The flowers that were delivered to my event were not the flowers I ordered and paid for. Allow me to explain. Per the invoice my bouquet was to be cascading with white and ivory roses, callas and hydrangea with dendrobium orchids and coral spray roses for. I sent a picture of the cascade I wanted and she stated it would cost more, which I was okay with as this is what I wanted. The picture was a bouquet that cascaded down the front of the dress. What I received was a bouquet that was a cascade however, it could not be held in front of my dress and had to be held in my arm. The flowers had white roses and dendrobium orchids. No calla lilies and no coral roses. The toss bouquet was to be "of similar assortment". What was made had hydrangea and roses, nothing similar to mine or the bridesmaids bouquet. Bridesmaid bouquet were to be a "smaller version of brides", again no calla lilies or coral roses. For the grooms boutonniere, I ordered white calla lily with coral spray roses. We received a white (slightly brown) rose. I ordered and paid for 2 boutonnieres for the ushers and received none. For my centerpieces I paid for 7 to have "white pumpkin with a wreath around it of greens and the bridal flowers". I received 6, and the wreath was a plan green wreath, no flowers what so ever! The other 6 centerpieces were "an arrangement flowing from inside with a mixture of the bridal flowers and greens". I received no calla lilies or dendrobium orchids. I also ordered an arrangement for the mantle "a large arrangement of flowers similar to the bridal flowers". The "large" arrangement was 7 inches long! It consisted of several hydrangeas 3 dendrobium orchids and 6 roses. The arrangement for my head table "trailing orchids and greens with hydrangeas and roses.
