This is the best nail salon I've been to in sonoma for acrylics. Always have availability and always do a great job, making sure you're happy with the results read more

Read the yelp reviews before I went. The pedicure was not pleasant to say the least. I asked her to focus on my big toes and that's where I wanted more skin taken off. She didn't listen. Their supplies especially the scrub sponge was so tiny and painful on my foot. She used hot stones and kept it in one spot leaving my foot to start to burn and didn't seem to care till I moved my foot. She didn't let me even pick out my color just said I'll find one based on the gel color I was getting. The gel manicure was ok but the colors they showed did not come out the same color on my nail! The tan/ beige was grey and the eggplant/ purple was dark blue! She seemed annoyed when I get asking for a different want and wouldn't even show me the color on my nail till I asked. Don't waste your time here. read more

I had an exceptional mani pedi today at Nails Pro!! The woman that worked on me was extremely thorough and put a lot of effort and care into her work. She gave a long massage and was never hurried. I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I have had! Thank you Nails Pro for making my Sunday relaxing!! read more

I've given this place three chances before I decided to write this review. Each time, the experience has been rushed and sloppy. Either the foot/leg massage is hurried through and done within a minute or two, or the exfoliation is rushed, or the paint is sloppy. The hot stones they use would be a nice touch if they weren't used as an afterthought for a quick swipe up and down my calf. The location is very close to me, but from now on I will sacrifice convenience and find somewhere else father away to get better quality. read more

They do great work, and the newly remodeled space offers a wonderful relaxing environment.

I came in with my sister to get full sets of acrylic. The lady who did our nails was very quick with us and I thought that it was a good thing, but when I walked out, my nails were streaky, lumpy, chunky and all different lengths. My sister had the same issue as me. I payed $70 dollars for the both of us combined so it was pretty cheap. But be aware that you definitely get what you pay for. I've had to redo my nails by myself and reshape them. My sisters nails came off within 2 days and her nails usually stay on for a while. Do not come here. Horrible nails and horrible customer service. read more

Great spot. Easy access with a parking lot and walking distance from The Lodge (Marriott).

This used to be our go to place. Not many people knew about it, it's a clean place, and great pedicures. But now I think they changed owners and they are all full of themselves a rude. The pedicures are no longer great and they pay no attention to you. Mediocre pedicure and the past 2 times I've been, horrible service. read more

I found this place on Yelp, while away from home for the holidays. I called ahead by a couple of hours, which turned out to be a good idea since several walk-ins were asked to come back later while I was there. Maybe it was due to holiday traffic or maybe because they appear to be one of the best spots in town. Oh... And also they were open on a Sunday, when the other shop I called was not. So the shop itself is in the back of a large strip mall. It's quaint, fitting for Sonoma I guess. Oh, and I should probably mention that I still had to wait a bit despite getting an appointment time. 10-15 minutes. But there was really no alternative at that point. And perhaps it was so busy because the manicures are SO GOOD! I'm in the process of growing out a few badly bitten nails and so one bad gel means hello addiction and bye-bye nail. Fortunately, this gel manicure was expertly done. No rough edges. And it has last 3 weeks without losing the gel coat from a single nail. I actually have to change out the gel due to grow out, which is pretty impressive for both the manicure and for me. Thank you, Nail Pro, and Lam specifically, for helping me keep my nails looking happy and healthy. Update- I just lost my first gel from this manicure... 22 days later! read more

I have been here 3-5 times and my mother 10-20 times and we love this place. The ladies are amazing and the vibe feels very welcoming

Beyond frustrated with this salon's work. A friend and I called and reserved an apt for gel manicures and although they were busy, they took TWELVE MINUTES to give us the worst manicure I've ever gotten. Rushed, no massage, and even got up to start doing someone else's manicure when my nails were finishing up in the light. Zero courtesy. Never going back. read more

I visited this salon last week while I was out of town for the week. I went based in a recommendation from my friend who is a regular there. I needed to have my pink and white acrylics redone and a pedicure. The pedicure was enjoyable and came out fine, but I was very disappointed with my nails. They told me there was no one there that day who could do the pink and white french tips. They wanted me to come back the next day, but I was leaving town and needed my nails done that day. I agreed to try gel polish. They looked nice the day they were done but were much too thin and working 2 days they were peeling chipping and breaking. It really wasn't worth the money they charged for the manicure. read more

Fast, clean service. Walked in and was told it would be around a five minute wait-- AND IT WAS! They didn't lie and then make me wake an hour, which so many other places do. read more

This place is open on Sundays and the ladies who work there are really friendly and professional. I had an awesome foot and leg massage with my pedicure while sitting in massage chair. Good stuff! read more

A below average experience. Did a crappy job exfoliating the heels (despite me asking). Very unaccommodating to any requests.

They were able to give me a pedicure right away when I walked in and the end result looks good but it didn't feel good and she never gave me flip flops or turned on the UV for me read more

Very rude service!! First time visiting, I felt discriminated against as if i didn't belong there!!! As soon as I walked in, I was not acknowledged at all! Blanks stares were made as if I made a wrong turn. I sat there for a good 7 minutes and not one word was said to me.. So I had to make myself known and told them " hello, I'm here for a mani and pedi". So as I sat there patiently waiting, 15 min later two other women came in after me and was acknowledged. One of the ladies had an appointment and so she was seated as soon as she got in. I was fine with that because I didn't have an appt. Then 2nd lady walked in and was acknowledged and they asked her, "what will she be getting today?" She told them a mani/pedi(mind you, she didn't have an appt). When they had an open pedi chair they told the lady that came after me(the one without an appt) to come have a seat!! They completely skipped me as if I wasn't there before these ladies!! When I confronted them about how I was here waiting as well for a pedi/mani, all they said to me "sorry it won't be long" !! I never experienced this at a nail Salon!! I didn't mind waiting but when you don't acknowledge my presence and then begin to let people skip over me that do NOT have appointments, is when I have a major problem!! I took my money to Maxwell Nails in Sonoma where I was treated so much better!! read more

I love Nail Pro! I just found out about it this past week and I came in today a Sunday with my 4 year old and we had the best time ever! The girls are so friendly so nice and the attention to detail is amazing! Best Gel Manicure and Pedicure I have ever had since moving here 8 years ago! I won't go anywhere else! This place is amazing!!!! As much as I hate sharing it too I want them to do well so please try this fabulous nail salon out! AMAZING! read more

I had an appointment at 12 for a pedicure, an older woman did it and she wasn't friendly at all. I said hello and smiled and all she said was "you want manicure too"..... a "hi" would have been appreciated. the whole time she didn't speak to me at all, didn't smile. during the "massage" it was effortless and she burnt the bottom of my feet with the stones. overall I'm very disappointed, I'm going to stick to Maxwell in Sonoma or Beauty Zone in petaluma. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. read more

If I could give it less I would. I paid 35 dollars for a full set. As soon as I sat down they started painting layers of acrylic, they never filed my nails, or did anything with the cuticles. It was an hour from closing and they obviously wanted to close because they cut corners and didn't do anything the correct way. She painted nail polish OVER my cuticles to try to make my nails look fresh! Which looked ridiculous and when I washed my hands 2 hours later, washed off and made my nails look like they had been done weeks ago. The lady put one layer of polish on my fingers and refused to do a second even though I told her that it was too thin. She said it would look better when it dried- it didn't. When I asked her to do another coat she said they were closing so she couldn't! Bottom line: I got my nails done 5 days ago and they look like I've had them for weeks bc the acrylic doesn't go down to the cuticle and the color is washed out and patchy! read more

Nails Pro - Didn't even touch my cuticles. I got my nails done less than a week ago, and it looks like I got them done like a month ago! - Nail Salons Near Me - Sonoma, California

I've had a few decent mani-pedi's here and really hoped it would be my local nail place. But after my recent visit, and being treated so rudely, it will be my last. I shouldn't have expected too much, especially since the salon itself is so shabby looking! But desperate times... Everyone in Sonoma struggles w finding a good nail place, I don't know why it is so hard to do a good job and provide good service. Each time I made an appointment, I would always wait 10 to 20 minutes before my appointment actually started. My most recent visit I waited 45 minutes, so I asked the owner about their policy, and she literally ignored me and walked away. Then my nail technician came over and I kindly asked her the same question only to be ignored again! I could bore you with more details but you know the drill. Unprofessional, rude, and fair to decent services is not a winning combination in my book. I will never return. read more

LOVED my shellac pedicure which was done by Lam. I am so happy that I was unable to get in with my regular manicurist. I called and was able to get right in and it was the best pedicure. They use hot stones as part of the massage which was fabulous. But, simply everything nail trim, cuticle removal, scrubbing my feet, and the paraffin wax which is an add on made my feet feel so soft. I walk everyday and so my feet are always a hot mess. I would totally recommend Nails Pro because they are friendly, courteous, professional, very clean, and they do an EXCELLENT job. I rebooked for 3 weeks which is rare for me. read more

Based on Yelp reviews, I had a regular pedicure and gel manicure while visiting Sonoma from Massachusetts. I had a very nice spa pedicure that included (at no additional cost) a hot stone massage. The manicurists use high quality products and maintain good cleanliness standards. Different women did my manicure and pedicure, and both were very competent. I will definitely come back here when I visit Sonoma. read more

The ladies do good work most the time but the chatter in their own language is rude. I am looking for a new salon.

Really great nail salon...they are very clean and nice ladies who usually do a great job! only taking off one star because there have been one or 2 times when my nails didn't look amazing, but i think that was a fluke! i will continue going here!! read more

Was in town 2 weeks ago and treated myself to a mani/pedi. Gal cut my strong healthy nails blunt and dry, they are still splitting. I have been cutting them down to the nail bed almost daily to grow healthy nails out again. Pedicure was fine, but gal doing my nails could of cared less - 6 out of 10 nails were filed crooked. Still not sure how she managed to spilt my nails so severely . Polish lasted 10 hours. read more

We had an appointment for 4:30 and they didn't start until 5:10. They don't really scrub your feet to make it soft as she kept looking around the whole time. She laughed when I said "ouch" and somehow she started me at 5:15 and was done painting by 5:30. read more

I went today to get a fill with one of my friends today and she kept raving about this place so I decided to try it. They took us in pretty quickly so that was a plus but the rest of there service was mediocre. Nails were uneven, there were indents in two of my nails because she didn't file correctly and two of the nails came out fairly squared while the rest didn't. Plus fills normally cost 20$ but because I had one broken nails they charged me 25. I'm sticking to my go to salon; Sonoma Nails. read more

I do not recommend this place to get a pedicure. The lady that worked on me spent very little time on my feet. She was not thorough at all. She also applied the wrong color on my feet and I had to correct her. After she was done my nails looked nothing better than what I could've done on my own at home. Very poorly done and I will not be going back. read more

Best pedicures! All of them are so nice in there and my pedicures last a long time! Great with kids too.

2/26/15, so extremely disappointed & upset‼ I can't believe how rude, disrespectful & lacked customer service "Jen", Jennifer was, today‼ I had gone to her twice in the past, then I called for an appt. last week but she was off on Tues., so I decided to go in anyway & see how another manicurist would do my nails. Other manicurist salon in town speak in their own language & talk about their clients & laugh & are loud & some of them are even disrespectful in front of the customers so I was happy to find Nail Pro until today‼Lee manicured my nails, in less than 2 days, I had to go back‼The polish was coming off‼ Then Lam fixed the one nail @ no cost, I wanted to give a tip but she refused. A couple of days later, another nail polish came off‼This time I asked for Jen, she was off so I waited until today, so happy she could fix my nail polish & show her how my other nails looked, not good‼ She was extremely unpleasant, unprofessional & extremely DISRESPECTFUL‼ I was so, so sad because I thought I had found a great nail salon, unfortunately, too good to be true‼ She started by "reprimanding" me by saying I get my nails done too often‼⁉ I said, "With you, I only came once a month, since your did such a great job, I don't understand why you are saying that⁉" Well, you shouldn't come so often, you should let your nails breathe & not get them done so often". How disgustingly & disrespectful is she, last time, & will never recommend anyone to this nail salon ever again, so extremely disappointing‼ read more

This place was great at first. I'm local and have tried all the nail places at some point. What happened??? Not to get into details, but the lady doing my pedicure was so involved in her gossip with another lady that she kept forgetting what she was doing. Short of it... 20 min and done, which is mighty short. Massage chair didn't work well, didn't even get my previous paint fully off, she did quick scrub, then did "hot" stone massage with stones that she was sharing w the nail professional next to us. Gross and they weren't even warm, let alone hot. I finally gave her a look and she just turned and started talking bad to the lady working next to her. I may not be able to speak their language, but I'm not stupid. Talking, looking at me, talking and laughing and looking again... bottom line is that there are many nicer places to go to in sonoma. Don't waste your money. I'd say don't waste your time, but they were so fast that the time wasn't a problem. read more
