My family and I went to Becky's Custom Creations for my Grandma's funeral flowers. Dee, the owner, was fantastic to work with. There were a lot of us with a lot of ideas and she was able to tame our chaos and guide us through the process. While we picked out general pictures from her books, we asked for changes to make them exactly what we wanted. We could not be more pleased with how they came out. Absolutely perfect! Rosses that costed $160 didn't last even a week! I would not recommend this florist!

I have ordered flowers for my aunt for Mother's Day & Christmas from this business for the past few years. They are always fresh and beautiful. My little sister passed away in Florida and I had to make all her arrangements in North Syracuse in a rush. I flew into North Syracuse and wasn't able to arrange for flowers till late in the evening. I explained my situation to Becky and a gorgeous arrangement was delivered to the church the next morning. Because it was December in upstate NY Becky had to make some color substitutions. She told me this in our initial conversation and I was completely comfortable leaving it in her hands. The arrangement was beautiful, even better than the photo on her website. I paid for a deluxe Mother's Day arraignment through Teleflora and while I understand substitutions sometimes need to be made and it may not always look like the picture, I was very disappointed to see that my deluxe arraignment consisted of mainly carnations and baby's breath. Becky's Custom Creations is an amazing place for flowers. We had flower arrangements done for our wedding-- bouquets, boutonnieres, petals for the flower girl, flowers for the alter at church (also used at the reception). They were absolutely perfect, exactly what I asked for, and even more beautiful than I had hoped. Deanne was very friendly and extremely helpful. From color combinations to providing all the tiny details we didn't even think of, she went above and beyond to help us figure out what would work best for our wedding. One thing I really appreciated as a bride is how clearly all the pricing was communicated. Everything was completed and delivered to our church exactly as we had agreed. With all the craziness of having a wedding, it helped make the day more perfect having flowers NOT be something I even needed to think about. I called directly and was able to discuss the exact flower options for a bouquet to be delivered to a family with a new baby. Becky (or whoever spoke with me) was able to tell me how the flowers might differ a bit from what was on the website based on exactly what she had in stock and was also able to tell me the time of day when the delivery would take place--we had discussed that the mother would just be coming home from the hospital and I therefore wanted the delivery the next day. My friends sent a picture, and the flowers were beautiful and matched what we had discussed. Even better, the lady delivering the flowers knew that there was a new baby and knocked quietly at the door instead of ringing the doorbell so as not to disturb the baby. read more
