They have done all of the huge planters we had by our pool for years. Went today to their Christmas open house and left in a very festive mood with my head full of decorating ideas for the Holidays. Something you'd send a friend for a birthday. It wasn't worth the money I spent. Very very disappointed. There was supposed to be a plaque with a beautiful saying in it as a keepsake. Nothing. Not there. Ticked off. I wont be ordering again.

Their floral orders go to website that promises same day delivery, but then when I went to order (in the am) it was not possible. So I moved on and ordered flowers through an outfit in Las Vegas that guaranteed to deliver same day. Local businesses like this are shooting themselves in the foot by turning away committed prospective customers with (very) poor service. #SpruceRidge - I hope you are tracking your NPS and can use this to improve. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really work to help out their clients. I was recently there and had to have some lumber cut to length and loaded. They were super helpful and quick to get everything cut and loaded up. I have seen them care for walk in clients that weren't savvy in building and yet they took good care of them and were very helpful. They are not a big box store. But rather a throwback to when businesses took care of their clientele.

We has picked a brand, style and color elsewhere, and wasn't optimistic I'd find it cheaper. Joe didn't have the color we picked, but had a good supply of a similar color at a price that really knocked our socks off - This one deal cut the price of my project by half! Joe was great in person, very easy to deal with and the guys at the counter we're quick to help with the payment portion. Pricing was exceptional, well worth the extended drive to Rome. The guys in the years we're very quick to help, did a great job of loading the 2400 pounds of material (excellent forklift work, and a very helpful crew on a 90 degree day) Joe was there to wish us a safe trip as we departed the yard, a very good experience, and one I'll be happy to repeat again when we start our next project.

I was sort of torn about this place because I don't see the need for a whole store dedicated to air…read moreplants, but having gone I get it now. First off, they're very nice people who work here and they should succeed in this world based only on that, but secondly, they're clever. Also the store itself is very fun, hip, and nice inside. When I went in they were having a free air plant day. You should say wow, they're giving away their product for free? how will they ever make money? well, the rainbow cupboard doesn't just sell air plants, they sell a lifestyle, by which I mean air plant accessories to post to insta. So now, free air plant in hand, was I just going to not spend any money on air plant accessories? that would've been impossible. So they managed to get me to go to a store and buy a thing I otherwise would have passed on just because half of it was free. When it comes down to it, I'm not even mad about it. Now I have a nice little simple air plant. Anyway, at the time of writing I think this is a great gift for a daughter of a certain age, but that may change depending on whatever is cool and I'm too old to really know, so good luck out there.
