I recently visited the salon for a holiday event with Santa Claus. I mentioned to the front desk that I was interested in scheduling an appointment. I was greeted by the friendly owner and she handed me a business card. I recently came in for a haircut and style. Kara was the first friendly staff member to greet me and offered me a beverage. I enjoyed a cup of chamomile tea with honey. I then met for my appointment with Emilee. From the start, she listened to my concerns and offered advice and recommendations. She was very attentive and gave outstanding customer service. She gave me the best haircut I've had in a long time. I even left with a few products. Thanks to everyone at Split Enz! I've booked a few more appointments, and I've scheduled a haircut for my mom, too. If anyone sees my review and is hesitant about trying a new salon, GO TO SPLIT ENZ! :)

The massage therapist I saw here I couldn't understand anything what she said to me she has an accent that is hard to understand her. I only wanted to get a massage there but the therapist asked me if I wanted to add other services like hot stones and whatever else to my massage I got. It all added up in the end and it was really expensive for everything I got done there and on top of that they didn't take but cash and credit card no checks. The massage therapist was really pushy there kept asking me to make another appointment with them and I told them No. It was a not a good experience I had there will never go back to that place again now I know. We both had the Laurel type of treatments which is as free of chemicals as possible. One hour each preceded by fact questioning which was pertinent to the treatments. The Laurel line smells so wonderful, a combo of herbs that makes you feel so relaxed but not sleepy. Afterwards I was given a card to use since I live locally for future treatments so I could get a chance to receive a surprise after a certain number of treatments. I also received samples of the Laurel skin cleanser and the sunscreen. I did have the chance to use both and am so impressed by both. Just a smidgen of each applied has improved my complexion. Definitely going to set up regular follow up treatments. Also right after my facial, my complexion felt so calm and not inflamed though I had been following all the correct ways to keep a clearer complexion such as drinking plenty of water, not touching my face, sleeping with my hair pulled away from my face, using cleanser free of perfume, etc. The spa is so very clean and I was quite impressed.
