Jana introduced me to several new-to-me modalities, most of which I can apply between massages. Having never practiced much energy work before I was surprised how effective I found it. After a few failed attempts at Massage Envy (don't go there!), I found Franz (through his great Yelp reviews)! Today was my 5th (or so) massage with him and it just keeps getting better! I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants not only a relaxing massage, but really needs it due to constant muscle pain. I would come in every week if my bank account would let me . His prices are very reasonable and he actually massages the full time, instead of others who take away from the time for undressing/redressing (if that made sense)!

I have been coming here off and on for a while and that had never happened--it tends to be a red flag in massage parlors. I said no thanks and said that I always paid afterwards. Shown into a room, got undressed, got on the table and lay there for 15 minutes. No idea whether my non-interest in paying up front led to this but who knows. In any case, I had enough additional time to get up, get dressed and leave, thinking about all the other things I could have done with the hour I just wasted.

I came to him dealing with chronic and constant back pain, mostly from recent weight lifting and what I later learned was some misalignment in my hips. I had tried sports massages, heating/icing, foam rolling, stretching and nothing seemed to help my lower back pain. I was honestly just hoping for a little relief--but what I got was so much more. Dan is not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in his work, but he also brings such a grounded, genuine presence that made me feel immediately at ease. He took the time to really listen and understand what was going on with my body, and his approach was both intuitive and precise. After just one session, I've already noticed a real difference in how I move and feel--something I didn't think was possible after struggling with this pain for so long. Dan was also extremely flexible around my schedule and worked to get me in last minute, which showed not only his passion for what he does, but his commitment to helping others. And I have to mention Stella, his sweet dog, who was the cherry on top of an already healing and comforting experience. She brings such a warm, calming energy to the space. If you're dealing with pain or just want truly therapeutic bodywork from someone who really knows what they're doing and cares deeply about it, I can't recommend Dan enough!

I was coming in twice a week for 6 months and not only was my surgeon confused with my progress, he said my hip would have worn itself out within 2 years... the new hip that supposed to last 20. Originally, I had a 90 minute myofascial massage scheduled but since Domi had another client at 4PM, Domi saw me for 75 minutes and afterwards, I felt my legs were lighter and I could walk easier. I came to see Domi because my lower back had been hurting for days and my right hip bone was in pain for two weeks and not getting better. I decided to get a massage before seeing a MD. The myofascial massage was a bit painful. Domi only worked on my stomach, right thigh, and lower back for 75 minutes as those were my problem areas. She said to give two days for my body to heal and that one session wasn't going to resolve all my problems and to see her in about a week or 1.5 weeks for another session if I need to. In the meantime, she taught me 3 exercises to stretch out my hips and my stomach muscles. First time clients get a 20 dollar off with a coupon code and that made the pricing more affordable (145 for one hour) but I do feel bad that I didn't give Domi a tip today as I was unprepared and compromised from my lower back pain but will definitely remember to tip the next time I see her. Prices are not that high when you consider Domi's skills, her professionalism, and hard work. There are package deals available too. Thank you Domi!
