As we got our check, we asked if it was crowded more than usual because of the George Strait concert and if they had called extra help in. But being neurosparkly has its challenges that show up in the weirdest ways. While I have a very open palate and can be a total foodie, I can get very weirded out by textures. So when my meal came with all of the toppings chopped up into small cubes, I simply couldn't enjoy it. The waitress asked about it, and I told her it's my own weirdness and not to worry about it. They still took the meal off even though I fully planned to pay. I don't share this so that people will abuse their kindness, but so that people will know that this is a business with heart.
