My daughter has been going to Tai at Nails Please in Fremont, and today I finally decided to try her nail tech. I'm so glad I did! Tai did exactly what I asked for and paid close attention to every detail. The shape and French tips came out perfect, and I absolutely love my nails. I'll definitely be returning to him! My only disappointment was being charged an additional $10 for callus removal during my pedicure, someone else performed that part of the service. I feel basic callus removal should be included with a pedicure rather than charged separately. Other than that, I had a great experience and highly recommend Tai!
My long time nail tech moved so I was in search for a new nail tech. I also wanted to take this opportunity to find a place closer to home. I searched on yelp and found Nails Please. They have new pedicure chairs, workstations, and chairs. It's clean, bright, and pretty. Everyone is welcoming and kind. It's easy up book an appt online and see all the techs plus their availability. After reading the reviews I decided to try Tai and have no regrets. He is thorough, gentle, and a talented nail tech. I am super picky and look for someone who doesn't fill my nails too thick so it gives more of a natural look. He listens to exactly what I want and checks in to make sure I'm pleased with the shape and length. The true telling are all the compliments I get from strangers and friends since I've been coming to Nails Please. I highly recommend Tai! I'm sure all the others are great too. They seem to have a regular customer base.
Nikki left yall. She's no longer there so i would not recommend going here. The way they treated me cause THEY didn't let their clients know she was gone, is crazy. I was told that I should have checked their site to see that Nikki was removed from their site AFTER my appt was already made and confirmed. I also received a confirmation text from their site the night before confirming my appt so how is this my fault?! That is poor customer service.
Absolutely beautiful work! I had the best experience at Nails Please! Helen did an amazing job on my nails--her attention to detail and talent are truly incredible. I showed her a photo for inspiration, and somehow, her work turned out even more beautiful than the inspiration picture! She was so precise, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect. I'm absolutely in love with my nails and couldn't be happier with how they turned out. If you're looking for someone who can truly bring your nail vision to life (and make it even better!), I highly recommend Helen at Nails Please! I'll definitely be coming back!
I had a great experience! I usually come here for pedicures, and every time I visit, I always walk out happy with the service. Today, I decided to get my nails done and try Gel-X for the first time, and Kathy did an amazing job! She made me feel comfortable, was so easy to talk to, and really took her time to make sure my nails came out beautiful. I absolutely love how they turned out. I would definitely come back here again any day and highly recommend Kathy!
I always come here to get my nails done specifically with Nikki or Helen and they always do an amazing job. They also always offer water and even mimosas. Very nice and clean salon
Got my nails Done my Nancy. I was hesitant at first to try a new place but I took the risk and it was great. Nancy KNOWS what she is doing. Vibe: 10/10 It's a nail salon... not much to say about vibes. All the workers are friendly and welcoming to both customers and each other. Service 10/10: This is def one of my favorite place right now. You come in with a vision/ picture and leave knowing that you got your money's worth
I haven't had my nails done in quite some time as I was looking for a new nail shop. I found Nails Please and noticed the great reviews they had and one of the nail technicians Helen I was already following on social media so I decided to book my appointment with her and try them out. I came on a weeknight before Thanksgiving and they were fairly busy, the wait was a little long but in the end was worth it. The interior is cute and clean, I love the few photo ops they have on the walls. What I really like is that they have a table with small bottled waters and light snacks for the customers, this is a very nice touch. Helen was my nail technician, she's very nice and professional. I was getting a brand new acrylic full set. I showed her a design that I saw posted, she took one look and went straight to work. My nails came out amazing, better and more detailed than I'd expected. The length is perfect, the attention to detail, the design. I couldn't have asked for anything better. This just might be my new nail salon and I will keep going back to Helen.
Kathy was amazing!! She gave me the perfect design and was super careful and took her time and it came out beautiful and exactly what I wanted! I would highly recommend her! However, while I was waiting for Kathy, the other nail tech who helped take my nails off while I was waiting seemed to be new, and she didn't seem to know how to take gel x nails off because she filed my old set down to my nail itself and it hurt so bad I had to yank my hand away and then she didn't soak my nails in acetone but instead applied some sort of "magic" gel and then tried to peel/pull my old nails off and that hurt too. I've been getting my nails done for years now and have never had it hurt this bad but I'm sure it's probably because she was new and not experienced, but everyone was still super nice! I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want her to feel bad but I do think some of the nail techs probably need a bit more training! I would recommend Kathy since she was amazing, but would recommend being careful if any of the other nail techs try to take your old set off!
Got these sets 2 months ago, look at the retention! This place has been my go to for almost a year now. And, I like my experience so far.
I see Tai for nails and Kelly for pedivure. It's difficult to find a place where you can go and get both done with excellence. This is my new go to.
I've been coming to Nails Please for years, and Michelle has done my nails multiple times over that time. She is truly the best! Not only does she always remember me, but she remembers details about my life and genuinely asks how I'm doing every time I come in. She's so sweet, warm, and caring -- you can tell she really values her clients. And on top of being such a kind person, she does AMAZING nails. She pays attention to every little detail and makes sure you're completely happy before you leave. She's gentle, skilled, and really knows what she's doing. If you book with Michelle, you will leave happy every single time. Highly recommend her!
Reviews are largely positive. Customers highlight the skilled nail technicians, friendly and welcoming staff, and a clean, comfortable salon.

I love Nails Please! The salon itself is very clean, spacious and comfortable. All of the nail technicians there are friendly and skilled, so I always feel like I'll leave with a great service no matter who I see. My last visit, I did get my first acrylic set in probably 15 years just to do something fun. I booked with Helen after seeing her beautiful nail art on another customer there and she did not disappoint! She was quick and did an amazing job. Thanks Helen and Nails Please for the great experiences, every time! read more

I made an appt on their website at 5:00 pm but I wasn't seen till 5:25. I hate waiting that's why I wanted to finally go somewhere where they respect peoples time and appt schedule. Then in the end I was cut really badly because they she was in a hurry . I will give them one more try ,till I find some where I can go and actually be seen on time. They should have at least given a discount for cutting me this badly but not even a curtesy one . I generally hate confrontations but all nail techs are so rude and make it as though it's your fault when something doesn't go right. Unless they redeem themselves I will leave my 1 star review up. read more

My best friend told me about this place, when you walk in there's a beautiful flower wall, and so many technicians working. I had Michelle for my manicure and she did such an amazing job, she made sure it was the length, color and shape I wanted. Till the very end she asked me if I was happy, and I'm so happy to have found this place. There neat and clean and very friendly. Constantly checking in with you. Didn't catch the lady's name who do my pedicure but it felt so good and she did a good job, straight and clean. Will be back, really easy to make appointments online and appreciate the fact they called me to confirm. Thanks so much. read more

I decided to try this salon from the great yelp reviews they had. I had an appointment for gel builder nails and thankfully was able to be seen earlier. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of service and attitude from my nail technician, Helen. The appointment in total was about 30 minutes or less. The technician rushed through the entire process paying no attention to detail. I have been getting my nails done for years and know the steps that need to be taken and the order. I noticed Helen was either skipping steps entirely or doing things in complete wrong order that affected the quality of the nails. My nails are now very uneven, cuticles were not paid attention to at all, and the polish is lumpy. She clearly did not want to be there and seemed to be annoyed that she had to do my nails in the first place. I will not be coming back. Stay away! read more

First time and I had a great experience. Salon is clean and calm vibes. Sherry painted my toes and was very nice. Nikki did my nails and really leveled up the experience for me. Also really appreciate her attention to detail on my nail because I get a simple look but particular about my nail shape. Nikki is my new go to and I highly recommend her. Also would like to say prices are very reasonable and worth it. read more

Vivian Cao is the best nail artist! I have been going to her for 2 years now. I live in South San Jose, but follow her wherever she goes. She always gives my nails the amazing shape I want and they last for up to a month. Vivian always brings the design I want to life. I have been getting my nails done for many years and have tried so many different nail techs, she never disappoints. Nails Please is a great salon. Friendly and attentive staff. There is easy parking. Also has a clean wide open space. I appreciate when nail salons are spacious. They offer many services such as manicures, pedicures, waxes and lashing. I love when places offer multiple services making it convenient for me if I ever wanted to try something new. read more

Stumbled upon this nail salon back in May when I was looking for a mani/pedi place to take my mom to. The service is always 10/10, I've been a repeat customer ever since. Even when my mom comes to the Bay to visit, I make sure to book an appointment here so we can get mani/pedis. If you want high quality service then look no further! They take walk ins along with appointments. read more

First time at this nail salon and I have to say my experience was amazing. I needed to get acrylics and a pedi done before my baby shower party. I ended up getting a mint pedicure- the scrub/hot stones were such a nice touch for my swollen pregnancy legs. For my acrylic nails, Nikki did such a fantastic job. I came in with a nail design I was wanting and she slayed. Will definitely come back for all my nail pampering needs. read more

You have to try Nails Please! The staff are so nice and take great care of you. Nikki does my acrylic nails and I'm always pleased with the results. Deluxe Pedi is $55 and includes so many great pampering highlights like a scrub, mask, and hot stone massage. **** Yelp - please leave my review up! I scheduled an appointment at 5:30 pm and was seen immediately by Michelle. She was very warm and friendly as she was doing my nails. She kept asking me how I felt about the pedicure she was doing or if the stone was too hot. She even timed the pedicure foot massage to be precise about it. She diligently wrote down the colors I wanted. She took good care to give me advice and tips about my mail since she said my cuticle was not healthy and I appreciated the advice. Her application of my nail polish was very smooth and even although my nails were not in good condition due to acrylic nails so she reminded me not to be alarmed and tried to smooth the surface. My manicure and pedicure turned out very beautiful! I would recommend Michelle. read more

2022 was my first year getting my nails done (like ever, which should say a lot so I do apologize for my amateur review) and twice have I come to Nails Please and have been in good hands. The first time, I was getting my first ever set redone because my first salon choice wasn't very good, even when I showed them a picture. It was completely different when I showed Amy the same picture here and I was given exactly what I wanted I couldn't stop feeling them and got many compliments at work! The second time, I decided to come back to get my Halloween nails done w/glow in the dark and while I know it seems inconvenient to show later from the first day, seriously check the photo and how clean Michelle's work is! I've filed them down for work, but there hasn't been a crack and they're still very strong and set to my nails! I've learned that my nails grow a bit slower than normal (10wks in photo), so I will be learning how often I could get them done. P.s. I've never felt so boss through a set of nails and I know it sounds silly, but i'm very excited to come back and have more fun with them~ I hope these ladies will be patient with me until I can decide what cuter designs I can let them add when I feel comfortable enough to get passed plain cảm ơn nhìêu!! read more

Nikki is the BEST OF THE VERY BEST!!!! My mom has been seeing her for a while. My mom said I would love her and I sure do. I am extremely particular/picky. I showed a few pics and let her go to town. My goodness to say I am impressed is an understatement. She is absolutely AMAZING! She is also very friendly and easy to talk with. Please try her out. You won't regret it. read more

New to the area and finally found this gem of a nail salon. Been a couple times and have had great experiences and great customer service. The atmosphere is relaxing ,so clean and chic. Nikki did my nails and was absolutely amazing and so fast. I had to remove an old set of acrylic nails and get a new set and she did it all under an hour. The quickness did not take away from how good my nails looked either. I got a chip a couple days later on one of my nails and reached out to Nikki and she did not hesitate to tell me to come in and they would fix it. Went in and they fixed it right away. I highly recommend this salon. I'm obsessed with how well Nikki did my nails!! read more

Nikki is truly the best at what she does. It's amazing how it comes so natural to her. I could never go to anybody else. She doesn't even have to try, she's just awesome at what she does. She also always manages to squeeze me in last minute and works so hard to get me what I want. She's a true artist. I can't appreciate her enough. Love Nikki read more

I got my nails done here with a friend together, and it was the best experience. They have a lot of skilled technicians that are very efficient and understanding. I showed her an inspo picture of what I wanted, and it came out even better than I expected. If you don't know what to get or want advice, Ann was very patient and helpful! It also took less than an hour to finish and was done before. The place is very spacious and very relaxing. The only thing is, It is on the pricey side but it is definitely worth it! read more
