Toni doesn't hold back information even if you are not ready for it. For me that was drinking. We were desperate to find someone help us navigate our toddler's severe eczema that had plagued her throughout her entire life as she was suffering in preschool and often had to be kept home due to it. Dermatologists and her pediatrician both kept having us try stronger and stronger topical steroids that we would see temporary relief followed by rebound itching. Dr. Maimone's office was clean and beautiful tucked in downtown Danville. Parking is a bit difficult but we have always been able to get a spot for our appointments. Her staff has always treated our family kindly and professionally. Every appointment with Dr. Maimone has been informative and professional. She always takes her time to answer our questions and give a thorough explanation of the approaches she is taking. Every step made sense along the way. She had us do thorough testing (blood, urine, stool, genetics) and the results were both saddening and enlightening, as our daughter had a multitude of deficiencies in her gut, vitamins, minerals, and certain other distressing markers like inflammation. Some of these were things I had asked her doctors to test due to my research yet they would refuse and say it was unnecessary. You will have to pay out of pocket for this testing but note that it is FSA eligible. After the test results were received, Dr. Maimone formulated a regimen and thoroughly explained every piece. She took the time to find things that a child would be more likely to take or let us know how work around anything that did not taste pleasant. She was aware of contraindications between the supplements to maximize their effectiveness. We never felt pressured to buy anything that would not work for our budget. We started going to her around the end of Q1/beginning of Q2 in 2025. During this time our daughter was incessantly itching and suffering, waking up multiple times a night EVERY night to scratch. She would refuse to wash her hands due to the pain which would result in frequent illness. Other children would make fun of her itching and rashes. We as a family were in constant stress and worry mode. Just one month on the regimen, it was a HUGE improvement. Her teachers seemed astonished by the change and frequently commented about how much better she was doing. She stopped waking at night and her rashes were about 80% improved. We just went through a second round of testing and the results were proof that we were on the right path. Almost all her results were normal. Dr. Maimone provided us with an updated regimen to tackle the remaining deficiencies. Just a month later, we are 95% healed! Her hands were always the biggest struggle as she still had some leftover itching, but the itching has basically ceased and her skin is finally almost fully healed. This is all from less than a year of working with her. We plan to continue to work with Dr. Maimone to help our daughter heal her body. I think that no matter your issue, working with Dr. Maimone will leave you improved in some way, and you will have invested in bettering your health. We are so grateful for her help!

I am not clear why the same business has two Yelp profiles so I'm posting again: A family member of…read moremine was diagnosed with cancer, and while researching treatment options, I came across Infuze MD. After a brief call with an employee named Paolo, who spoke positively about the clinic, I shared the information with my relative. In hindsight, I realize that in my desperation, I may have overlooked warning signs. At the time, I did not realize Paolo is not a medical professional, even though he was the first person discussing treatment options. The clinic is owned and operated by Dr. Nilda Agnes Abellera, who is board-certified in PEDIATRICS but whose clinic advertises integrative medicine. My relative traveled from out of state to begin what was described as an "intensive" 20-day cancer program. According to her account, the first three days did not feel intensive. She reported that infusion rates appeared slowed, staff could not explain the scientific basis for some treatments, and the doctor missed a planned medication review. She also observed what she believed was dried blood on a chair and described an IV bag fully draining while the needle was in place, which worried her. On October 9, 2025, she said her care was terminated immediately after raising concerns, without timely written notice, referrals, or arrangements to ensure access to medical care until she could establish care elsewhere. Referrals were only provided after I contacted the clinic. This abrupt termination caused a delay of over a month in her treatment and worsened her PTSD symptoms. She also tried to obtain her medical records multiple ways. On October 10, she requested them in person but was denied. She also submitted a written request and used the clinic's online inquiry form. As of this writing--52 days later--she has not received her complete records. When I called the clinic, Paolo was tense and dismissive, and I could not speak directly with Dr. Abellera. Given the situation, I became concerned about whether proper procedures were followed and intended to file a complaint with the Medical Board of California. Additional observations and concerns (personal experience): Family-run structure: The clinic is owned by Dr. Abellera. Paolo appears to manage many aspects, and another family member may also work there. This raised questions about oversight and role clarity. Online reviews: Of 32 Google reviews, 5 were five-star without details. Only one mentioned "cancer," making it hard to evaluate patient experiences compared with other clinics with hundreds of detailed reviews. Difficulty communicating with the physician: My relative and I tried to speak directly with Dr. Abellera; she did not speak with me, and my relative felt the doctor was unwilling to address her concerns. This lack of communication was alarming given her serious diagnosis. Cost vs. expectations: The program cost approximately $1,800 per day. Based on my relative's experience, the services did not match the program description. Others may feel differently, but this was our impression. Social media promotion: Paolo participates in Facebook groups promoting the clinic without identifying himself as an employee, which seemed misleading. I have included a screenshot for reference. In more than a decade in healthcare, I have never witnessed a more concerning divergence from a physician's duty to do no harm: terminating care without notice, effectively leaving my relative without immediate, comparable care options while facing life-threatening cancer.

My physical therapist was amazed at how quickly I was having a response to the treatment and how quickly my recovery was once I started the treatment. As my leg had discloated and the condyles had smashed each other, I was in a bone-on-bone connection. We've done a few of these procedures, and for the first time in 26 years I no longer have any pain in my knee. I've been doing a myriad of different modalities, including yoga, pilates, chiropractic, acupuncture and rolfing, and I believe that it's a whole practice of wellness. She expertly put me on a regimen of non-toxic compounds that she adjusts every quarter based upon her indefatigable updating of the advanced science on which she relies. She is both caring and direct. I credit her with much understanding and support and, essentially, keeping me alive while I avoided toxic recommendations from my more traditional team. The complexity of Dr. Mielke's patients means that while she has a killer memory and excellent medical training plus nearly a quarter century of running her clinic, she simply cannot know everything that will ultimately be the key to a particular individual recovery. For those dealing with autism, Lyme and similar tick borne illnesses, for supplemental information that may be really helpful to try, give the recordings from the Autism Health Summit 2025 a hearing (info@autismhealth.com). This will cost you $100 and access to a wonderful, intelligent support group to inspire your journey.

This review is long overdue…read more I was seen by Dr.Mielke from April 2020-July 2020 and then again from November 2020-April 2021. In total, I had approximately 9 visits either in-person or through a voice call. To her credit, Dr. Mielke did try her best to treat my ongoing mysterious symptoms; I have been unwell since late summer 2017. I do credit her for introducing me to a few things that were of help with chronic Lyme. She introduced me to the Relax Brand sauna, PlusCBD oil, and LDN. She also helped me understand that have a double mutated MAOA gene and cannot tolerate SSRIs.I thank her for these suggestions /prescriptions. However, by the last visit or two, I understood that she really did not know the root cause of my issue. She kept suggesting nutrition testing and practicing DNRS- neither of which helped to a large extent. In December 2020, she put me on a trial of herbs used to treat Lyme. In February or March, she put me on a full on herbal protocol. After 30 days, I did not feel markedly better. She pompously proclaimed, " Well then, it must not be Lyme. This protocol worked so well for so-and-so." I get the impression that she is not well-versed in treating Lyme. If she was, she would have ordered a CD57 test and used Vibrant Wellness labs to check a full spectrum of tick born illnesses. I'm sad that I spent this time and money not to feel any better. If you suspect you may have Lyme, be advised before selecting Dr.Mielke.
