We were passing through PA and stopped here because of the reviews. It did not disappoint! Amazing selection of Chinese, Japanese and American food. Food was very fresh and everything was very clean. Definitely recommend!

It was really good and so was the price I would rank as on of the best Chinese buffets I've had in PA. The food was fresh and the place was the cleanest I've seen at a Chinese buffet. I loved the crayfish and wonton soup. Plus easy of and on the interstate was a plus Servers were friendly

Teriyaki chicken,steak and shrimp hibachi!

The best Chinese buffet I've ever been to, and very reasonably priced. Stopped with a full coach of travelers and everyone felt the same!

This is an excellent buffet. Much more than the standard Chinese food items. Fresh and vast choices

Great variety of main dishes, salads, sides, but I find the desserts lacking in taste and homemadeness.

Always fresh and hot! I wish they'd have a little bit more "Chinese" food and less "American"

We didn't know what to expect, especially seeing a few right-leaning shirts at the tables around us. Noticing this place while on a road trip we wanted to try it out. Breakfast was priced at $10.99 on the website. We got two plus one coffee and with tip the bill was about $35. Didn't add up, but ok. I noticed a few comments here about the staff being rude. We didn't experience that. From the cashier to the people serving drinks and picking up plates, they were nice and helpful. The food was ok, not great, but good for the price paid. I mean, from the mountains of food people were putting on their plates I'm a little confused how they make a profit. As a vegetarian and diabetic I had limited choice. If you are a meat eater, about every breakfast meat you can imagine they had, even something called scrapple, which is a regional thing I guess. There was an omelette station too. There was a dessert bar also. My husband -who has a sweet tooth- got a blueberry pie type dessert and could barely eat it because it was too sweet. As a diabetic it was good to see they had sugar free syrup and one sugar free dessert. On the buffet I could only have the eggs, mushrooms and a few house breakfast potatoes- which were quite good. We got there a little after 8:30 a.m. and it wasn't super busy. There was no waiting in line. When we left 45 minutes later, there was a huge line. Overall happy we tried it out. If we lived here we may go back to try out lunch or dinner. This isn't gourmet food, and for the price paid you wouldn't expect it. If you go, enjoy it for what it is.

I've been to Prime Sirloin twice now, once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times I found the…read morefood good. Yes it's a buffet but it's a large buffet with a lot of different selections. Did I like everything on the buffet, no, but I did find plenty that I did like. They have a hot bar, a salad bar, a specialty bar, and a bakery bar. Nothing there was terrible, nothing was inedible, as some reviews have hinted. Some I liked better than others and In fact I'd go as far to say it's probably one of the better buffets in the area. For all you can eat, the price was very reasonable. If you can't find enough good food that you like to eat here, you are way too uppity to be eating at a buffet. I'd definitely go back, and soon.

It was my second and last time there. Do not waist your money. I can't even think on how to describe the lobster. It was sickening and inedible. So nasty. Over cooked the point the meat looked like shredded yellow cotton balls. The tails were so mushy I was afraid to try them. Just over all nasty. Causes of black mushy and stringy lobster. I googled this. I should have taken a picture as well. 7 How to Kill, Cook, and Shell a Lobster | The Food Lab A black, soft, mushy lobster usually means it's not fresh, potentially dead before cooking, overcooked, or diseased (Epizootic Shell Disease), especially if it has a foul smell; if it's just a new molt with a thin shell, it's normal but watery, but the mushiness and black color point to spoilage or illness, so it's best to discard it to avoid food poisoning, as the meat breaks down quickly after death. Reasons for Mushy Meat & Black Color Death Before Cooking: If a lobster dies in the tank, its stomach releases enzymes that rapidly break down the meat, causing it to become mushy and discolored. Spoilage: A dead lobster can start to spoil within an hour, leading to that texture and off-color. Epizootic Shell Disease (ESD): A bacterial/fungal infection that makes shells soft and black, often fatal to the lobster. Improper Handling/Thawing: Rapid thawing in hot water or keeping it too long after purchase can cause issues. Undercooked Roe: Black, jelly-like spots inside can be undercooked roe (eggs), which should be red, requiring more cooking or discarding if questionable. This video shows how to identify a lobster that has recently molted:
