I am beyond thrilled with the job that "Mr. D's people" did on my car interior. It looks and smells like new! Many months ago, I lost a charm under the front seat. The charm was very sentimental to me. My husband, son and I searched for it on several occasions and couldn't come up with it. Today, they found it while cleaning! Thank you, thank you, thank you! They even found loose change under the seat which they left in the cup holder! Great job, friendly people . . . . I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

Under previous ownership, this was an amazing place. Unfortunately, my experience today was a far cry from what it used to be. When I arrived, all the garbage receptacles were overflowing. I pulled around to pay for a basic car wash, but instead of simply processing my request, the attendant tried to upsell me twice. First, it was, "Pay today and get a free wash within 30 days!" Then came, "For an extra $40, we can detail your car." I explained that I was short on time and just wanted a basic wash. A female employee then came out and attempted another upsell, but the original attendant waved her off. Once I entered the wash, I noticed the employee responsible for guiding vehicles through was standing off to the side, looking at his phone. He continued holding his phone throughout the wash. Between the overflowing garbage, repeated sales pitches, and lack of professionalism, it's disappointing to see how far this business has fallen under new ownership. read more

I had an appointment booked on sunday september 7th, 2025 for exterior and interior cleaning/auto detailing. Right after I picked it up I noticed that there were some smudges on the infotainment system screen. Once I got a towel to wipe it, the smudges didn't go away, instead I realized it was water/moisture shown under the screen glass. The next day it got even worse with more moisture/water droplets showing. I went to the car wash to address this with the employees and they told me to turn the heater on max for 30 minutes and it will go away. So I did that on the spot and it was still there. They advised me to call or email the head office/owner to get this fixed. I have been in touch with the owners via their customer service and they haven't replied to my email yet. Instead they just tell me they will call me back and never do. One time they told me to go to the carwash to speak with a new manager who can help. When I went it turned out to be a cashier who emphasized they can't help and that I need to speak with the owner. When I call to follow up they ask me to check if there is a plastic laminate that trapped moisture on the car, that they will check their cameras and then most recently tell me they are not responsible for any damage on my car because of a document they make customers sign before they work on their cars. They never gave me the document and they never responded in writing to anything. Basically wasting my time and avoiding giving me any kind of direct resolution. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and currently pursuing legal actions. read more

I went in there for a car wash on May 5th, 26. When I picked up my vehicle I was very impressed at how clean it was. I was rushed to give a review before I leave, even asking me for my phone. I agreed as the job was good, it was cold and damp out and I just wanted to get home. I paid my $ 60 plus a $ 10 tip because again I was impressed at how clean it was. The terrible part was when i got home 5 min later. My gear shift all started flashing green and you could not tell which gear you were in. I tried to chat gpt it thinking it was something simple. I then called my dealership and said you will have to have it towed in due to the possible unsafety of driving it due to the gears were not representing what gear it was in. I just got a call today to say I have a $ 2244.18 bill due to the moisture gone through from the car wash thru the gear shift. I will be going be emailing their office probably tomorrow when I get my car back and the final bill is put together and the full video that my dealership always does and gives to their clients while working on the cars. Once I have all that I will ask for a full reimbursement. I will also ask for a reimbursement for the $ 70 I paid for the car wash and for the $ 35 I paid for a free month of car washes and for an additional $ 25 to pay CAA for picking it up to take to my dealership. This whole entire 2 days have been a nightmare. I noticed thru the reviews another person had a moisture issue and has taken legal action. If I do not get reimbursed I will also go through the legal system. Its pure negligence. And I will not be back. read more

Clean new facility... don't give them your credit card!! The attendant didn't tell me it was an auto renewing monthly membership at time of purchase. I was charged for three months where I didn't use their services and the manager refused to refund my money. read more

Excellent service, very accommodating and you just can't beat it for the price. I went in without an appointment on a weekday and even though they were booked up, they managed to squeeze me in. Despite being busy they didn't compromise on the quality of the work. The upholstery in my car was covered in dog hair and they only charged an extra $10 to make it look practically brand new. Great customer service as well. Do yourself a favor and get your car done here. read more

I took my wife's Grand Caravan to Mr. D's Carwash for a full detailing. The car had the wear and tear of two kids, two dogs and a BUSY lifestyle. Rick and his team at Mr. D's totally transformed the vehicle back to showroom quality for a very affordable price. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a quality detailing with friendly, personal service. read more
