So a good friend of mine referred me to this salon. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The owner Jimmy was very helpful with what I needed and wanted.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Jay was my tech who completed my services. I got an overlay and a pedicure. My two big toes are damaged so he did a gel powder overlay. my feet are not the prettiest that's the purpose of me getting them done. [[HIGHLIGHT]]What pissed me off was the fact that they were talking about my feet as if I didn't know, the whole time I had my translator on! How unprofessional was that i couldn't bel it![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Jay did a great job I still tipped him and I'm going back. Friday my grandmother came into the shop for a fill-in, a toe polish, and eyebrow arch. When she came back she had half an eyebrow while the other one was off, and her nails were all different shapes and sizes, even though multiple techs tried to fix her nails. She requested both her nails and toe nail color to match, but when she came home, the colors were different shades of brown and on top of that, she was charged $80 for this mess. My grandmother said the employees had a bad disposition, and all different techs helped destroy her eyebrows because nobody knew what they were doing. The rating is 0/5! This place did such a terrible fill in and toe polish change. I was there Saturday and had to go back Sunday because my thumb Niall lifted almost completely. My toe polish was so bad I don't even want them to fix it because I'm sure they mix something with the polish (it never dries). Anyways, I was sent back to the same person to fix the fill in job and when he started to do it wrong, the manager I assume stepped in to fix it for me. She did a terrible job by the way. The nail is crooked and three different colors. Even the nail stylist next to him was very rude to her customer. It resulted in an argument before the lady paid with just tips on her nails and left. They need to update their polish and massage seats but overall when I go I leave satisfied. You have to know who to go to Tren (short in the first seat by the door) or Ne (short hair and glasses third seat on the left). Personally Ne is the only person I go to for ANYTHING! She is awesome and takes her time with pedicures shellac and full sets! She is very nice kind of quiet but if you talk to her then she will for sure talk to you. I would never go to the last that wears hats because she never EVER does a base coat and your pedicures and manicures will always be messed up in some fashion that's NOTICEABLE! I haven't personally went to the lady with long hair but I hear in the shop that she is good too. She never gets complains when doing lashes and nails when I'm there. read more

I am a pedicure addict, and this is one of the places I go to for my toe fix. They do a great job here - OPI polishes, comfy massage chairs, and friendly staff. My only complaint is that they sometimes rush through the pedicure and injure you. Case in point: I got a pedicure yesterday. My toes look fantastic. I also have a large abrasion on the back of my leg (near my ankle) where the lady scrubbed too hard with the loofah. Still, on Mondays and Tuesdays, their pedicures are only $20, which is a fantastic deal! Also, they do eyebrows there too, for $8. Not bad! read more

I got a full set and I have clumps all around 3 nails, I came to show the owner Lilly and said to me "I don't care pay another $30 to fix it". She was very rude even though I had tipped her and I did that before I noticed the clumps on my skin. I would not ever refer anyone to this place!!! read more

The first thing I want to point out is how rude the techs are who speak their native language while talking about their clients. I sat there in disgust and managed to get through the service but will never step foot back in this establishment. They got $50 of my money and that will be all they'll get. I think what shocked me was out blatant they were with some words not translatable so they had to use English. Three techs sitting next to other working on three women, and talking about each of them and making it extremely obvious that they were doing so. Such children! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THERE only to be disrespected. read more

This is the worse mail ever place I have ever been too. Payed 70 dollars for a full set of acrylics and a pedicure. This is the ONLY place I go to, to get my nails done. I love the color selections, the nails techs and the decor so much, everything here just makes for such a relaxing time :) Thankfully they are located right by my house so I'm basically always here. They do get busy on weekends but they're so fast, one hardly even realizes. I can always count on them to get me in and out without hardly any delays. It's great when I'm in a rush, and I swear that I'm never here longer than 40 mins (and that's with 15 mins of drying!) With their great customer service and exquisite nail designs and artwork, I'll be a customers today, tomorrow and every other week lol. read more

Though you can't beat the price, I don't think I'll come back here for a pedicure. The place is grungy and run down, the massage chairs didn't work properly and the service was meh. I was looking for a nail salon on a Sunday and only came here for that reason. The man at the first station was rude, didn't speak out direct me, heard that I had a cold but left the fan running on me, and he kept kicking my feet without saying excuse our I'm sorry of course. My service was rushed,I only got to layers of polish and my nails are uneven, look like I've had them for days instead of less than 24hrs.I'm going back today for them to reshape them so i hope there's no problem. read more
