Amazing! I was so shocked with how nice everyone was, the decor is so nice and everything looked clean it gave good vibes in general. My nails came out good specially for the price they were worth, I thought they would be more expensive but they weren't so I'm happy about that. Thank you Helen I'm definitely coming back soon!!! read more

They fit me in. The pedicure was great. I got dip nails and had a tip that was loose. The guy that did my nails was kind but not gentle. He made it far worse. He also nicked my skin multiple times. My nails were cute but not without pain. Fyi. read more

A few of my friends and I came in for Pedis, the service was great. Very friendly and communicative. Wanted a full set but they were closing early since it was Sunday but the nail techs assured me that they didn't mind staying a little late which was very sweet of them. Ended up doing a full set as well as the pedi. Michelle did my full set and recommended gelx since my nails were still damaged from my last set, she was amazing. Sharry (I think that was her name) did my pedicure and she was also great, friendly and made my experience comfortable & enjoyable. read more

Love this new salon!! I've been going to Nikki for years now and once I found out she moved to this salon, I followed! She's the absolute best and super accommodating. I wanted to like this place because I was referred here and was given names to go see.. but for me these nail techs are not it... I first made an appointment with Helen and she was rude. She made my thumbs two different shapes, didn't even suggest a different way because one of my thumbs was shorter due to a broken nail or even put a tip on it to at least make them even. One was square and one was round. She would toss my hand back to have me put in the lamp. Didn't speak to me really which is fine, but then once her regular client after me came in her whole demeanor changed and was friendly to her. I came back a second time and booked an appointment with phoung as I was referred to her as well, made this appointment a week or so prior and I check in and she is barely starting to paint someone. Then I was told "she doesn't know how to do gel builder can you see someone else?" I ask "if she doesn't know why did it let me book with her?" Nikki then rudely said " ok so you go with some one else?" Sure I guess ... also if she doesn't know then why was my appointment approved?? I then I see phoung attend to someone else.. what is the point of making an appointment?? I was irritated, after getting stared my nail tech finally gave me the colors as she was drilling / filing so it's hard to use one hand and they just pull your hand to start the next so I just settled on a color. My pedicure massage and scrub was weak as heck. Then getting checked out the guy doesn't say one word as I'm waiting to be told my payment, he just points to the machine. But they expect 15,20,30% tip.. for some rude, half a$$ Customer service?! No thanks I'll be going back to Mood Lounge. read more

I went in to do my nails and I got Nikki. She went above and beyond truly even though it was at a busy hour. Everything she does is very quick but neat. Most places I get out of doing my nails in around an hour and a half and she finished before the hour mark. Very gentle as well. Overall the best experience I've gotten at a nail spot with quality work. Thank you Nikki girl! read more

Loved my experience here! Took my mom here, and we both had an amazing time. I had the coconut milk pedicure, while my mom had the collagen pedicure and a regular manicure. Michelle especially went above and beyond to take care of my mom, addressing all her specific concerns (like ingrowns) and checking in on her frequently. We both love our results and will definitely be coming back in regularly! Highly recommend. :) read more

I'm usually very skeptical about going to new salons. I didn't have a choice this time as I had a broken toe nail & I needed it fixed ASAP. I called let them know what I wanted done & that I'll be 10 minutes. I got there. I got seated and I got what I was asked for. Michelle helped me very sweet lady, and very gentle. I definitely will come back to this place. Not only was customer service a 10, but the vibe and the aesthetic of the whole place was just giving luxury & clean. I will definitely be back to get my nails done next time. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I scheduled an appointment for 6:30 with my sister! I got a classic mani and pedi. One woman was working on my feet and the other on my hands. The whole process was going smoothly until I noticed dirty nail clippings floating in the water. I was halfway through the pedi so I chose to stay quiet. I asked for the color bubble bath from OPI on my toes and hands and I looked down and saw her painting my toes white. They admitted to there mistake and I said that the white polish was okay because they were about to close. I felt rushed even though they had booked this appointment and had taken other walk ins at the time I was booked. The lady doing my manicure cut me multiple times and did not apologize. She made my Nails uneven In size. She had done clear dip powder and just put a top coat on and asked if I liked them. I asked kindly if she was able to paint them with the color I initially requested and not just a clear top coat as the nails looked unfinished. She agreed reluctantly and started yelling to her coworker in another language. I am not one to cause a scene but When I was asked to pay they were trying to charge me $100 for a regular pedi which they did a terrible job on and got the color wrong and a manicure that caused me pain and was uneven. I asked what the breakdown was and she couldn't explain. I asked if I could receive $10 off because my toes were not the color I requested and she started yelling at me and saying no. Her coworker finally told her to just give the $10 discount. When I was signing the receipt she tossed a pen at me with an attitude. I signed the receipt and said they are in the wrong and don't need to have an attitude. I turned and started walking away after paying $90 for a terrible experience. She then threw the pen at the back of my head and called me the B word. I picked up the pen and tossed it back and said they should have better customer service. I was by the door and she pushed me out the door and grabbed my hair. Please do no come to this place. I was physically abused here over a $10 because they painted my toes the wrong color. read more

This was my first time coming to nails please as I haven't had my nails done for the last year and a half after having my son. I chose to come here after seeing all the good review in yelp. I came for my appointment with Nikki 4/15/23 at 11am, first walking in the nail salon is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I was treated when I walked in and i let them know i had an appointment with Nikki. I was instructed to wait in the chairs. The only downside to this appointment was the wait, although I had an appointment at 11am, my nails were not started until approx 11:40am. When Nikki began my nails, I showed her what I wanted and my inspo and she did amazing! I really enjoyed and liked how detailed she was and i love the shaping she did of my nails. I left very happy with my nails and plan on coming back, maybe next time with an appointment first thing in the morning. Definitely check them out and get your nails done by Nikki! read more

One of the best place for Pedicures & Manicures with reasonable prices. Will go again in the near future.

Found a new salon closeby that knows how to do nails. I got a fill it turned out great. Very cute nail shop and good at doing nails. Helen the owner is very sweet. Located next to Vons chicken and Satomi read more

The Yelp photos for this place looked pretty good, but I thought it was kind of weird that there were 97 photos, but only two reviews and a 3 star rating. Still I decided to try it out. HUGE mistake! I made an appt for a fill with Helen and a pedi at 6pm. I arrived 30 min early so that they could start my pedi while I waited for Helen to finish her client. Much to my surprise she started ANOTHER client shortly after. At 6:15, I reminded them that my appointment was at 6pm and they told me "Five more minutes, five more minutes." At 6:30pm my patience wore out. I paid for my pedi and walked out. This place will never receive any more business from me and if you are considering trying them out, I would advise you to take your money elsewhere. read more

A month before I with my 2 friends went to Nails please salon for pedicure services. They were having a soft opening. The nail salon is so beautiful and the interior is very impressive. I followed Nikki from a previous salon cause she understands my nail shape preference. Unfortunately the salon needs to do better with their appointments. If a nail tech is out sick, someone from the nail salon should text or call any appointments for the day and let customers know before they drive over there. I rushed to get to my appointment on time at 6:00pm only to be told Nikki was out sick. I should have been notified in the morning when the salon opened. read more

Vivian is the best ...she is absolutely amazing and super professional ....found my new nail tech

they do a good job but it depends who you get.. hit or miss. If you're super specific with a pic they do great for pedis. the cleanliness is a huge gross issue for me and why i am writing this review. last time i was here i got sick !!! i guarantee you they don't disinfect their UV lights when we put our hands in to cure the gel polish, they don't disinfect seats or tables that we lay our things & HANDS on, they don't wipe things down after a customer which is a huge health hazard so more disinfecting & cleaning needs to be done asap because germs are everywhere especially at a nail salon. havent been ill in years but soon as i left the salon i got sick within hours lol & service is always judy i always feel like they're energy is always judgmental when any customer walks in they just stare at you with curiosity and thats really rude. prices are also expensive for no reason. i never understood all the EXTRA ASS HIDDEN pricing. they give you a total but jokes on you because when you're about to pay the total is triple what you believed you were going to pay thanks to their sneaky hidden fees , smh. read more

I had booked a manicure with Michelle and another lady did my pedicure. i had asked many times if the prices were the same as the website where I booked my appointment they had said yes so I let them do my nails. she was really rude to me she was mad my hands were stiff because she made me stretch them out I don't have long arms so this was hard for me and she was just really mean to me the whole time I have a hard time confronting people all the time so I didn't say anything or speak up. when my nails were finished I saw the price they charged me 45 each for a pedicure and manicure I didn't know they were going to charge me that much and they wanted like 20 dollars in tip I just got a gel manicure and asked for a regular pedicure which should've been 35$ each it came out to 100 and something in the end which I could've gotten acrylics with that kind of money and still gotten a pedicure and when I checked the sign it said they upped there prices this sign was in small writing inside it wasn't anywhere on their site and they didn't tell me they raised their prices I'm not going to come here again the only lady who was actually nice to me was the one who did my pedicure and I thank her for that she was patient with me and didn't treat me rudely. read more

Helen did such a good job on my nails!! She was so sweet to me and got to know me. When shaping she asked if I liked it before continuing.
