Not only did he do an amazing job, but he also took the time to explain things about nail care that I had never known before. You can truly tell he loves what he does, and it shows in his work and the way he connects with his clients. Turns out that the eight dollars that he thought I didn't have was the tip and the tip was separate from the payment. He was very rude and wasn't very personable. He yell "why don't you have $80 on your card." I responded that I did and even showed him my account which cause him to settle down a bit. The owner who was a lady then came and looked at it and saw that he separated the tip from the actual service and then asked me to use Cash App to pay for the tip. He ended up trying to clean it up but in the end I requested an apology and he obliged. I will not be going back because customer service is definitely lacking.
