My fiancé booked me a 1 hour halo-therapy + 1 hour sauna + 1 hour massage as a Mother's Day gift and oh my goodness am I glad he did! The spa is beautiful and thoughtful, peaceful and tranquil. I completely forgot I was in Antioch the moment I walked through the doors. There is so much good energy circulating here! All 3 of my experiences were magical and healing- also stoked to find out they offer neuromuscular massage as well as lymphatic drainage treatments and body work! Just had the most FANTASTIC deep tissue massage with CJ. I'm a mom to four littles and deal with chronic tightness and pain in my upper back and arms. After one 90 min session with CJ my body is more relaxed and loose than it's been in YEARS. I've seen numerous other massage therapists at much pricer places, but CJ has a gift for doing deep tissue work like no one else I've ever worked with. I booked a group event here for my birthday and was amazed at the turnout! I chose Abundance WellSpa after trying out their salt therapy and sauna (first time trying those) and loved the whole experience. I worked with Daphne and she gave all the options for the group package. The 6 of us enjoyed some champagne, snacks, and went right into the antigravity chairs to start the salt therapy. With all that is going on in the world right now, we could all use some time away from technology/screens, some time to relax, and and enjoy self care. I have a very sensitive stomach! Many foods /drinks affect me, I am learning what I can have and what I can not have ! Sunday I started having matcha tea and I bought Thai coconut milk in a can , I don't know why but I didn't look at the ingredients, I know better but I didn't, it has an ingredient called gar-gum and I reacted , however didn't put it together until Tuesday evening , I was in so much pain Monday and Tuesday my tummy started to bloat so bad ! Wednesday I did a lymphatic drainage massage ! And you can see from the pictures how much inflammation it took away! Anyways it's been a huge process for me to figure out what affects me and and what doesn't and another thing to add to a list of what I can't have. Our bodies are amazing and tricky - I'm not in my 20/30s anymore and I am learning this body out slowly ! But if I could share one thing is how important our lymphatic system is , and how you can help it work properly! They have services ranging from salt therapy, reiki, detoxing with the infrared sauna, massage, and even body sculpting. I came for the body sculpting, which I have tried elsewhere in the past, and didn't see much results with my full 6 sessions, but I'm glad I decided to come here because my results after just ONE session are amazing!!!! Daphne has been amazing and always makes me feel comfortable and at home. I went for a lymphatic massage and I am addicted as well as the salt therapy. I have a bad asthma and tired of taking them inhalers that make me gain so much weight and just not helping my asthma at all. There are times I can't even talk as lose my voice in and out because of my asthma grasping for air. After the salt therapy I have not had any asthma attack as well as I can breath like a normal person and can talk without being scared of losing my voice in the middle of conversation. I am so glad I gave Abundance wellspa a try and now I am addicted. Also I tried the lymphatic massage as I heard a good review about it. And I am so glad I did and did not dissapoint me. I went just to have my water retention get taking care of. But it worked more than what I went in for. I actually did not see the changed until ny mom told me that my legs look like thinner and clear looking (mine you since I gained wait for taking the inhaler for my asthma I am very shy of wearing shorts and wearing a big shirt over my bathing suit). Today I went for a dip and my mom told me if I lost weight or did something. She focused on my legs since she knows that I hated my legs since I gained weight. I asked her what she mean. And she said your cellulite is gone! I looked and I keep.squishing my thighs and I'm likeeeee WOW! I did not even notice lol. And I went only twice. Amazing result I tell you!
