I walked in moments before they closed requesting a fill and they took right in! It was still pretty busy however they were still able to provide me with the service and even offered me water. The ladies were nice and Based on their reviews it looks like a good place to get my nails done. Boy was at the best decision that day I was in and out in 45 minutes and my nails look pristine! Had to give an update. Got my nails done here already and the polish did not last. I opted for gel the first time and it chipped about a week later. I came in last week to do dip powder because I heard it last longer, trying to give them another try. $50 down the drain as they started to chip and fall off by the 6th day. Went the day before Thanksgiving knowing they may be busy and could not get it fixed. Wanted to go back Friday but they were closed. My nails continued to chip to the point where I just had to take all the color off because my nails were embarrassing to look at. i had an appointment for 3:15 with nikki. i arrived at around 3:10 and was seated immediately. HOWEVER, nikki was not my nail tech. that doesn't bother me that much, but it might bother others; if someone books a certain technician im sure they'd expect to get that technician. my cuticles hurt a little and were a little scratched, but i have generally a high pain tolerance for my cuticles. my tech, ann, took her time with my nails, and was attentive to details and checked in with me throughout the appointment, if i like the shape, length, etc. i think that ann was new bc a lot of the other technicians were watching her while she was working. i don't see a lot of reviews for her either. my nails took around an hour and 40 minutes, but like i said i feel like ann is new so i understand and don't mind. i'm thoroughly impressed with her work: i showed her a picture and she delivered! i tend to prefer nude nails, and i've always wanted ombré nude ones, so i decided to treat myself for my birthday. now every time i look at my nails i feel good inside . im sure to return to ann for my nude nails! read more

Definitely found my new nail spot! A few of my friends recommended this place and the nail tech, Nikki, in particular. I've been to a handful of places in Fremont and Nails Please & Nikki are 100% top notch! The space is clean, spacious, and welcoming. I love the flower wall and how much room each station has. I had a full set appointment with Nikki at 6 pm today but decided to go in early for a pedi. I was seated right away for the pedi considering I didn't have an appointment for it. I arrived at 5:15 and my pedi began at 5:30. I didn't get the name of the woman who did my pedicure but she was great! She was kind, gentle, and attentive and made sure I was aware that gel polish was an extra $10. To my (pleasant) surprise, Nikki began doing my nails while I was still in the pedicure chair and she started at 5:59! This was the first time I had ever been seen early for an appointment and I appreciated how she accommodated me so quickly. I took a break from acrylics for almost a year and I'm so happy that my first time getting them again was with her! She did exactly what I wanted and she was super quick & efficient. I got the classic pedicure here on a Saturday early afternoon. I called and they said they would take walk ins. I waited on the pedicure chair getting a great massage on the back. I had a foot soak, then the lady scrubbed my feet, removed my old nail polish, trimmed my nails/cuticles. I had picked the watermelon green color and after the nail tech applied the base coat, she tested the color on my toenail and asked me if I liked it. I changed my mind to the aurora green color and she went and changed it for me. She did a great job without having to wipe away extra nail polish. The gel cure didn't burn. I had lotion applied at the end, hot towel. She didn't apply the lotion on her hands and squirted it on my legs so it was a little cold at first. The hot stone was very comfortable during the short leg massage. My friend had a different experience where she asked for the ring finger to have a different design and her nail tech was frustrated with the change. I didn't catch their names. read more

Unfortunately I will not be coming back :( after my review I did go back multiple times because I enjoy and love having my nails done. But as time went on the quality continued to get bad and the attention to detail on nails did as well. A few weeks ago I had a booked appointment for a fill and was again left waiting for 30+ mins. I got there 10 mins early just because I like to be early. And same thing again, I sat and no one kept me updated on times or what was going on. When I sat to wait I did notice Nikki had only just started someone else's nails. Again TEN MINUTES before MY APPOINTMENT. She got up and spoke with another customer sitting next to me and failed to acknowledge me. I left after 30 mins because I am busy. When appointments are booked it's for a reason and they should be respected. Even then as I've always said I do not mind waiting but no one updates you and that's basic customer service. No one offered me to get a pedicure or anything while I waited. When I left Nikki did apologize and explained that customers were late but if my appointment was booked for a certain time I don't understand why you would take them 10 mins before, not update your customers and expect them to continue coming back to you. I did come back to get my old nails removed and whoever did it, literally ripped them off. Didn't soak them or anything. Now my nails are damaged and she tried saying my nails were just "weak" lol. I did consider coming back but that definitely solidified my decision to not come back. It's so unfortunate because this place has so much potential but whoever "management" is needs to get a plan in place to get things like this corrected. If that means hiring a receptionist do it for the business and your business's future. Don't just offer people discounts like it's candy, actually do something about it. Idk how their booking system works but if I had even received a call to let me know she was running behind, it would have genuinely gone a long way. read more
