She had pictures of multiple events they have done, and they were also willing to try new ideas. They also had an incredible assortment of nicknacks and party favors for our guests. First off, they're very nice people who work here and they should succeed in this world based only on that, but secondly, they're clever. Also the store itself is very fun, hip, and nice inside. When I went in they were having a free air plant day. You should say wow, they're giving away their product for free? how will they ever make money? well, the rainbow cupboard doesn't just sell air plants, they sell a lifestyle, by which I mean air plant accessories to post to insta. So now, free air plant in hand, was I just going to not spend any money on air plant accessories? that would've been impossible. So they managed to get me to go to a store and buy a thing I otherwise would have passed on just because half of it was free. When it comes down to it, I'm not even mad about it. Now I have a nice little simple air plant. Anyway, at the time of writing I think this is a great gift for a daughter of a certain age, but that may change depending on whatever is cool and I'm too old to really know, so good luck out there.

My friend sent me a picture of them and I was VERY disappointed because they would not hold up more than a couple days.  If they are going to charge premium dollars for roses, they need to be somewhat fresh. These were supposed to be a special present for her 70th birthday and they were not. I contacted the business through their website to complain, however, it was never acknowledged.

Deceptive and Unprofessional - Do Not Trust This Business…read more I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, only to receive an email confirming they had been delivered--except they weren't. The recipient never got them, and we would have never known had we not called the shop ourselves. At no point did they inform us that the delivery never happened. No call, no email--just a false confirmation that everything was fine. When I called to figure out what happened, I was met with the most disinterested and scripted response imaginable. The woman on the phone couldn't have cared less, offering no real explanation, no genuine apology, and absolutely no sense of urgency to fix their mistake. The lack of transparency and effort to make things right was shocking. Mistakes happen, but lying about a delivery and forcing the customer to chase down the truth is unacceptable. If you want a florist that actually values honesty and customer service, look elsewhere.
