My friend sent me a picture of them and I was VERY disappointed because they would not hold up more than a couple days.  If they are going to charge premium dollars for roses, they need to be somewhat fresh. These were supposed to be a special present for her 70th birthday and they were not. I contacted the business through their website to complain, however, it was never acknowledged.

Deceptive and Unprofessional - Do Not Trust This Business…read more I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, only to receive an email confirming they had been delivered--except they weren't. The recipient never got them, and we would have never known had we not called the shop ourselves. At no point did they inform us that the delivery never happened. No call, no email--just a false confirmation that everything was fine. When I called to figure out what happened, I was met with the most disinterested and scripted response imaginable. The woman on the phone couldn't have cared less, offering no real explanation, no genuine apology, and absolutely no sense of urgency to fix their mistake. The lack of transparency and effort to make things right was shocking. Mistakes happen, but lying about a delivery and forcing the customer to chase down the truth is unacceptable. If you want a florist that actually values honesty and customer service, look elsewhere.

When you pay upwards to $100 on flowers and they are mediocre it can be very frustrating. Had such a difficult time working with this place. I live out of town and so was only available to…read morecome in on the weekends. I had to literally hunt them down for several weeks in order to get my contract that I had been asking for for months. When we tried to pay them 2 weeks before the wedding we were told we couldnt because the floral manager wasn't there. Even the assistant store manager of price chopper couldnt help us! We finally received our contract one week before the wedding and when I finally looked it over, I noticed there was the wrong color listed for our centerpieces. When I called to ask, I was told the flowers were already there and since they shipped from S. America, nothing could be done but 'not worry, they will look pretty anyways'. Not what a bride wants to hear less than a week before the wedding. Had to call customer service to complain and then finally the correct color flowers for the centerpieces were ordered. All of the flowers did turn out beautiful with the exception of my bouquet. I specifically asked for 100% white flowers, however the flowers looked pale yellow! I was devistated to see the yellow against my pure white dress. Spend $150 on my bouquet alone and they were yellow. Although everything but my flowers turned out nice, it was such a hassle working with this store and therefore I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
