One of the few stalls that has its own little separate area from the other food stalls with plants and cute little decorations to make you feel; namaste. I opted for the veggie bowl and added the garlic naan for 3.99 which I'm glad I got because that garlic naan was to die for! I would describe it as like an Indian Chipotle, down to the kind of bowl they used and everything. Very good flavor, very filling, I was only able to eat half my meal. Ate there a couple of times before attending Worcester Red Sox games at Polar Park. Now we go eat there about once a month, usually a Friday after work to help wind down the week. It's so good. The buttered naan is a must. People working here are very friendly. The portion is healthy, sometimes we split one dish. The price is great. Really not expecting much from an Indian stall in a food court but we were totally blown away by Namaste Woo. Service was lovely & food was outstanding! I was most excited about trying pani puri. It is a hollow, crispy-fried puffed ball that you fill with a mixture of potato, chickpeas, onions & spices, then douse it with spicy water & sweet sauce. Pop the entire thing into your mouth & enjoy! We also tried the chicken samosas which were delightful. Hubby loves chicken tikka masala so we got an order of that. Nicely spiced with a ton of chicken & perfectly light as air basmati rice. We took a chicken Frankie home for late night munchies. A tortilla wrapped with rice, chicken curry, some veggies & spicy sauce. We washed it all down with a lovely mango lassi - a delicious creamy drink with mango, yogurt, milk, a little sugar & a sprinkling of cardamom. There are no words to describe my love for Namaste Woo! The food is absolutely delicious and the service is so so friendly! I am not sure I'll be able to eat anywhere else at the Worcester Public Market when I visit. In my opinion, the perfect meal at Namaste Woo would be: -A hot, flaky, flavorful samosa -A delicious piece of Garlic Naan -Chicken Tikka Masala (served over basmati rice) -A mango lassi. Seriously - don't sleep on the mango lassi!! ALSO - make absolutely certain you purchase a meal kit from the Market Pantry around the corner. It was so good that the last time I was at the Worcester Public Market I got this again as well as some naan bread. I haven't been to many Indian restaurants in Worcester but this is delicious. I was really excited to try this place because I love Indian food and there's basically none around my office. It's located in Worcester public market. Similar to haymarket if you've ever been in Boston. So cute with a great vibe and lots to love! Namaste is nestled in the back so you really need to look for it. The woman working was able to make recommendations for me based on my palate (since she did the cooking--I love this!) I was able to find something mild enough for my taste. She had recommended the paneer tikka masala. I usually go for chicken but wow I'm glad a tried this. It was soooo good. Really great flavor and only a tiny tiny kick to it. And Um about that garlic naan... wow! It was probably the best I've had. It's a little pricey for the amount of naan they give but it was totally worth it after eating it.
