    I have JUST gotten off the phone with this florist and spoke with The Owner…read more To speak with her was defended by the employee who answered the phone saying: "Unless you tell me your name, I don't know when she can talk to you." I told her "I will wait." Immediately ... she was given the phone. I explained to her what happened with my Mother's Day arrangement that was left on my front porch overnight on Saturday night completely unbeknownst to me any were to arrive. Saturday night's temperatures dropped to 32 degrees. There was a phone number listed on the 'card' for them to call. I was home ALL day. --- NO one knocked on the door! NO one called! She told me verbatim that her drivers are supposed to call, "but" if they 'can't' they are supposed to let me know. I told her I could give her the order number from the card, but she never inquired. I reminded her of a delivery of roses delivered to me 2 years ago, that I called and discussed with her. She and I talked it over that year, as I am a very rational person/understanding person. She offered to replace my order that year, but I explained that no matter what she tried to send 'could' replace what the sender had sent me. She was apologetic and very remorseful 2 years ago. Just today (Monday May 9, 2022) Shelly, continued to defend herself by complaining how it is to have 400+ orders to fill, can't eat, can't sleep and her body hurts because she is overworked trying to fill orders during holidays. Never ... in my life have I spoken to a person who owns a business yet defends her and her drivers' actions by complaining. She said to me, and I repeat: "Until you come here and see what goes on, you won't know." Guess what? I don't have to: I was the recipient NOT the owner!!! SOME PEOPLE DON'T EVEN HAVE FOOD TO EAT, yet you have a job, Shelly I am posting this review for you all to know what this person/owner said to me. To be thankful for the business you have could be humbling and not to complain to a recipient of your product could be rewarding. I am completely appalled! I am in SHOCK! I will make certain that who sent these flowers to me knows to never use this florist/owner again. Furthermore, I live within 15 minutes of travel time from this business who obviously has issues with taking/filling orders, not to even mention speaking with the recipient with some calm/concern/respect instead of disdain because she receives a call about an issue. Every person with common sense knows you don't leave live flowers outside in 32-degree temperatures without any calls about leaving them there. The flowers the person I love sent me are ruined! I received other Mother's Day flowers from a neighboring florist who DID have the courtesy to knock on the door and wait for me to arrive. I will make certain my loved one knows to use the competing florist instead. REPULSIVE! UNACCEPTABLE! PATHETIC! Maybe after Mother's Day orders are complete, Shelly, you can eat, sleep and your body doesn't hurt from filling orders you're blessed to receive ... and then ... you can rehearse what you had nerve to say to me on the phone! --- I'd be very ashamed --- I live close enough to make certain that the MANY people I know in and around this area know what I have just experienced, so they're not treated both the way I was spoken to, and how my loved one was taken for granted. Question for you, Shelly: Would you continue to support a restaurant that you received food poisoning from? Guess what? My flowers are sick ... ... and so am I !!! NEVER ... EVER ... AGAIN !!! ~Take notice people~
