You can see where the redness of the buffer on my actual fingers

For my little sisters birthday I decided to take her to get her nails done today which is 10/16/2022 Sunday. We had an appointment for 1 pm and we got right in. The lady who did my nails did not clean the under side of my nails or cut them, she buffed my actual fingers which caused pain and I will submit a picture of my nails below. She did 2 coats of shellac and it was very very streaky so I asked for her to do another layer and was very silent and then did it. There are still little dents and scrapes on my nails and the services were very rushed and took 28 minutes for me and my sister. The lady who did my sisters nails did an ok job but my sister found a hair in her nail after we left and there was paint on her fingers. I am not happy with the service but I still left a tip. Also the customer next to my sister was telling her nail tech how to do her nails because the nail tech wasn't doing a good job. I hate to leave a bad review but am not happy with the services.

    Colored French Tip Stilettos

I called the place before I went (several places that said they allowed walk-ins online and were supposed to be open were closed upon arrival). They said they require appointments but since it wasn't busy he could make an appointment for me within the hour. There were only 2 nail assistants when I arrived but I was helped right away. I asked for stiletto colored French tips, selected my own colors from a wide variety and was seated with a very polite young lady. She remained friendly and lightly bantered throughout the 45 minutes in the salon (15 of it was the nails drying under a light). She trimmed back all my cuticles , buffed out my nails, applied ointment, did fill gel and paint. Overall very gentle. I didn't realize until she had already painted two of the nails fully that she didn't hear me say stiletto colored FRENCH tips. Not wanting her to have to redo the nails, I relented and allowed myself rainbow stilettos, which looking back, matched every outfit! The full gel set was only 25$ and considering other places I've went to in the area.. I'll be coming back!! 10/10 would recommend, just speak a little louder through the mask.

huge and thick, they didn't even file them down after putting on the acrylic. and some sides of my nails are flakey, and they are uneven not worth $50

I received an excellent acrylic fill here yesterday. They were extremely accommodating to my walk in appointment, and I waited less than five minutes and the fill itself only took about 45 which is great since I was going on my lunch break! The tech was extremely detailed in giving my manicure, and he was able to get very even and not overly thick acrylics. The fill itself was only $15, and I paid $3 extra for a nail repair and $3 extra for an upgraded polish. I will definitely return here!

They did an amazing job on my daughter's nails! She was really nervous and they made her feel comfortable.

Their products don't last. My dipped nails chipped on day 2 and they ask me to pay to get it redone.

I paid $66 tip included for a simple gel pedicure. Nail tech Ro had to redo the gel portion because…read morethe polish was not cured properly the first time. I was thankful that she fixed it because she mentioned that this happens sometimes when she's doing pedicures. Unfortunately the following morning when I woke up I noticed the polish was still not properly cured. The polish was lifting and underneath the cured top layer was a thick sheet of uncured polish on both big toes. I went to a local shop to get it fixed and they explained that this could have led to an infection and that it's good that I noticed and fixed the issue quickly. I called the shop the same day and I was told that Ro (nail tech) was an independent contractor and they would not be able to refund me on her behalf. I was told I needed to leave my information and speak with her. A total of 3 days pass and then Ro text me to apologize for the inconvenience and offered me $10 of the $60+ that was spent. I did not believe $10 was a fair amount as I had now put $90+ towards a pedicure. I requested that she at least send $20 to almost cover the repair cost especially since I tipped her just under $10 alone...but she refused. Im thankful I did not receive an infection from this shop. I appreciated the friendly atmosphere during my visit, but the service quality and resolution afterward were disappointing. I hope the salon considers improving their policies when services don't meet basic expectations.

Had an acrylic fill with Alex and I won't be looking any place else for nail care! I love this…read moresalon!
