My friend and I came here during lunch time in a friday without appointments for a mani pedi and were seen immediately. The pricing is on par with most salons and the techs were wonderful. The salon didn't feel cramped and didn't smell like nail polish remover like some do. They had TVs on most walls so you could watch while getting your service. Their nail color options were quite large and the experience was great. They do take credit cards but like many salons they recommend cash. read more

Usually receive good service here. But not so yesterday. Pedicure water was lukewarm cold for this time of year! The nail tech did not put on a base or a top coat. She only put on the color? There are other places in Lansing that charge only $30 for basic pedicure and this place charges $35. I won't be back!!! read more

Got a Mani-Pedi with my mom, and the pedicure portion was good. Although the manicure portion was underwhelming. My mother had a lady who took an hour (basic manicure non-gell), and the coats were uneven and not smooth. My pedicure was good. They did a good job trimming up my cuticles and everything. Although when it came to my manicure, it was rushed, I waited 10-15 minutes for someone, and when he came, he rushed it, resulting in a messy look. There were splotchyness and waves on the nail polish, along with drips, leaving me with what is seen in the photos. Overall, I'd only get a pedicure from here after this experience. read more

They did an awful job, they cut my dtr and made her bleed, the design they put on the nails looked like an elementary schooler drew it, they dropped the brush and continued to use it putting hair in the nail polish, their work spaces were dirty, they did not put fresh towels down between clients, and did not clean tools between clients. I called to try and resolve the concerns, left a message and also submitted a request online and did not get a response. See pink Valentine's nails in the photos. read more

I loved this salon! Very very busy! I originally made my appt for 5:30 on a Friday but not even 15 minutes later, i got a call from tracy to see if she could push me back til 6:15; which was fine. I figured they would be busy seeing as how spring break was the following week. I definitely underestimated just how busy they were lol. I got there about 6:05, signed in and waited. I waited til about 6:30ish, which i didnt mind at all. She sat me down, confirmed what i wanted, and got to work. We chatted a bit and laughed at all my previous nail attempts at Ombre (ive tried 3 different salons and all were horrible). She nailed it. I absolutely love my nails and the service I received. Will definitely be my salon from now on! Tracy was so nice and friendly. Overall, i had a great time there. Very happy with my nails and cant stop looking at them. read more

I hate to do this, but I have to say what a horrible Nail experience this was... The worst I have EVER had, which says a lot. Not only was my technician, visibly upset, tired, and annoyed, however, his work was horrendous. I'm not sure if it was a bad day for him or that's his every day style, but the lack of attention to detail was abundantly clear for anyone, even people who don't know nails. The glue from the tip add-on was slapped on, leaving chunks of glue stuck under my nails, the dip powder application is so thick, my nails are a few centimeters high, the shape was horrible it looked like duck feet/fins, and the product was all over my fingers when I left. I try not to be picky and have an open mind when getting my nails done, but this mess was OBVIOUS! I spent 1 hour when I got home fixing the shape, removing the product from my fingers and removing dry glue chunks from under my nails. I know I should not have paid for these nails and should have asked them to remove it all, but I was in shock and at such a poor quality and honestly was in disbelief. I will not only never go back here, even though it was one person that did my nails, but I will tell anyone that is looking for a place not to go because I don't wish the awfulness of my nails on anyone! read more

The guy did a really nice job on my fill. I was really happy then the owner told him to charge me $40.00 for a fill since I had longer nails. They were not that long! I will never go back. It took him less than an hour to do the fill. For that price, I can do them myself! read more

First time client looking for a walk in appointment for a gel manicure. Top notch COVID safety protocols! Before entering the salon, you scan a QR code on the door and fill out a health screening questionnaire. Upon entry I was asked what service I needed and to select a polish color. The technician then took my temperature and asked me to wash my hands. I was then directed to take a seat at a workstation. The technician was wearing gloves and two masks, and we were separated by a plexiglass wall. My nails had not been attended to much at all for months, but when I left they looked amazing. Called and made an appointment only to be met with disrespect once there and was helped an hour later after being told "a few minutes" was ignored when I tired to explain it was 40 minutes past my appointment and treated rudely. What's the point of making an appointment if you won't be helped on time??? Do not go here they're good at first but not consistent, Tracey is the only good technician here and even then she traded places at the end of my appointment making me feel rushed because of the close time when they made me wait AN HOUR initially when I made an appointment prior. A technician named Martin finished my nails and really rushed and did a bad job finishing after Tracey. Do NOT go here! read more
