The space is extremely clean. They have 2 infrared saunas & a Himalayan salt room. As well as other services. The sauna rooms are adorable, spotless & well stocked. So relaxing. I leave feeling like I'm floating on a cloud! The Himalayan salt room is cool & refreshing. They have zero gravity chairs or bean bag puffs for true relaxation. I feel the effects immediately when I'm in there. There are no other businesses in close proximity that offer the services offered here. I would highly recommend giving them a visit!

My wish was simple - the option for lovely holistic body treatments that I have experienced in big cities like Sacramento and LA, but accessible in our day to day life in our beloved small towns like Martinez. There's so much charming greatness to be found in the burbs, so why not the simple luxuries as well? Lucky for you and me, that day has arrived. Owners Angela and Martin have opened InsideOut with two fabulous infrared saunas, a salt therapy room on the way soon, and their endless supply of good and welcoming vibes. First things first - if you've never experienced an infrared sauna but are like me and kinda addicted to sweating (if you know, you know!), you are going to love it. Infrared heat as opposed to the old school approach of simply heating the air around you is much easier on the body (you don't feel like you're breathing fire in the desert, you truly do feel the difference of the infrared actually penetrating your body and warming you from the inside - a healthier and far cleaner holistic treatment). Enough with the science, back to the luxury! The sauna units are located inside small private suites, well equipped with water, towels, various supplies to prep you before and after treatment, and a small remote control to change the lighting inside the unit (light therapy really changes the vibe, play with it and have fun!). Once inside, there's lovely spa music, which can be adjusted to whatever you like or turned off, and a backrest for total comfort during your session. I love how each treatment is so personal - I've sat in silence, I've read a book, I've watched an episode of my current binge show. Your sweat session is what you make it! Also chat with the owners about what session is best for you - I'm a fan of the cardio program because it offers the 1-2 punch of high heat AND a long session, but there are so many other options like weight loss or anti-aging. It only took one session for me to sign up for a monthly membership, and visiting InsideOut has quickly become a highlight of my week! Angela and Martin have made me feel like family so quickly, and it's an absolute pleasure to support this new and unique small business in beloved downtown. I so look forward to continuing my visits and witnessing their evolution! Do not hesitate to add a visit to InsideOut to your next trip downtown - to relax after work, to keep on sweating after a workout, or whatever suits you best. If you're like me, it will be one of the greatest discoveries of your year!

She is easy to talk to and makes great post treatment suggestions. Her space is very clean, welcoming, and nicely decorated. Her prices are straightforward, and I love that she has online booking. I usually find parking right out front. Her treatment helps with my sinus congestion, and makes me feel lighter. I highly recommend Holly for all your massage needs.

I was immediately impressed walking into the business, it's very clean and relaxing, cute decor and smelled really good from the essential oils. The treatment room was peaceful to walk into. Holly explained what to expect and had me lay on a heated crystal (or salt?) mat, it was cozy! Her presence was incredibly calming and the experience felt like a very deep meditation. I truly felt lighter at the end and Holly had mentioned certain problem areas that aligned with things I had been through (without telling her anything about my situation). This is a session you must go into with an open mind. It was so helpful for me and I hope others have the opportunity to see her. I can't wait to go back to try a massage!

I joined after reading reviews and receiving local recommendations. While I've only been a member for two months, I can tell this gym will make a difference. After having experienced a gym or two (or ten) in my time, this is a totally different and individualized experience. To ensure i get off to a good start, and to make myself accountable, I engaged Ben (owner) for training, and he is great. Ben "meets you where you are" and doesn't use a one size fits all approach to training. No two sessions are the same, not to say there is repetition so that I can learn, but he is really trying to learn about my and my capabilities. He also takes the extra effort, on days that I go to the gym without scheduling training, to have a routine written out on white board for me to follow - and even those are unique sessions. I can tell that this gym, and Ben's training will make a difference in my longterm health! Still working up the courage to join the "boot camp" classes, but even those have participants of all levels and each exercise is adjustable to your ability.

They are poor business people who I do not trust. I was treated rudely by both. I could have had their tub almost immediately but I figured if they will treat me poorly on about a $6000 purchase (they were less than Jacuzzi), what will happen after they have my money & I have a problem? Jacuzzi of course is the name brand. I can trust them. I also trust Ed Moore. We were told that due Covid supply chain issues the wait about be 10-12 months. We waited a little longer. Everyone was polite & responsive. Robert, head of the delivery crew was helpful. We bought the J-315 which is a smaller unit. That is all of the space we had. The purchase was for relaxing sore muscles & not for parties. It was $9000+ when I ordered & $13,000+ today. The manual explains a lot but doesn't explain everything. That is where ED MOORE comes in. I visited him a few times & was a question box. Everything is functioning properly. The jets hit the areas I want them to hit. I know at motels I have found some hot tubs only focus on the lower & mid back & not the shoulders.

The experience was great until something went wrong. Then, crickets…read more We were happy with the sales and installation process. However, in less than two years, the spa cover started deteriorating quickly. I don't think it's going to last through the summer. Customer service asked for a photo of the warranty tag on the cover. There is no tag and no evidence there ever was one. During several calls and emails, customer service insisted the cover manufacturer would not honor the warranty without the tag. An attorney I spoke to said this is illegal: I have the original receipt and Paradise does, of course, have a record of the sale, both of which should be enough to prove the sale. After I insisted, customer service ghosted me. I'm probably going to have to take them to small claims court.
