Tomorrow I make the commitment to buy my coffee from a local hipster coffee shop that only single origin pour overs from a responsible fair trade grower, buy all my produce from a farmers market, go to Goodwill and buy used clothing so I create less waste, and get my takeout from a mom 'n pop restaurant who sources 40% of their product from local organic growers.
