What killed my review and opinion was when he took the dremel to the tops of my nails for a simple manicure and laquer paint (1 color). I honestly did not know how to react while I watched him destroy my nails. It has been a very embarrassing, as my nails look unkept, annd they're prone to peeling, chipping, etc. Absolutely embarrassing to extend a hand, or lay it on the tabletop when working with others. It has also and painful month. my fingernails burn, and hurt. They're so thin. I don't know why he did it, if it's a lack of training, experience, or just a bad day, but I probably have 3-4 more weeks of this. Then I will sit my happy butt at Luxe across the street, and know what I am gettin, as they have never disappointed, or hurt me.

Sometimes it can be challenging to get an appointment, but it's only because they are the top choice in the area. They do their best to fit in walk ins where they can. Be kind and be flexible, and they will work with you. I get gel mani/pedis here, and they last longer than ones I've gotten anywhere else. The paint wasn't even, looked chipped on the edge and I had paint all over my skin. When I asked my tech to fix the areas that looked bad, she gave me attitude and acted like it was such a hassle to give me what I paid for...nice looking toes! I showed Henry a picture of what I wanted hoping he could do it. I wasn't expecting perfection but something close. Let me tell you, this man is an Artist! HE NAILED IT! Never has another Nail Tech over the years and states have ever hit a design I showed them 100%. But Henry not only did an excellent job, he was very friendly and nice. He went over and above on my nails today. I can't say enough about him and the entire Salon. They are always nice and friendly. I highly recommend Henry and any of the other nail techs at the Salon.

I got an American French dip manicure and a callus pedicure, and she was terrific! I got exactly what I asked for. I was particularly impressed with how clean and quiet it was. All the girls who work there seem to speak English well enough to be able to communicate without a hitch. The service was cheerful and considerate of the clients comfort. I highly recommend and will be back. My bill was $106, but there is a slight discount if you pay in cash. I tipped in cash as requested, but you could also use Venmo.
