The woman working the counter was super nice which is a big plus in my book. out on the porch they have more items and then in the very back outside there's a separate building that has other items. They must have been burnt so many times that they have every safe guard set to protect themselves. The young lady working the day I went to pick up my items was very to the point. I didn't sell any of my items in 3 months which was fine (18 out of 20 items were clothing items new with tags). I was in there for about an hour an a half looking for my unsold items after the consignment period ended. I found 19 out of 20. I gave up on the last item. I was still planning to try to sell another group/type of items. However, after going to retrieve my unsold items, and feeling unvalued as a consignee, I have decided not to sell there again.
