When we walked in, my husband said that it looked like Etsy threw up into an actual store. In many ways, that's true with all the cutesy signs and tchotchkes. But this store really does have pretty much everything you might need to decorate your home. We were in need of some nice throw pillows and bed pillows. After searching through the maze of the store, we finally found the pillow aisles in the back right corner of the store. They had a large selection of throw pillows in many different colors, although they had a much more limited selection of the larger throw pillows. After searching, we were able to find five matching pillows (three brown, two blue) that were comfortable and would fit with our living room color scheme. Next we looked for new bed pillows. I found two down alternative pillows that gave the perfect amount of squish for a stomach sleeper like me. My husband found a firmer pillow with "cooling technology" that was perfect for his tastes. (We both slept so well with our new pillows!) The prices are pretty reasonable if you are willing to look through the products. We found the throw pillows for $8 for the brown ones and $14 for the blue. The full size pillows were $15-20 each. I would definitely return the next time I need some home decorating items. read more

THIS PLACE IS HUGE. I was showing properties in the area and never been to AT HOME. I had to stop in just to say I've been here before lol. I didn't plan on buying anything but found exactly what I was looking for. I'd been searching for a large full size mirror for weeks. I purchased on at Bobs but when they said it was on back order until May I was like... oh nah. So I came here just to see what they had and found the exact size mirror and aesthetic I was looking for. They have so much to see and buy. Faux plants, picture frames, kitchen stuff, headboards, etc. Great place to get staging items or if you want to just change up your home a little. Prices were affordable. The location is just a bit out there which is why I give it 4 stars. read more

Knick knack paddy wack, they have some of this and some of that!!! No matter what you are looking for for your home, this place has it. Accents, furniture, home decor, kitchen and bath needs can all be met!! Depending on the season, they also have a great selection of seasonal items. I can her looking for a floor length mirror and after taking in the vast selection I finally decided on the one. Prices are economical too! I saw a few mirrors here that I saw in other stores for way less. The store is well organized and clean. Beware of the long commercial walk to the register. Great marketing strategy though since they have a bunch of random things from candy, cleaning products and paper products lining the walkway to increase your total spend b y the time you reach the register. I did peep that all the snacks along the way were all over the place, such a huge selection yet none had prices on them. How many of you will make it all the way to the register with the candy, have your mouth set on it and the cashier says its like $5.25?? By now you want it, your taste buds are invested so you buy it. Genius I tell ya. Hopefully you wont need an associate because they are far and few between on the floor but definitely on the registers. Make sure you join the rewards program if you know you will frequent At Home. Make a list and stick to it or you will leave with way more than you intended buying stuff from this home to look at in your home. read more

I don't go to At Home on real regular basis, however if I'm looking for something special for my home I'll go to AT Home, this location in particular. I can usually find what I came in there for and usually other finds. Today, I took a friend as she is a new home buyer and needed new decor for her home. Didn't find exactly what she was looking for, however she did find some mirror pieces that she loved. If you have 5 hours to kill and a light jacket, definitely check this place out. They have EVERYTHING you'll need to furnish and decorate your home on the cheap. I love that there are so many different styles to choose from - sometimes I want a French provincial theme and sometimes I'm looking for something contemporary. They have it all. I come here mostly for plant pots, because they have every color pot you could think of and some cute styles I haven't seen anywhere else. I will say that some stuff seems poorly constructed and cheap, but hey, you get what you pay for. My only complaint is that this store in Woodbridge doesn't seem to be fully staffed. It's really difficult to find anyone to assist you, so you're pretty much on your own until you check out. read more

I really want to love this store. Badly. I love the fact that it has a HUGE amount of stock in the store, but when it is so unorganized that you don't even want to sift through it to find what you're looking for, that's a loss for everybody. I just wanted a few pieces of art but became so overwhelmed from the disarray that I just left. This store hasn't been around long enough to look like this. I just had to walk out of your Woodbridge store. Empty handed. What I wanted was 3 bar stools, a dining room table, bench, and 2 chairs. All totaling around $1400. Instead I left empty handed. I couldn't find a single employee in the store to help me. I walked the store 3 time and never saw or was greeted by an employee. There was one girl on the register and one on a ladder (I asked her for help but she couldn't come down and said "if you don't see it we don't have it" and she continued stocking). Many of your items in the store are heavy or have to be gotten down from tall shelves. Customers can't do that themselves. I had to climb over boxes and stools just to find one that wasn't broken or scratched. I know this isn't a high end furniture store but it shouldn't be a junk store either. I'm so sad because one location up in Rochester NY is so nice and I was hoping that with my move to the area this one would be just as nice, but I honestly couldn't spend my money there- physically I couldn't get the items to buy! I wanted to share because I was so excited to make my purchases but now am left disappointed and needing to find another store to shop with. read more

This place is trash and the trash here is too expensive. Everything I picked out was damaged. Every single thing. Then I went into the ladies room and it was disgusting. I did not use the toilet area but because it was so nasty I felt dirty just walking in there so I decided to wash my hands and there is not paper towels and the hand dryer doesn't work. It's like Home Goods on steroids...and a bit more organized. Imagine a Wal-Mart sized Home Goods and that is pretty much what you have here (I know, awesome, right?!) Pros - Lots of parking, clean, well lit, great selection, great rewards program Cons - hard to find anyone who works there (they keep a very lean staff), I've noticed that prices have been increasing quite significantly over the past year, not unusual to find damage on the goods (which they won't discount you for). NO CUSTOMER SERVICE My mother in law said to check this place out, we were moving into our new place and she said it was very nice. They have a ton of stuff but what they lack is customer service and knowledgeable employees. I will not go to this store ever again. I can find the exact same or even better stuff at other stores. I really liked a rug, but they didn't have the size I wanted, so I asked how I could get it. The employee told me to take pics of the style and scan code and go online to order it. Funny thing is you cant order anything online, and when I called the store to see if they could get it for me I was told no. To come back to the store another day and see if they got a new shipment. Total disappointment. Normally, I don't write reviews but this one deserved it. I visited this store on a Monday morning and it was a complete mess, there was trash in two separate isles that someone swept into a pile and left. The entire store was dirty and unorganized and merchandise was scarce. I tried to continue shopping but it was unbearable. An employee paced the store constantly bursting in loud laughter for no apparent reason (not sure if he had mental issues or not) but it was quite annoying, sorry. Not to mention he never asked if I needed assistance. Definitely my last time shopping at this location. Clearly management could care less. read more

The first time I entered this store I was flabbergasted. Its a massive experience but upon walking through it I found it lacking. Selections are limited in certain sections like bathroom decor and bedding. I saw some pretty things but didn't make any purchases. This place is a great store and so much to choose from! Lots of things for all area's of your house. The biggest problem this store has is the check out! Only 2 cashiers for such a big place. I know several people who have been here and experienced the same thing.They got up to the very long line then left their items in the cart and walked out. They are loosing a lot of customer's because of this. May want to step it up a notch and pay for another employee to run this place right!
