I want to love this place. But this is the SECOND time the owner tried to trick me into paying more than I needed to. Their website clearly states prices for what you are getting. When I went to check out she states that it will be 70 dollars, after what I booked my appointment for was 50. At no time did she address that what she was doing would add money to the total. I called it out and she "lowered" the price for me, back to what it originally should've been. I will never go back to this place. read more

Nana is such a kind and warm person. She is an expert at her job! The place is clean, and the array of nail polishes to choose from is outstanding. Still a five. My original review is still true except my dipped nails last THREE WEEKS PLUS. Leslie and Mai (pronounce My and that's my grandmother's name) make it last that long until my nails grow too long and I have to get it redone. When I walked out of the salon my nails looked like 1 million bucks but after a while I started to see some imperfections behind the nails, it was all glue even all over my skin usually when I get acrylics, it lasts me about a month or two however I didn't do anything this week. Please do not come here if you dont want to waste your time or money!!! I left NaNa Nails and Spa Salon infuriated and vexed. Nana has a nice tone but overly pushy and applies a lot of pressure by repeating basically that she needs the income and to keep coming back. Well I will NOT be coming back. First visit, she had one of her staff do my pedicure and it was horrible to say the least (pictures will show what im talking about). Then nana proceeded to do my nails. My nails were going one way while my finger was going another. Very bumpy, not even AT ALL. After I left, I called her about the pedicure because i was just really disappointed after paying $175 + tips for 2 spa pedicures (my boyfriend got one as well--- and he expresses the same) After she requested photos, she offered to do my next one free. Mind you I am tipping her nicely even though I wasn't the happiest. Well fast forward to my second visit: it was even worse. After being hounded to sit on the pedicure chair, I go to dip my feet in and its BURNING hot that my foot was still tingling in pain for 2 mins after. Before we started on my nails, I had pointed out the mistakes in her previous work because it did not look good. She didnt fix anything. She has a way of filing and let me tell you it is not it. Its like she doesnt look at her work while she does things cus aint no way she didnt see this! Definitely not worth $75!!! Ultimately, she is rude and does not take constructive criticism well. As I am explaining to her, she hurriedly says "ok dont come back, dont come back" and as i am telling her this is NOT $75 worthy, shes insults me by saying "this is Beverly prices not Lynn prices honey". I had shared I lived in Lynn... very rude an unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend!!! P.S. I haven't even got into the design, but ill let yall be the judge. The spa pedi is an upgrade that I opted for and so happy I did with the hot rock massage, warm wax soak and essential oil massage it is amazing and so relaxing. Mani is exactly what I wanted. Showed Leslie a pic on my phn and they were more than happy to give me the look I wanted. Very pleased with NaNa's and Leslie. It is a small salon and the exterior resembles a house. Park across the street. I wasn't sure at first but no regrets. It might feel a little crowded for some if it is a busy day but I was enjoying my experience so much that I really didn't notice until I sat down to write this review. I had an awful first experience getting my nails done. I got dip powder for the first time and they came out terrible. Bumpy, lifted and looked grown out after I got them done. I was able to get them fixed and she dipped over my previous color, which didn't do anything. Less than a week later my nails are breaking off and most of my nails are in pain from my natural nail splitting/breaking. I did not have a good experience here. The staff was friendly until they repeatedly pushed that I should get dip rather than gel. From what I gather after reading other reviews, they do this to everyone. After finally agreeing to it, the manicure was rushed and sloppy. I left with polish all over my fingers. By far the worst part was that the woman who did my nails cut every single one of my fingers from filing my nails too aggressively. I left with all of my fingers bleeding. EVERY finger has a deep cut from the nail file. A manicure should not result in bleeding fingers. Would NOT recommend going here. read more

I thought I was going to have to drive to New Hampshire for a Medical Pedicure. I called Nana and explained my situation to her and she immediately put me at ease. Today was my appointment and let me tell you it was 10 times better than I expected.
