My very first visit was amazing. I felt like they did such a thorough job and that the prices were outstanding even tipped more than half of what my out of door cost was because I was so appreciative.. then my next visit, a month later the pedicurists was digging at my toenail, trying to get excess cuticle out of my toenail and it hurt a little bit but I didn't think it was any big deal Until I get home and realized how tender my toe was, you can see in the picture what she did.
I was so happy to find a nice place to get my nails done so at my next visit I went back and I showed her the picture and I just said could we just be a little more careful please I really love it here but my toe. It hurt for over a week.
The second picture of my heel was what she did that day when I asked her to be more careful with my feet. That also made it hard for me to walk my heel was bleeding in the foot spa tub and she cut so deep scabbed over while it was healing. I just give up... I give up I really love getting my nails and my pedicures It's the only nice thing I ever do for myself.
It takes forever when you're there because even if you schedule an appointment, they squeeze people in while they're doing your nails and you have to sit and wait and then they rush you out and you don't get a good job because they're in a hurry to get to someone else As you will see in my 3rd picture that was supposed to be a simple ombré.... If I could put a zero star I would. They cut hair too, and the nice man offered to cut my son's hair for free for the first time. He said he really liked my son. My son is autistic and he is a good conversationalist but there is no way I feel comfortable or safe, letting an establishment like that cut my son's hair. What if they cut his ear or scalp... :( I'm never going back. read more
