These are lashes and nail growth about 5 days after service, I had been in and out of pools, oceans, and plenty showers at this point. However, because I was the last appointment of the day at 5:30, the service felt rushed this time. I brought in a reference photo, and while the general color palette was similar, the final result did not closely match the inspiration. The marble effect looked more uneven and muddled than the soft, blended look shown in the reference, and the gold accents felt less intentional. Given that this salon is capable of detailed nail art, this result was disappointing. Also, the cuticles were not pushed back or trimmed, which made the nails look grown out immediately. The photos provided were taken the same day, yet the set already looks a week old. The space itself is beautiful, with luxury pedicure chairs and white marble throughout. Unfortunately, the pedicure experience did not match the setting. The massage portion consisted mainly of lotion being applied to my shins, and the callus remover was applied and then immediately rinsed off in the water. The actual removal took only about five to six seconds. While I do not have heavy calluses, the exfoliation was not done thoroughly or in the right areas, and there is still noticeable buildup. I really want to love this place and continue coming back, as their nail art quality can be excellent. That said, I may need to find a salon that either charges more for more detailed pedicure services or offers later appointments to avoid feeling rushed.

My daughter came in for a full acrylic set with a clear reference photo of what she wanted. Instead of being guided or advised, she was repeatedly pressured into a design she explicitly said she did not want. When she asked for smaller gems, she was told "no" multiple times. The final result looks nothing like the reference photo she brought in. The execution is uneven, bulky, and novice in quality, yet she was charged $90, which is well above the San Diego average for this level of work. The pricing reflects expert-level craftsmanship; the result does not. To make matters worse, she was also charged an additional $3 ATM fee, which was not disclosed upfront. This experience felt like a young client being talked over, upsold, and overcharged without regard for consent or satisfaction. That is not acceptable. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously, especially when servicing younger clients who may feel uncomfortable advocating for themselves. I will be going to The Little Nail Shop in Mission Valley to have the work repaired tomorrow. Casper always makes sure the work is done to the client's satisfaction.

I've gotten a handful for nail tech but unfortunately never got any of their names . The salon itself is pretty spacious and clean ! Each time I'm left satisfied and relaxed n never had a moment where I felt they trimming my nails too short or scrubbing too hard . Although I will say I always ask for a milky white color , and with that color it often requires multiple top coats . But on multiple occurrences I've had the nail tech visibly get annoyed / try to get me to do a more harsh white , which can get kind of frustrating. Some nail techs are more willing to go that extra step , which I do appreciate. Other than that , I'll be a returning customer .

She STILL took someone else THEN had me wait for 45 mins and if that wasn't bad enough she over charged me.. mind you this is how they treat a loyal customer of over 2 years. Also when I found this shop I thought it had just opened because of how horribly decorated, dirty, and dingy it looked. But I realized it's because they don't take pride in their work or their work space! NEVER GO HERE trust me if you want quality work that's worth your money go somewhere else!! I went here for a while because it was down the street from my house and cheaper let's be honest. But their horrible attitudes, lack of attention to detail, and lack of cleanliness makes it sooooo not worth it.
