The work that she did was absolutely perfect. We didn't really have a solid idea of what we wanted, so we showed her different aspects of what we liked. From that, she made custom pieces for us that were so unique and beautiful, even the wedding venue staff was telling us how much they loved them the next morning after the wedding when we picked up our stuff. Hanna and Elle are outstanding florists and wonderful people to work with. My vision of flowers was was "pretty and lavender" and they took that and ran with it. My ceremony was originally meant to be outside but as the day got closer and the weather turned, Hanna made sure to be in touch with me and easily adjusted to doing the ceremony inside. Walking into the venue and seeing their work was incredible. The ceremony area was beautiful, the bud vases on the tables and along the mantels were so pretty and so perfect, me and my guests absolutely loved every detail. Hanna delivered the flowers to Beardslee, spent the afternoon setting up, and made sure to see me to give me and the bridesmaids our bouquets (which were STUNNING). From the initial consult all the way through to the wedding, she answered my questions, listened to my vision, and was all around amazing to work with. Deceptive and Unprofessional - Do Not Trust This Business…read more I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, only to receive an email confirming they had been delivered--except they weren't. The recipient never got them, and we would have never known had we not called the shop ourselves. At no point did they inform us that the delivery never happened. No call, no email--just a false confirmation that everything was fine. When I called to figure out what happened, I was met with the most disinterested and scripted response imaginable. The woman on the phone couldn't have cared less, offering no real explanation, no genuine apology, and absolutely no sense of urgency to fix their mistake. The lack of transparency and effort to make things right was shocking. Mistakes happen, but lying about a delivery and forcing the customer to chase down the truth is unacceptable. If you want a florist that actually values honesty and customer service, look elsewhere.
