My first time at Oud Spa. I had a 90 minutes Swedish massage with Leo today. At first, I was hesitant having a male masseuse and he said, just try and tell me later. He is correct, to try and tell me. During the massage, he asked if the pressure is okay. It is perfect no adjustment needed for pressure. I will return to this place and Leo will be my dedicated masseuse person. The place is clean, clean bathroom, massage room, warm table, clean blanket, peaceful and perfect sound music for massage. My masseuse was Sarah. She provided a splendid interaction and very friendly service my whole visit. The massage parlor is very clean and quiet. I requested a 90 minute Swedish massage and it was very relaxing and rejuvenating. Sarra adjusted the pressure to how I wanted it and kept it fluent throughout the entire massage. She focused on the areas that I mentioned I would like to be highlighted during the session, and she massage the rest of my body very well too. She helped take out a knot that I had in my lower back she could feel the tightness and her massage technique made me instantly feel more relaxed. There was relaxing music playing. The bed that I was laying on was a tad squeaky when she was massaging my lower body that would be the only thing that I thought they could improve. Very rude. I've been coming here for a little while and had good experiences. But the last one was very saddening. I had a couple massage with my gf, and they didn't realize we could speak their language and they were making fun of our bodies and expected us to tip them well. While the massage was decent, we were appaled and I decided never to come back here again. I can only imagine what they say to others that cant understand them. I have been a regular client of Oud Spa for the last few years and have always noted that the place and the rooms are clean and well kept, and the staff are polite and professional. The location is excellent with plenty of parking slots. The past several months I have been attended to by Eva whom I found to be proficient, mindful, courteous and attentive to your needs. You don't have to remind her of your expectations because she simply starts working on them methodically and quietly every time. Oud Spa is probably the better choice in the area. read more

I have gone here many times, and truly appreciate the cleanliness. Things have changed since opening in that you truly must have an appointment to get in. I especially needed a good massage this time. So. I booked a week in advance. I always get the deep tissue because it's necessary as the masseuse digs in deeper. As a result of my work I have a serious amount of knots, and tight shoulders. For the 2nd time now i got this shiatsu style massage. I don't mean to be rude, but a person needs strong hands for deep tissue. This young girl tried I guess with her young hands. I need the real deal, and when I pay extra for Deep I want Deep. EVA has been working on me for several years and I've been able to avoid the knife. Doctors have been wanting to cut on me and also give me shots but I've continue to just deal with it. Went in with the wifey and had a 25 minutes scalp massage. When I say the massages were no where near the same experience for each of us, that's exactly what happened. My wife had her neck and shoulders massaged along with her scalp, I on the other hand had thumbs to my forehead, temples on repeat to the point where it was becoming annoying and I should have probably asked her to stop. My wife had an older woman, I had a younger woman. I'm not sure if there was a lack of experience or what was going on. I wanted so bad not to leave a review because I want to support local businesses but if you are looking to treat yourself to some relaxing massages and you're not into rolling of the dice...maybe worth checking out other businesses. I'm almost tempted to go again but request the older lady and see if there is a difference in treatment. Incredibly rude. If I could give zero stars I would. Came here with my boyfriend for a couples massage. My boyfriend has came here a couple times and said the massages were good. Massage was decent but everything else wasn't. They did not realize I understood and spoke their language and they made fun of our bodies, talked very negatively about other customers and complained about the tips they get from customers all while massaging us, not only that but I believe either their manager/boss or maybe it was the owner herself came in during the massage telling them to hurry up since it's been over 40 minutes and to get ready to service other customers, mind you we booked in advance for a one hour massage so I honestly don't know why the hell you would hurry up the massage after only 40 minutes especially when we came on time. Honestly I've been to other massage places that also spoke the same language they did and never once had I hear such rudeness and entitlement from employees before. I told my boyfriend to never come back here ever again and to never tip them as much as he did in cash because these people don't deserve our business. Honestly just appalled by the overall behavior and audacity of this place. I can't imagine what other things they say or do when customers aren't paying attention nor understand what they're saying. Never again! Side note, the language they speak is Mandarin Chinese. At this point I don't care what people are going to say or comment but I have never wanted anyone to go the fuck back to China more than these imbeciles. read more

I randomly visited Oud Day Spa for a little R&R, and to my surprise, this hidden gem was just what I needed. The staff were so welcoming and friendly! Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted and helped immediately. The gentleman who initially met me at the check-in counter, offered me a seat and poured a cup of water for me to sip on as I waited. He offered to assist with my service, but I opted for a female masseuse instead, which required a little bit of a wait. It was pretty brief, maybe about 30 minutes. I was soon greeted by Sara who provided the best massage ever! She was intentional and took her time to make sure I was at ease during the massage -- confirming pressure comfort and periodic check-ins to make sure I was okay. Sara was also very personable and friendly, which added a nice touch to the service. This was by far one of the best (if not the best) massages I've had. I will definitely be returning for another massage and additional services. I've already scheduled my next appointment with Sara and can't wait! I'd definitely recommend this place; solely based off the massage alone. $75 for 90 min was a little underwhelming. I liked that they were available and easy to book online. When I showed up, the massage guy started right away and did heavy pressure points. I wanted to relax, even fall asleep but the massage was very aggressive, ankle turning, wrist bending, joint pressing level 10 pressure. I had to stop a couple times to tap out and I think he understood but he kept doing it again. I still tipped him $20 but I'm not sure if I'll be back again. read more

Each room has total privacy with wall extending all the way to the ceiling and everything is clean and well maintained. The staff have all been wonderful. The experience was good. I'd return. The area was clean and well maintained. I brought my mom for her birthday and we felt relaxed at the end. We did a couples massage. Same room, usually they ask if you want male or female. We had one of each but it was an option that we had. My issue was communication, I don't think the staff understood much english. My wife was really excited to bring me here after good experiences the few times she's been here. Unfortunately our experience this time wasn't good. We had a couples massage booked a few days (maybe a week) in advance with certain masseuses requested. We arrived 10 mins before our appt and no one was at the front desk. When they did show up they did have our appt on their computer, but didn't have a room ready and none of the people we requested available. I'm not sure why they weren't there due to language barrier. We waited in the lobby for 20 mins before we had a room. Then another 15 mins in the room before they got started. We had deep tissue massages scheduled but that isn't really what we got. The staff was nice but the the massage just wasn't good for either of us. I'm sad that I have to update my review with less stars. I made an appointment on Saturday 3/16 for a 30 minute chair massage on Sunday 3/17 at 10am. When I arrived I informed the gentlemen of my appointment and he looked at me like a deer in headlights and full panic. He tried to tell me something, but unfortunately his English was very broken and it was hard for me to understand what he was saying. He made multiple phone calls to someone about my appointment and what to do. I at least could gather that information. I'm assuming he called the owner? He then said something along the lines of 2 people here and when was my appointment. I told him today at 10am. He then said tomorrow? I said no, I made it for today at 10am. Then I asked if they still did chair massages because of this unknown confusion. He said yes. I still didn't have clarity and then he showed me a text message from someone that they were sorry and needed to reschedule. I got up and walked out as this was a waist of my time. It's frustrating when they give the option to book online, but when the day of your service comes, no one is available to help you. I scheduled this quick 30 minute service because I have had some back soreness and had plans later in the day so I wasn't able to reschedule and due to work my weekdays are packed. Easy to book online. Masseuse was ready when I got there. Place had a nice a nice vibe. I booked for a chair massage. I was expecting a massage chair where I sit, but I was asked to lay down on a table. Massage wasn't great, plenty of times during the massage I felt like nothing was happening except for pressure. The best deep tissue massage I've ever had. Sara is very good and very knowledgeable. She addressed all the knots in my back I asked her to and a bunch I didn't even know I had. Also my neck was stiff and painful from sleeping wrong and she fixed that too. She talk to me about my issues, what's causing them, and gave me advice on how to prevent them.
