My girlfriends and I decided we wanted to get our nails done so we went in on a Monday morning that I had made an appointment for over the weekend. From the moment we walked in the whole time it felt like they were rushing us, barely batted an eye and had us seated. 3 out of 4 of us ended up with nails that looked nothing like the photos that we have requested for. If it was a design that they can't do- I would have rather had them be honest and asked to change the design instead of attempting at something they don't feel comfortable with and butchering it completely. Seriously. I would have been ok with a solid color instead of a design. Another problem with the design was that the gel didn't set correctly so the gel didn't distribute evenly making my nail bumpy. The biggest reason I decided to write the post is that yesterday I noticed my pinky nail bed bled a bit. I recalled them filing my nail too hard that I had to literally yank my hand back. This morning my pinky nail is bleeding, in pain, and has swelling. I don't get my nails done frequently but I do know that this service was not worth $50 for pain and unsatisfaction. read more

I think my nail technician was Michelle. I didn't like the color she was using and it didnt match the picture I showed her. So I asked if she had anything lighter. She looked me straight in the eyes and didn't say anything. She just looked at me. My nails aren't horrible, it's just not worth 75 dollars. There is also a noticeable amount of room between the nail and my cuticle. I had also called a few days prior to ask how much acrylics were and they said $50. I understand that the nail art may cost extra but I dont think the quality of their work is worth $15 dollars. read more

I got a gel x set by Michelle. She was very detailed and communicative to make sure the shape, length, & color was to my liking. Within the first few days of having these nails, multiple strangers have stopped me to compliment them. I'd definitely go back for my next set! :) read more

After giving this place a 2nd try, they still can't do it right. I asked for gel (I only ever get gel) and they gave me something completely different without telling me. I get charged for higher price than a regular gel manicure and they blame it on me? And the whole time, the lady is talking bad about me in a different language and I know this because my friend who came with me speaks their language. She kept calling over her other coworkers to laugh at my hands, I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed! Never again. read more

The staff greeted everyone as soon as they walk in. My manicure tech was great however the pedicure tech was super rough and ended cutting two of my big toes really deep on the sides. They ended bleeding heavily to the point where she had to change my water and spent a good amount of time trying to clean/stop my bleeding. Mistakes happen and she was apologetic about it. I asked for a discount and was given $10 off. Unfortunately I will not be coming here again. read more

Do not come here for pedicures. This was one of the sloppiest pedicures I have ever had. They do cute nails, but horrible pedicures.

I have been going to Nails Please for a few months now getting gel manicures and pedicures. All the girls do a great job. It is so hard to find a place that is good and consistent. I decided to get a full acrylic set today. Michelle did amazing!! She really takes her time to make sure your nails are even in length, look right, a perfectionist (even when you have a customer like me that couldn't relax her hands) . I will definitely be returning over and over again. read more

They were nice. I got a pedicure and asked for a flower design (like I have done at every pedicure I've had over the last 15 years at dozens of different salons) and they said they weren't able to use polish to draw a flower so they used stickers. I've never had a pedicure where they used stickers. It was odd. read more

This is an update to my gloating past review. I am saddened to recount my 5 star ratings. My rating has gone down with much thought and many unsatisfactory incidents. I was the customer of the owner and somehow I was passed along to other technician. I was ok with it as I thought she is trying to build her business and I will let her attend to others. I have experience the lack of care of existing customer. I've been with them for a long time, long before they acquired the place. I've been giving them repeated chances whenever they screwed up just because I know everyone deserves a chance. I kept rotating nail technicians hoping for proving myself that things could change. However, my intention of giving them continuous chances was taken as they can treat me as someone they can treat less of a customer. Their attention to detail detreated. I almost feel like they were taking advantage of me given them a second, third and fourth chances as an expression that they can provide bad service and I will still be around. Whenever I showed how badly the job was done, their come back is oh, we can do it again for you. Complete disregard for my time. I don't want to be an experiment for them, I want my time and money to be respected. Them providing a refund is not what I was looking for. I was looking for respect for a repeat customer. They like to have volume in their shop. They don't spend time in managing the regular customers. My intention is not a refund, I come for service and I expect the service to be right the first time. This place is expensive yet the quality doesn't match the cost. I wish you luck Nikki, I hope you consider treating your regulars a bit more with care. We are not desperate, we have choices as well. read more

I honestly love this place. It was my second time going here and I'm satisfied with my finished product. I'm definitely going to keep coming here because I love how they do my nails. The nail lady was also super nice and she'd occasionally ask me if I liked how she was doing so far on my nails. Definitely recommend this place. It's clean, nice, and they know what they're doing !! read more

Beautiful nail salon but mediocre service. Spent $110 ( including tip) for a gel mani pedi that bubbled and peeled within 3 days. I did a walk in after calling to see if they had availability. Had a young male service me who rushed thru the pedicure. I even had to remind him to clean up the dead skin and cuticle area that he tried to skip. It was one of the worst experiences I've had. Lesson learned to stop trying new shops. read more

Helen did a great job on my nails! First time customer. I showed her what I wanted and she delivered (with only a minor cut). I'm just a little confused on the appointment system. My appointment was at 11 with a specific nail tech but it seems like maybe they don't keep track of that. Aside from that would go again. read more

I'm very disappointed to have to write this review. I've been to this salon plenty of times but in this occasion I left utterly disappointed due to their lack of professionalism when I brought up an issue with my mom's pedicure. The pedicurist drilling off my mom's previous gel kept on looking away during the process and, as you can see from the picture attached below she excessively drilled down one of her nails. My mother did not notice this issue until another pedicurist took over and she felt a burning sensation. Thankfully, the person who took over did not cause further damage. However, because my is not fluent in English she was not able to communicate her discomfort. When we came in to file a complaint we did not receive any acknowledgment about the lack of attention to detail and care. In fact, they stated her nail was like that when she came in. I understand mistakes happen but, not owning up to them is simply not okay. Definitely never coming back. read more

I was looking for a nail salon in the area for nail design for an upcoming Disney trip. Tried this new salon for a manicure and pedicure. Michelle did my manicure and design, she was excellent! Couldn't have been more happier with the service I received at this salon. I had a couple ideas in mind and Michelle was so accommodating. She was willing to do any of the designs I showed her. She was so friendly. I was so pleased and received so many compliments on my nails during my trip. I'll definitely be going back! Loved the pedicure I had done as well. I had the coconut pedicure and it was very relaxing. Highly recommend this salon! 5 read more
