Booked an appointment for my daughter and I to get pedicures. Everything started out fine but I was…read moresurprised to be told the total was $100 ($40 for my basic pedicure and $60 for my daughters gel pedicure). I've never had such a poor quality pedicure. The paint wasn't even, looked chipped on the edge and I had paint all over my skin. When I asked my tech to fix the areas that looked bad, she gave me attitude and acted like it was such a hassle to give me what I paid for...nice looking toes! She just half ass painted over my one toe again and when I asked if she was okay with the quality she just gave me more attitude. Here's the result of my $40 pedicure. I'll just go home and paint them myself because this is not a professional pedicure finish!

I had the absolute worst pedicure of my life here today. The nail tech cut my big toenail in half…read moreand did not say a word. She was attempting to peel the existing gel off with cuticle cutters and cut half way through my big toenail. When I immediately pulled my foot back, she got extremely rude with me and said my toenail was already broken. Another nail tech, that was doing my mom's pedicure, tried to involve herself in the conversation saying my toenail was already broken (even though there was a chair in between us and she had been doing my mom's pedicure the entire time) and it was not a big deal because they would put acrylic on it. I sat for a minute in tears not wanting them to touch my feet anymore but agreed to let her put acrylic on my toenail. I took a picture of my broken toenail and she got rude with me again and said if you are going to take a picture of it broken you have to take a picture after I put acrylic! We had an appt for 3:00 and at 3:25, 2 other people came in for a pedicure and manicure and said they had an appointment at 3:30, so the nail techs started rushing even more on our pedicures. Mine was so sloppy with my "pearly white" GEL polish and it looked translucent so I asked her to put another coat on and she said it was too late. I paid $55 for my toenails to look 10 times worse than before I came in. I never write reviews but I was compelled to tell as many people as possible to save your nails and avoid this place at all costs!!!

I have been coming for years since they reopened after COVID and had about 15 great visits. Love…read moretheir spa packages and great prices. I get nails, seated chair massage and waxing done here. They are friendly and communicate well on the phone and in person about a possible wait. They finish you end to end before taking on other walk ins. I highly recommend this place. All the way - at the end of the shopping plaza, easy to park! Please support local businesses by coming here! My favorite part - they set a timer when doing your foot massage to make sure you get the full time.

I have never written a review before, but this was the WORST MANI/PEDI I HAVE EVER RECEIVED - so I…read moream compelled to let others know. My nail technician was super nice and professional; unfortunately, the polish was applied so thick that no amount of time or finishing spray could correct it. During my manicure I tried to alert this concern to my technician, but I could tell they were more concerned with completing my nails quickly to help the next customer. So after 10 minutes at the drying station I touched a nail and the polish smeared right off. Since the technician was preoccupied with another client, I went to the staff member who appeared to be the manager on duty and was surprised to have what appeared to be a very evident problem dismissed. The manager quietly muttered that the basic manicure never dries and without even using nail polish remover, she promptly reapplied the polish and dismissed my concern. I was shocked! Her focus was clearly on defending her technician and minimizing any rumor of a problem in a crowded salon than actually providing quality service. As soon as I got in the car, the polish on all my fingernails came right off in a sticky ball. Note this was over 20 after the polish was initially applied. When I got home, I discovered the polish on my toenails were also not dry. Now what really prompted me to make this post is that when the nail technician did my manicure, they used the nail sander to remove my cuticles instead of cutting them. I previously have only seen a nail sander used when I was getting fake nails put on. Not only was this ineffective (nail cuticles were not cleaned up), but it weakened my nails forcing me to cut them short as my nails were bending backwards AND it caused permanent damage to my nail. The attached image is from 2 weeks after the manicure and you can clearly see a dark red line from the sander. This was my first mani/pedi post COVID and a huge disappointment.
