This place was really good. We enjoyed eating an entrée and a bahn mi sandwich. The food was made reasonably fast and the lady was very nice. Good ambience.

Have eaten here several times. Wonderful food, and friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for better.

Saigon Nights - Fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce

The hoisin sauce bottle hasn't been cleaned in a long, long time and was disgusting to use. The 2 small square white serving dishes were each chipped (BIG chips) on multiple corners. I had a soup which came with multiple (processed?) meats. Each of the meat pieces were large, perfectly round, perfectly uniform in thickness and absolutely uniform in texture. It was almost like eating large, perfectly sliced baloney servings. The spring rolls are huge and about 99% diced lettuce, cucumber and very sparse strands of carrot. There were 2 medium shrimp in each roll that were lost amongst the greenery. The spring roll ingredients were fresh. I've had Vietnamese spring rolls before and these were about 50% bigger than those and bland. The service was great. The food came rather quickly and was hot with generous portions. We didn't complain about anything and we left the waitress an $11 tip on a high $50s bill. The decor inside, and out, was good. A nice atmosphere overall but this place needs a tune up before I'd ever return

Saigon Nights GOOD:…read more Nice food presentation, friendly service, interesting restaurant art BAD: Price for value, neither dish was impressive for the price. I was looking forward to trying Saigon Nights. The inside had nice art work, and the service was fast and friendly. I ordered egg rolls rather then spring rolls. I expected heavier with more filling. They felt and tasted like spring rolls in an egg roll wrapper for over 3.50 each. I ordered the vermicelli with pork and shrimp. It was okay - alot of lettuce, carrots and cucumbers. The pork was good, the shrimp were rubbery tough. I should have stuck to traditional pho, but I wanted something more unique. If I go back, I'd stick with a pho and maybe a bah mi to go.
