The man that did my pedicure did a horrible job filing my toe that made It look slanted and I told him to fix It and It was still crooked. Also the design he did was so low effort (supposed to be simple flower) but all he did was 6 dots on my toe and called It a day. She said they cleanse your face and put 2 masks so what specific question did I have. Ummm I just asked you the specific question! I then asked her again for a simple description of each facial, it's only 3! She said the vital c is for hydrating, the acne is for acne, and the anti aging is for old people with saggy skin. WOW. I just hung up and booked somewhere else. The floors have food spills on them and one of the pedi chairs is completely covered in junk (stuff in bags, construction materials, etc.). I did not see instruments being consistently sterilized between clients, but it did occasionally happen. When I arrived, and I had called ahead, which I would recommend because the three technicians are very slow, I asked for a no chip refill and the man did not know what this was. Luckily, a different tech knew what this was. They do not carry Essie or OPI, so if you want quality polish, you should bring your own. The girl who did my nails did a sloppy job. There is gel on my cuticles and it is lumpy. My daughter asked for a design on her toes, which they did not do for her. Two good points, they have organized their polish by number, which makes it quick and easy to locate, and the girl that did my nails trimmed them nicely- she just can't paint them well yet. It would have helped if she had gone behind with a brush dipped in acetone to clean up the edges. Finally, if you want your eyebrows waxed, they will do it right in the front window for all to see. I would not go here again.

She took her time with me, allowed me to go back and forth before making my decision and listened to everything I wanted. She even gave me a tutorial on how to style my hair the way she was doing it so I could do it myself. She gave suggestions and even brought in other stylists to assist in decision-making. I LOVED that. Most stylists just want to get their clients in and out but she took her time with me, not once showing impatience or frustration. I felt really cared for. I received a color and a new cut. I can't tell you how sad I am that I am relocating and will not be able to book her again. I recommend this salon 100% and was completely satisfied with my service. The price for a color, cut and style? $94. Yes. That's IT! I wish I could find a stylist like this back home! You HAVE to try this place. I also had an opportunity to see another customer's makeover (went from a brunette to a highlighted blonde!) which was incredible. I have already booked my next appointment. The space is spacious; a historic old warehouse of sorts. They are not massage chairs and they definitely could be updated. They were peeling and the foot tub looked gross. However they did sanitize it so that made me feel a tad better. They use the same tools between myself and then the lady that can after!!! They did not clean them at all. I will never go back for that reason. I had blue paint all over my toes from the lady not properly taking it off. I got a shellac manicure and most of nails are not even completely covered. Like I said I would never have picked this place but it was a treat from a friend who swears by it.
