The quality of my pedicure was excellent. The service included identifying areas where water had seeps beneath my nails and required special nail trimming to ensure nails remain healthy. The gentleman who did the work was kind but businesslike. read more

Teresa and her husband are quite a team. I was so impressed with the pedicure I received. It was the most thorough and pleasant experience I have ever had at any other salon I have been to. Kudos for offering such an exquisite salon service in the Northern Neck! read more

Well I only went in to have the dip from a previous manicure removed. Will be going back. I usually go to Fredericksburg, VA. Teresa's is closer to my home in Montross. Next time I will get my nails done. Andy, the owner, was great! read more

Teresa fixed the horrible acrylics & gel polish that another company botched very badly. When I went in, my nails were ridiculously triple thick, lopsided, and just looked horrendous. Teresa and her husband took great care of me. The service was phenomenal. Thank you for taking me in with very little notice and for saving the day. I'll be back over & over again. read more

The nail technician did not speak to me the entire time, either ignoring me or not understanding me.. Once she was done she asked do I like? I said that I was not use to short uneven nails & it would take some getting used to. She got up, walked away and the owner asked if I was ready for my pedicure.. I politely declined.

I knew that the person doing my nails seen it because i yanked my hand away when he cut me .Then when he got to that part of my finger that he cut, he would only work on that side for up to 3 seconds, so I wouldn't realize he cut me. After that he still failed to mention that he cut me or asked if i was okay. They were trying to charge me an extra 20 for something that was not necessary for the set i wanted. That's why I didn't get what I originally wanted. The vibe was ok but the workers in there were just sitting around and the place was empty.
