They were also poorly packaged/decorated with straw bows, not even a nice ribbon or cloth. And once again, the owner was rude and looked right through me as if I wasn't even there. The whole place was pretentious and overpriced. If you're looking for care, creativity, and beauty in your next bouquet, Phoebe's is not the place.

I am not someone who is super interested in flowers, but the very first time meeting with her, suddenly couldn't wait to see what she had in store for us. The work that she did was absolutely perfect. We didn't really have a solid idea of what we wanted, so we showed her different aspects of what we liked. From that, she made custom pieces for us that were so unique and beautiful, even the wedding venue staff was telling us how much they loved them the next morning after the wedding when we picked up our stuff. We are so thankful that such a big portion of our wedding planning became so stress-free because we could be confident that she knew how to make our vision come to life. I can't recommend her enough. I was in a restaurant and she left a voicemail. I was out of town and didn't return for 3 hours. Flowers were dead. My sister spoke to ProFlowers who assured a new bouquet would be delivered. I called the number of the driver who apologized and repeated that a new bouquet would be delivered. It's been 3 days and I haven't heard a word even after texting twice. DO NOT USE ALCOTT'S, their service is terrible.

It turns out they were giving away for free the exact same pen I had, and the salesperson gave one to my roommate and I. The salesperson, Anatonia, was friendly and professional. She offered for us to try some of their own brands or vape juice. They were really good and we bought a couple of bottles. She took the time to show us a bunch of different products, at the same time helping another customer and never missing a beat with both of us.
