For Covid, they were extremely safe and we felt very comfortable with the precautions they took. They limited the number of wedding parties in the space at any given time and had us all in dedicated rooms, and were all distanced within the rooms. She pretty much 'handled' everyone from the phone lol. This is for a vow renewal and I am 50; I also just had bariatric surgery and lost 106 lbs very quickly. I had a lot of concerns for both my age and the weight loss but they were all knowledgeable, extremely positive and encouraging. They brought out the alterations lady (also a wonderful, wonderful woman) and she understood every concern I had with many creative suggestions to help my insecurities. They included my husband and my friend with laughter and fun. They were patient, gave me time for each issue and understood exactly what we were wanting. Honestly, I was a bit reserved about this with it being a vow renewal for our tenth anniversary and an older 'bride' to boot but they made me feel pretty and welcome with many smiles from all the nearby associates. I was thankful to be able to find a beautiful dress right off of the rack. For being a floor sample, all of the beading was intact and did not need to be dry cleaned. While…read moreleaving ok'ing at the wedding dresses my dress consultant saw I was uncomfortable with every dress I tried on. She kindly suggested that we go down stairs and try on a few prom dresses to see if I'd like anything. I said ok and she let me try dress after dress but when I I tried on the dress I ended up buying she saw my face light up and told me so. They go my dress with custom alterations done within a matter of weeks. The seamstress skillfully add a special back panel to my dress because I told her I'm not comfortable with showing a big section of my back. She even used the scraps from the dress itself to match perfectly. She added buttons incase I need to open the back area to let air in on the big day. I'm so happy!
