private or calm about it. You're crammed in next to everyone else's wedding party and it was just chaos. The stylist was very blunt and kept saying things like "you won't like this one" "this isn't the one" "I don't know why you'd pick this ugly one" "people ALWAYS choose the first dress they try on" which we didn't do, it was actually the third.. but the constant comments took away from the special time. Even the stylist next to us was rushing her bride saying "you won't get through all these dresses, you're only allowed five" We left and my sister got in the car and felt like wow that didn't go how I dreamt it would.
