As a visitor to Sonoma I stopped in to this salon for a Dip Manicure. The reviews seemed positive. Everyone was very friendly including my nail tech Kim. Unfortunately when using the smoothing tool, she cut my skin on several fingers which burned & are now cut & uncomfortable. Maybe try another establishment. read more

Exceptional service and high quality work I usually get gel mani-pedi and it lasts for a long time the staff are all so nice and courteous when I call they fit me in right away love this place read more

I want to start off saying that I have had great manicures and pedicures here, but they are hit and miss. If you get one of the regular folks that work there, they do a great job - but if you go on the weekend, it can go bad fast. The manicure I got this last Sunday was the worst manicure I have ever had. To start, the gentleman was clearly sick, sniffling and coughing up flem. He was wearing an ill-fitting mask but shouldn't have been working. He was so fast and rushed, he made me bleed several times trimming my cuticles. And to make the experience even more relaxing, he had his phone in his pocket and his Ring was going off every 2 minutes. Unfortunately, it's a toss up if you're going to get good service here..and I'm not willing to take the chance anymore read more

Zero stars truly.Made an appt showed up on time and was still waiting for pedicure 45 minutes later. Nobody greeted me. Nobody said anything about a wait. Rude, silly, and stupid way to run a business. read more

I was a long time customer, for years. My whole family went regularly. One day I walked in, and all the employees were sitting, staring at their phones, no customers were there at the time. Everyone looked up, and I greeted them, and asked for either one particular technician, or Jennifer, my two favorite providers. Jennifer herself looked up and said the other tech's name, and all the technicians giggled, and they all went back to looking at their phones! Haha, I was embarrassed, and kind of stunned, so I stood there for a few seconds feeling stupid, then turned around and walked out the door. So strange after years of going there, I'll never go back. read more

Awful. Returning customer here but this time I came in on Saturday at 5pm. Started off great, then a guy took over the service and gave me the ultimate rush job. I'm left with nails that already look grown out after 2 days, jagged cuticles, thick nails, uneven shaping, etc. All around a crappy rushed job. Not one person was in the place; just full of employees trying to go home. Pretty unfortunate. read more

My toes are extremely damaged and injured almost two weeks later. I went the day before my flight to Hawaii for vacation and the entire week long trip I was in pain and having a hard time walking due to the pedicure I got. I've never gotten ingrowns and know they you are not supposed to cut the sides of the toe nail, but that's what they did, very deeply. I even bled. The manicure wasn't bad, but it already gone and it hasn't been two weeks even, no I don't pick at them. I don't feel comfortable putting a photo of my toes on yelp, but the corners were red, purple, and puffy for about 10 days. It's been exactly two weeks now and it's still uncomfortable, but starting to heal. read more

I've seen mixed reviews on this place and in the 2 years I've been going there I've never had a poor experience. I'm a local and there are only few places that I've liked as much. read more

so basically i went here to get my nails done, and the lady who was taking off my previous nails was using some sort of guitar pic or smth, this took off half of my nail on two fingers. it hurt. she then proceeded to file my nails for about an hour and a half. to the point where around my fingers had little cuts around my cuticles. i wouldn't go again. but the employees were really nice and i heard some pretty nice convos happening while i was there. the nails are really cute tho. read more

Nails Pro - nails they did and if u look closely u can see the red from the scabbing around my nails. - Nail Salons Near Me - Sonoma, California

Lady rushed my nails. I was rushed out of the salon. I was charged $85 for nails that aren't nearly quality. The acrylic is all the way done on my skin, the application of the acrylic is super messy, she rushed has process. One of my nail tips fell off, I didn't hit it or anything it just came off. My natural nails are also burning under the tips. I defenitly don't recommend this place at all. I will be looking in to getting a refund. This isn't acceptable I could've taken my money somewhere else. read more

Didn't open on time, didn't write down appointments while taking appointments over the phone, didn't even start the pedicure of the other person in my 2-person reservation until mine was "done". I put that in quotes because... I wouldn't call them done. Didn't soak at all before callus treatment, and my nails were not shaped- photo. They also told a customer to come back in fifteen minutes and when she did, they casually asked her to come back again two hours later. Seriously? Big bummer and won't be back. read more

Never actually got nails serviced. Made appointment online with confirmation. I showed up and the place was dark so waited in parking lot for a while- turned out it didn't open until later. Called later and was told "owner handles the online schedule" but come right back in and we'll take you. I showed up within minutes but place was busy and no one was available. I waited (not long) and then abandoned. read more

Horrible. Came here asking for a full set of french tip coffin shape. I requested my nails to be shortened multiple times but the nail artist refused to shorten and said it wouldnt look good short. The shape was sloppy, the acrylic was bumpy and the polish is sloppy and the french tip looks nothing like i requested. read more

I went for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and it was great. They were super nice, everything was clean and my mani pedi was perfect. My nails have lasted for a month, I came for a new mani/pedi just because my nails outgrew the polish and I have a wedding coming up. Highly recommended! read more

Jennifer is great, my nails and toes are always perfect!! I do a regular pedicure and dip on my nails, they last forever!!!!

I have been looking for a new nail salon in Sonoma for several months and one of my friends recommended Nails Pro. I can tell you it was anything but a PRO experience. I went in for a gel manicure. The guy immediately started cutting my nails, he didn't even ask about shaping, length, or anything. I told him they were already very short and I was trying to grow them out. He immediately started cutting my nails. I honestly think he thought I said, make them short! I stopped him and told him once again said, not short, please don't cut them. He smiled and continued to cut my already short nails even shorter. At this point, I asked if someone else could do my nails. A nice lady, likely the salon owner offered to do them. She was very careful not to make them any shorter but then when she painted my nails, she did not paint all of the way to the cuticle. I asked her if she could and she said it was bad for my nails to do so. really?? I know some salons don't want to paint all of the way to the cuticles because they think the gel will be more likely to lift. I have not had that experience and think it's really up to what the customer wants. Needless to say, she ignored me and it was the one and ONLY time I will ever go there. Photo attached 2 hours after my manicure. It's been 3 days and the gel is already chipping at the tips. What a waste of money. read more

I really wanted to like this place because it was really nice inside, looks recently renovated. Maybe I just got the wrong nail tech because they did a horrible job. I requested a simple spa pedicure and made an appointment. The nails were uneven and the polish was put on sloppy and ended up getting gooped up and ruined within an hour. I liked the exfoliation they did on my legs and feet and the chairs. But I wouldn't come back. 1st and last visit. read more

So after three years I went back to visit nail Pro. For three years prior to that, I spent over $3000 over three years having my nails done there. Not one single person other than the owner ( Lam) ( and Grandma who made the appointment day before) on the way out the door acknowledged me. And they All KNOW my name. If someone spent over $3000 at your establishment wouldn't you know them HELLO For a full hour...I even tried to make conversation with Jennifer who used to do my nails. I told her she had a pretty top it was pink with pearls she completely ignored me. To say they are rude is an understatement. They don't know why for three years I didn't see them. They don't know what my personal story is. But if you want to go somewhere with catty girls that behave like teenagers knock yourself out!!! Seriously it's beyond me how these girls can act so childish! (Uneducated) The young man that did my pedicure was fantastic! Too bad he has to be around these women, oh sorry they're not women! They're teenagers that never grew up! Money is power ... put it where people are kind and respectful. Please don't give them your money they don't deserve it. Thank you! Also address here is very old. They are 5 doors down from CVS read more

I truly want to support small businesses in Sonoma, but my pedicure experience was underwhelming and quite frankly, rude. The woman who worked on me -- I think she may have been the owner -- was talking on her phone for much of the time she was working on my feet, then proceeded to talk incessantly to another worker there. If you don't mind your nails being done with a distracted, talking manicurist, this is the place for you. I won't be returning. So very rude and disrespectful to their clients. read more

The first time I went, it was good, and I had a good experience. Second time not too much. I had the gel done, and in just a week, all the nails started cracking. I went to show them and got them redone, but they charged me 20 dollars. I was like, why? I didn't want to argue, but I don't think I want to be coming back again. read more

They do a fantastic job. The salon is so lovely and comfortable. Every one of their techs have done a great job. It is very clean as well.

Called the day ahead for a 1:00 pedicure for 3 people. Showed up at 1:00 - walked in, got vacant stares from the women doing manicures - told them we had a 1:00 appointment - more blank stares. Waited 10 minutes - we asked how much longer - more blank stares. Asked again, and got "ten more minutes" which means our 1:00 was turning into 1:30. No explanation, nothing. We walked out. Not sure how they stay in business. read more

Worst place ever. I had an appt yesterday for a mani/pedi. I waited 45 minutes after Appt time so only had time for the pedicure. The nail tech was on her phone the whole time and kept forgetting what I told her. They took people who had appointments after me before my manicure so I left and returned today for a mani Appt. I walked out after 20 minutes and went to CVS to buy polish. Yesterday I saw them take calls for appointments and didn't write a thing down. DO NOT GO!!! A HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! read more

Called a head of time for a reservation. Arrived and I still had to wait. I get it sometimes you over book or are running behind. But sat down I just got a gel French tip and felt like everything was rushed. Literally walked out and noticed the two nails my left hand were messed. I'm not a confrontational person so I just left it but I'm not going here again read more

I've been getting my nails done here for the past 3 years, and have never really been satisfied with the service. Recently i got my nails done and they fell off 2 days after. I went in and complained and they completely lied and manipulated me. I was told the charge didn't go through even when i showed them the bank statement. They had even asked me before if i paid with card or cash not even knowing. They treated me with disrespect and were laughing about it. read more

They do a nice job, but after my experience today I'm NOT going back. I was getting gel manicure, and the technician asked me to move closer. She had her mask dropping down below her mouth and I asked her very nicely if she would mind pulling her mask up. She gave me a very dirty look and then pretty much left me until another tech finally came and took over. She did not pull her mask up when asked to an appropriate fit, just kind of pretended to. Last time I was there I noticed she didn't have a secure mask either but she did not do my nails. It's NOT that hard to buy employees masks that fit! And it's NOT that hard to do the right thing and wear the damn mask! I'm fully vaccinated but expect merchants to follow the rules to keep their clients safe from all of these new variants making our lives hell!! Wise up! Mask up! I'm heading to the place across town. read more

Went in to get some acrylics and they are all very kind and welcoming, love the new place, very beautiful and spacious. First time coming back in over a year. I like the color selection but the lady didn't ask how I wanted my nails cut or shaped. I told her "not too short. Too short too short" right before and as she clipped them way too short. I told her "no that's too short" and she said "oh ok". Then she cut my cuticle until it was bleeding. She put cuticle oil all over my hands.. never seen that before. I walked out of there and realized there's nail polish all over my fingers. Hands down the worst nail shop I've ever been to. I'd rather take the trip to Petaluma. read more

The worst nails you can ever get! Staff is very rude and did not listen to what I wanted. This is the best salon in Sonoma! I get a perfect acrylic fill every two weeks. It is stunning and is the best manicure I've ever had! I feel the same way about their pedicures. Love, love the hot rocks and deep massage. The prices are extremely reasonable too! See you this week! Debbie read more

The staff here is nice and professional. The massage chairs here are excellent! I'm a worrier for cleanliness in nail salons and this place seems pretty good. They put plastic liners around the foot tubs which is great. They also give a nice warm stone foot and leg massage as part of the pedicure. There are other local nail salons, but this one usually has a space to fit me and I always have a good experience. My nails always look perfect before I walk out the door. read more

I was hoping with their new location that Nails Pro would improve their disregard to appointment time. Not the case. If you make an appointment, it should be respected. Or even an " be right with you, we're running late." Nope. Not even that. read more

Honestly once I got there the place did not look very amusing. For example, when I sat down to get my nails done, the guy who was doing my nails was being very aggressive. He cut through my actual nail with his scissors. Throughout the whole thing he kept hurting me. My whole hand was turning red and my nails didn't even look good. They weren't even my size and the color was off. After 30 minutes with the nails my hands hurt really bad and I had to go to the hospital. I had blisters all over my hands and they were very swollen. I don't recommend going to this place at all. read more

First time going there today. Called yesterday and asked pedicures for two at 10am. Showed up at 9:55 and they weren't even opened yet. We waited around till they opened there were two people ahead of us who didn't have appointments and were serviced. They had us sit down at the end and proceeded with my partner. They didn't even start on my nails until after my partners were finished and we had to say something to even get them to start on my nails. They didn't do half the required things as they did on my partner and rushed through it. This place is fucking despicable. Don't take your business here and get them out of our town read more

Zen nails is my go to nail place in Santa Rosa. It's very clean and comfortable and I always get consistent good service. They really try hard to give you a great experience with free drinks, shoulder massage with every manicure and brand new massage chairs. Not impressed. And quite annoyed and insulted by their poor service. After waiting a 1/2 hr. for our appointment, my friend and I were directed towards our seats where we waited yet again. Once the people had come to do our nails, they were both continuously up and down assisting others at the same time. Our nails were no better than a home-job we could have done ourselves. They were rude and made it seem as if it was such a hassle to have people in the salon. On top of that, I am mad at myself for tipping! As it is a courtesy and I normally tip well, I am upset that I felt guilty if I didn't tip. I should not have given them extra after already paying for something that was not well done. The lack of gratitude was the extra sucker punch. I won't make the mistake of calling this salon again. read more
