The recipient never got them, and we would have never known had we not called the shop ourselves. At no point did they inform us that the delivery never happened. No call, no email--just a false confirmation that everything was fine. When I called to figure out what happened, I was met with the most disinterested and scripted response imaginable. The woman on the phone couldn't have cared less, offering no real explanation, no genuine apology, and absolutely no sense of urgency to fix their mistake. The lack of transparency and effort to make things right was shocking. Mistakes happen, but lying about a delivery and forcing the customer to chase down the truth is unacceptable. If you want a florist that actually values honesty and customer service, look elsewhere.

I chose Lace Leaf Co because Krysta seemed very enthusiastic and appeared to understand my vision for my wedding before I paid the deposit. She advised that she would also check in periodically before the final decisions needed to be made. She never checked in and I attempted to check in myself at the 6 month mark and let her know that I had chosen my colors. She ignored my email. As a bride I felt uncomfortable with the lack of communication for such an important event. I explained this to her but she refused to refund the $550 despite the fact that she had put zero effort into my wedding so far. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.
