My daughter has been going to Tai at Nails Please in Fremont, and today I finally decided to try her nail tech. I'm so glad I did! Tai did exactly what I asked for and paid close attention to every detail. The shape and French tips came out perfect, and I absolutely love my nails. I'll definitely be returning to him! My only disappointment was being charged an additional $10 for callus removal during my pedicure, someone else performed that part of the service. I feel basic callus removal should be included with a pedicure rather than charged separately. Other than that, I had a great experience and highly recommend Tai!
My long time nail tech moved so I was in search for a new nail tech. I also wanted to take this opportunity to find a place closer to home. I searched on yelp and found Nails Please. They have new pedicure chairs, workstations, and chairs. It's clean, bright, and pretty. Everyone is welcoming and kind. It's easy up book an appt online and see all the techs plus their availability. After reading the reviews I decided to try Tai and have no regrets. He is thorough, gentle, and a talented nail tech. I am super picky and look for someone who doesn't fill my nails too thick so it gives more of a natural look. He listens to exactly what I want and checks in to make sure I'm pleased with the shape and length. The true telling are all the compliments I get from strangers and friends since I've been coming to Nails Please. I highly recommend Tai! I'm sure all the others are great too. They seem to have a regular customer base.
Nikki left yall. She's no longer there so i would not recommend going here. The way they treated me cause THEY didn't let their clients know she was gone, is crazy. I was told that I should have checked their site to see that Nikki was removed from their site AFTER my appt was already made and confirmed. I also received a confirmation text from their site the night before confirming my appt so how is this my fault?! That is poor customer service.
Absolutely beautiful work! I had the best experience at Nails Please! Helen did an amazing job on my nails--her attention to detail and talent are truly incredible. I showed her a photo for inspiration, and somehow, her work turned out even more beautiful than the inspiration picture! She was so precise, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect. I'm absolutely in love with my nails and couldn't be happier with how they turned out. If you're looking for someone who can truly bring your nail vision to life (and make it even better!), I highly recommend Helen at Nails Please! I'll definitely be coming back!
I had a great experience! I usually come here for pedicures, and every time I visit, I always walk out happy with the service. Today, I decided to get my nails done and try Gel-X for the first time, and Kathy did an amazing job! She made me feel comfortable, was so easy to talk to, and really took her time to make sure my nails came out beautiful. I absolutely love how they turned out. I would definitely come back here again any day and highly recommend Kathy!
I always come here to get my nails done specifically with Nikki or Helen and they always do an amazing job. They also always offer water and even mimosas. Very nice and clean salon
Got my nails Done my Nancy. I was hesitant at first to try a new place but I took the risk and it was great. Nancy KNOWS what she is doing. Vibe: 10/10 It's a nail salon... not much to say about vibes. All the workers are friendly and welcoming to both customers and each other. Service 10/10: This is def one of my favorite place right now. You come in with a vision/ picture and leave knowing that you got your money's worth
I haven't had my nails done in quite some time as I was looking for a new nail shop. I found Nails Please and noticed the great reviews they had and one of the nail technicians Helen I was already following on social media so I decided to book my appointment with her and try them out. I came on a weeknight before Thanksgiving and they were fairly busy, the wait was a little long but in the end was worth it. The interior is cute and clean, I love the few photo ops they have on the walls. What I really like is that they have a table with small bottled waters and light snacks for the customers, this is a very nice touch. Helen was my nail technician, she's very nice and professional. I was getting a brand new acrylic full set. I showed her a design that I saw posted, she took one look and went straight to work. My nails came out amazing, better and more detailed than I'd expected. The length is perfect, the attention to detail, the design. I couldn't have asked for anything better. This just might be my new nail salon and I will keep going back to Helen.
Kathy was amazing!! She gave me the perfect design and was super careful and took her time and it came out beautiful and exactly what I wanted! I would highly recommend her! However, while I was waiting for Kathy, the other nail tech who helped take my nails off while I was waiting seemed to be new, and she didn't seem to know how to take gel x nails off because she filed my old set down to my nail itself and it hurt so bad I had to yank my hand away and then she didn't soak my nails in acetone but instead applied some sort of "magic" gel and then tried to peel/pull my old nails off and that hurt too. I've been getting my nails done for years now and have never had it hurt this bad but I'm sure it's probably because she was new and not experienced, but everyone was still super nice! I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want her to feel bad but I do think some of the nail techs probably need a bit more training! I would recommend Kathy since she was amazing, but would recommend being careful if any of the other nail techs try to take your old set off!
Got these sets 2 months ago, look at the retention! This place has been my go to for almost a year now. And, I like my experience so far.
I see Tai for nails and Kelly for pedivure. It's difficult to find a place where you can go and get both done with excellence. This is my new go to.
I've been coming to Nails Please for years, and Michelle has done my nails multiple times over that time. She is truly the best! Not only does she always remember me, but she remembers details about my life and genuinely asks how I'm doing every time I come in. She's so sweet, warm, and caring -- you can tell she really values her clients. And on top of being such a kind person, she does AMAZING nails. She pays attention to every little detail and makes sure you're completely happy before you leave. She's gentle, skilled, and really knows what she's doing. If you book with Michelle, you will leave happy every single time. Highly recommend her!
Reviews are largely positive. Customers highlight the skilled nail technicians, friendly and welcoming staff, and a clean, comfortable salon.

Absolutely love this place. She did my daughter's nails exactly as she wanted! Then came back for my own. I showed Helen a picture of what I wanted and she definitely delivered! I could not be more happier! I also had a pedicure done which was great! Transparent pricing. Other pros, easy parking, easy scheduling, lots of space and chairs, clean. read more

Design execution 10/10: pulled off the design with ease. And from the look of other reviewers, design execution is their strong suit. Cleanliness 4/10: saw the same tools used on the previous client being used on my hands, and it didn't look they were cleaned in between clients. I personally wasn't bothered by it much, but some may. Value for your dollar 7/10: pricing seems comparable to other nail salons in the area, but I didn't get my cuticles trimmed. I was, however, very pleased with how the nails looked/How they turned out, so that offsets it. Overall 7/10: Echoing many others' comments... ambience was tranquil, place looked clean, nail craft was excellent. Just wish my cuticles were treated before applying dip powder. Okay for my first time here, but looking for a better experience next time. read more

I came here because it was the only place that had an opening nearby that could take me within 15 minutes. I came in and was so surprised and impressed by the salon, it has such a cute photo flower wall to take selfies, so a selfie flower wall. The decor was incredible and I had a warm welcoming. I'm not too sure who did my deluxe pedicure but it was $55 and well worth the money. It was the most relaxing pedicure I have ever experienced ever! The leg massage was to die for. I went in before I started work to pamper myself and get a fill and new acrylic design. Helen, wow! She started my nails while I was getting my pedicure done and was so patient and polite and asked me for the first time since I originally got my nails done maybe like 4 months ago, if I wanted her to trim my real nails and get a new set, but I kept my real nails and got got acrylic aside from my middle and ring fingers. I found a design I wanted on instagram and let me just tell you that Helen delivered and I love my nails so so much. As well as my pedicures toes :) I moved to Fremont from San Jose early May, and wanted to find a new place for me and my daughter, and maybe my husband to get a man pedicure, and this is it. As soon as I came home after work I told my husband and our daughter that I found the perfect place! Nails please!! Thank you so so so much for this incredible first visit and experience. I will definitely be back with my little family. I'll include my nails :) read more

I was looking for a new nail salon to go to and stumbled upon this place! Their online booking appointment system was super easy to use and I liked how it shows you who's available and at what time they are. I made an appointment with Michelle and she was great! I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she gave me just that. We went with gel x nails and I'm super happy with them! Thank you Michelle! Will definitely be back. read more

First time here! I made an appointment online for 1:30, didn't get seated until 1:50pm. It seems like they do not honor the appointment system, it's more of first comes first serves. They are also short staffed for a Friday & seemed to be juggling around their staff with people. I told the staff I need to be done by 2:45pm. The lady started the work at 2:10pm and was done by 2:36pm. It felt rushed due to one being taken in late and because of my time constraint. I shall try this place again when they are not so busy. read more

I came in two weeks ago for an acrylic overlay and I came to get a new set with my usual nail tech and she said that I used an MMA product and it was hard to do a soak off completely not recommend. read more

They were nice there, but the actual service was disappointing. I got a gel manicure with chrome and the polish chipped within 48 hours. My nails were uneven and differently shaped, so I had to file them when I got home. There was also buildup of gel on my cuticle. It was $35 for a gel manicure and $15 for the chrome add on. I wouldn't say I'd go back to there. read more

I went here for medium almond gel-x nails with design done by Michelle. Booking my appointment was easy using the website -- once you're there, you check in with your phone number on the ipad at the front. Michelle did a really good job and checked in with me multiple times to make sure everything was okay. They also have a lot of cute nail charms to choose from. I'm so happy with how cute they turned out :) My total without tip was $78. The interior of the store was clean. read more

My first time going to Nails Please today and I had a great experience! The ambiance inside the shop is wonderful, and the staff is very friendly. I had my acrylics removed, gel manicure, and pedicure all for $105. I especially appreciate my manicure done by Tai, I really liked the design and the shape! read more

I loved the way my nails came out. It was my first time doing gel-x but was disappointed when one nail popped off after 2 days. My full set lasted about a week and half with me gluing one nail back on myself which for the price I paid was disappointing. I would definitely go back but probably opt for a regular acrylic set. The shape and precision of the French tip were beautiful, I had an appointment with the first available person. read more

Got my nails done today by Vivian and she was amazing and efficient too! She nailed (hehe) the design I wanted and when I saw something needed fixing she was super nice about it and fixed it for me. I have had techs be really rough with my nails and/or not do great at detail but Vivian did an amazing job. Definitely requesting her next time I stop in. If you want to find a nail salon that's decently priced with great service and beautiful nail art, go here! Thank you for the beautiful mani read more

Officially found my new nail spot! I recently moved to Fremont but I was still commuting to Milpitas to get my nails done. I was afraid to look for a new salon closer to home (I'm very routine) but my past visit to my recent nail salon had me shook! Prices were crazy and the customer service wasn't how I remembered it in the past. I'm so happy I found a place closer to home, affordable prices, and waaaaay better customer service than my old nail salon. Immediately walking in I couldn't help but notice how clean and tidy everything was, I was also greeted by all the friendly staff. I checked in for my full set and pedicure and I was immediately seated for my pedicure. Everything was great. I didn't get to get the name of the lady who did my pedicure but she was gentle and nice. I wanted to especially shout out Nikki, who did my full set. She is amazing and super professional, she did my nails exactly how I wanted and she sealed the deal for me. They just gained another returning client! Thank you Nikki and Nail's Please staff! I'll definitely be back! P.S. if you're having second thoughts.... DON'T! This place is a beautiful hidden gem! Don't waste your time looking for the best when it's right here! read more

This is our first time doing nails and Helen did an amazing job on my friend's and my nails! We showed her the designs we wanted, and she recreated them exactly like the pictures we provided. My friend got a festive Christmas-themed look with stars, bows, and holiday colors, while I went for an elegant neutral design with pearls, crosses, and subtle accents. Her attention to detail and ability to bring our ideas to life are incredible. We're both so happy with the results--highly recommend Helen for beautiful, precise nail art! read more

Terrible. Will never come again. My nail tech aggressively cut my nails. First red flag. I should've left then. She was also sick but glad she eventually put on a mask. She then cut my cuticles also aggressively and poorly. They are so uneven. She glued on my gel x nails crooked. And she left clumps of glue underneath the nail until I asked her to remove it. This process took so long and it was painful. The other techs crowded around during this process but had nothing to say. I wanted these for my birthday tomorrow and upcoming travel but fully regret it. read more

Helen has been doing my nails for a few months now and I've been really happy each time. This is the best my nails have looked... maybe ever! She's quick and flawless in her process. Helen is obviously comfortable and well educated in her skill. She knows the latest nail trends and has good suggestions. Her pricing is reasonable and competitive. She's also very sweet and easy to chat with. The salon as a whole is nice, I haven't had services from other technicians but their work looks good and they are helpful and kind. read more

$60 for this? Would y'all pay $60 for these pedicure... As a person that hates speaking up because I don't want to seem rude, I told the lady who did my pedicure if Im paying extra $20 for french tip I want them to come out nice. I have OCD. I care about the shape & design HEAVY. So im gonna take this loss. My mindset is "these women probably need the money more than I do" but nails please you guys are increasing your prices does the QUALITY of your work have to decrease??? I still tipped these ladies but im gonna stick to the Ladies who do nails from home. They at least take their time. I just know the lady who did my pedicure was talking shit because I recorded her & asked my Viet friend to translate. Never coming here for pedicure. I literally only come here for Trammy. read more

First time booking with Michelle. I already had dip powder with extensions on my nails and told her I wanted to change design and shorten so she suggested I do a fill (I didn't realize you could do that with dip powder). She checked several times during the mani to make sure everything was as I wanted. I'm really happy with how the nails turned out. Only comment on something to improve on is for her to file down the frayed edges on the bottom side of the nail. Other than that I was really happy, I'll be scheduling my next appointment with her. read more

I don't like to rate or say anything on yelp but I'm going through soo much pain on my toe and pinky finger. I came in as a walk in and was assisted right away, although the service was not good. My pinky nail was cut in half and was bleeding, she put ointment and continue to paint over my half nail, and my toe is currently purple and infected and hurts to walk on it, after 2weeks from the service.its affecting my work and personal life as I need to be active. This was the second time I was hurt getting my nails done here. read more

overall nice salon, I like my nails. But a little pricey I paid $85 for the full set ($10 to remove my previous set) so technically $75 but still a little bit pricey compared to other nail salons in Fremont, but I can't complain because I like the nails! read more
