Just had the most FANTASTIC deep tissue massage with CJ. I'm a mom to four littles and deal with chronic tightness and pain in my upper back and arms. After one 90 min session with CJ my body is more relaxed and loose than it's been in YEARS. I've seen numerous other massage therapists at much pricer places, but CJ has a gift for doing deep tissue work like no one else I've ever worked with. Do yourself a favor and book with him - I will be coming back!! read more

I'm literally sitting in the car after my appointment writing this review because I had such a great experience this review couldn't wait! My fiancé booked me a 1 hour halo-therapy + 1 hour sauna + 1 hour massage as a Mother's Day gift and oh my goodness am I glad he did! The spa is beautiful and thoughtful, peaceful and tranquil. I completely forgot I was in Antioch the moment I walked through the doors. There is so much good energy circulating here! All 3 of my experiences were magical and healing- also stoked to find out they offer neuromuscular massage as well as lymphatic drainage treatments and body work! I know I have found community in Daphne and her wonderful team and I look forward to many more experiences and transformations to come read more

I booked a group event here for my birthday and was amazed at the turnout! I chose Abundance WellSpa after trying out their salt therapy and sauna (first time trying those) and loved the whole experience. I worked with Daphne and she gave all the options for the group package. The 6 of us enjoyed some champagne, snacks, and went right into the antigravity chairs to start the salt therapy. With all that is going on in the world right now, we could all use some time away from technology/screens, some time to relax, and and enjoy self care. It's family owned, clean, affordable and WORTH IT! I also brought my 6-year-old, who is having bad asthma due to allergies. My only feedback is to create some kind of membership for those who'd like to join. Thanks again WellSpa! -Larena read more

I have a very sensitive stomach! Many foods /drinks affect me, I am learning what I can have and what I can not have ! Sunday I started having matcha tea and I bought Thai coconut milk in a can , I don't know why but I didn't look at the ingredients, I know better but I didn't, it has an ingredient called gar-gum and I reacted , however didn't put it together until Tuesday evening , I was in so much pain Monday and Tuesday my tummy started to bloat so bad ! Wednesday I did a lymphatic drainage massage ! And you can see from the pictures how much inflammation it took away! Anyways it's been a huge process for me to figure out what affects me and and what doesn't and another thing to add to a list of what I can't have. Our bodies are amazing and tricky - I'm not in my 20/30s anymore and I am learning this body out slowly ! But if I could share one thing is how important our lymphatic system is , and how you can help it work properly! I just want you to know there's alternatives to holistic-living , we are conditioned to believe western medicine is the only way to "fix" everything, and I just want to share you don't always need a pill to fix it . yes I know some need them to help live and keep them going but there's also ways to help naturally! Live your truest life ! I can't promote a lifestyle and not live it - If you have questions about anything and any services call / text abundance Wellspa you won't be sorry ! I promise you ! Great place to come for natural healing remedies and salt therapy. Did my first round of salt halotherapy to help me with my seasonal allergies and I cannot wait to go back again. They also have saunas here too which is great! Staff here are super friendly and helpful, I'm really excited to get Reiki therapy done next. I even purchased some essential oils to take home with me. So happy to have access to a place like this, would highly recommend! read more

She made me feel so comfortable on my first visit. The facility is very clean and up to date. It's so relaxing as so as you walk in the door. I love Abundance Well Spa, starting with the owner, Daphne. She is so kind and passionate about what she does. I have experienced several therapies including, relaxing in the glowing, tranquil salt room (Halotherapy), the Balancer Pro (Lymphatic Health) and the Infrared Sauna which can be used for relaxation to detoxification, depending on the setting you use. Other healing modalities/services are offered as well as a shop for things like essential oils and salt lamps. Daphne schedules her clients so that they do not cross paths, making your appointment private. I walk out of there knowing I am doing myself a great service for my health and well-being. Talking with Daphne, I know she is planning to expand and I look forward to future offerings! Book your appointment, you won't regret it! read more

Abundance WellSpa - Had a wonderful relaxing salt therapy treatment in the butterfly room - Halotherapy Near Me - Antioch, California

If you're looking for a relaxing environment to refresh yourself from the inside out, I highly recommend Abundance WellSpa!!! It is so relaxing and peaceful inside and smells amazing! They have services ranging from salt therapy, reiki, detoxing with the infrared sauna, massage, and even body sculpting. I came for the body sculpting, which I have tried elsewhere in the past, and didn't see much results with my full 6 sessions, but I'm glad I decided to come here because my results after just ONE session are amazing!!!! Daphne has been amazing and always makes me feel comfortable and at home. I initially called to inquire about the body sculpting package (which I saw on Groupon) prior to purchasing and she was able to answer all of my questions and fully explain the procedure and how it works, which really helped me know what to expect for my first visit. I don't know what kind of magic Daphne is working but she is great and I highly recommend checking out this place for any of your wellness needs! So glad to finally have a wellness center like this in the Antioch area! read more

I've visited a lot of salt caves when I travel. I really like them. This one is wonderful. I like the ambience of the different rooms and the combination of salt cave and infrared sauna looks pretty fantastic, although I only did the salt cave - in the butterfly room. The overall ambience of the entire spa is really pretty wonderful - very good energy here. read more

I went for a lymphatic massage and I am addicted as well as the salt therapy. I have a bad asthma and tired of taking them inhalers that make me gain so much weight and just not helping my asthma at all. There are times I can't even talk as lose my voice in and out because of my asthma grasping for air. After the salt therapy I have not had any asthma attack as well as I can breath like a normal person and can talk without being scared of losing my voice in the middle of conversation. I am so glad I gave Abundance wellspa a try and now I am addicted. Also I tried the lymphatic massage as I heard a good review about it. And I am so glad I did and did not dissapoint me. I went just to have my water retention get taking care of. But it worked more than what I went in for. I actually did not see the changed until ny mom told me that my legs look like thinner and clear looking (mine you since I gained wait for taking the inhaler for my asthma I am very shy of wearing shorts and wearing a big shirt over my bathing suit). Today I went for a dip and my mom told me if I lost weight or did something. She focused on my legs since she knows that I hated my legs since I gained weight. I asked her what she mean. And she said your cellulite is gone! I looked and I keep.squishing my thighs and I'm likeeeee WOW! I did not even notice lol. And I went only twice. Amazing result I tell you! Can't wait for my next appointment. And what makes me love this place more is Daphne! She is just amazing! I am definitely hooked! read more
