Worst experience. Do not recommend. This place is hands down one of the worst businesses I've ever been to. The man who runs it is incredibly rude and dismissive. During my most recent visit, he physically tapped/hit my shoulder while telling me to sit down--in front of other customers--which was completely inappropriate and uncomfortable. They have zero respect for customers' time. Every single visit, I've been told the wait would be "a few minutes," only to end up waiting 20 minutes, an hour, or even an hour and a half--even when I had an appointment. They consistently lie about wait times. I've asked directly, "Should I come now?" and been told yes, only to arrive and be made to wait indefinitely. In this last visit, I was told "two minutes" while the technician was clearly just starting a full acrylic set on someone else. When I tried to leave after realizing I'd been misled again, I was told to sit back down--and that's when he touched my shoulder. I left without getting my nails done. Tammy is the only competent and professional person there, which is why everyone requests her--but that alone doesn't justify how poorly customers are treated. The only reason this place stays in business is its convenient location. If there were literally any other option nearby, I would never step foot in here again. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience--and the pattern of disrespect--deserves to be called out. read more

Excellent service! The moment I walked in I was greeted and helped right away. I was offered tea or water and was told about the specials for the day. I really liked this nail salon because of the location and how cute the inside of it is. It's a very clean salon and modern style. I got a fill in with regular nail polish color. I loved how they have a variety of different colors in matte, glossy, or sparkly form. The lady Lily who did my nails was amazing and friendly. We had a nice conversation and she really took her time in making sure my nails looked nice. She didn't rush and was very gentle with my nails. She also mentioned to me that I should take my keys out and phone so I don't ruin my nails when it's time to leave digging into my purse. I also paid before she applied the nail polish so I can prevent from ruining my nails. I really like the fact they care about customer satisfaction and prevent their customers from damaging their nails. I chose a bold green color for my nails and was skeptical about it not looking good but it came out better than I expected! I left feeling good and happy with my results. Happy hour discount M-Th 9am-1pm with complimentary beverages. I found out their cousin Holly is the owner and recently had a baby; therefore, these friendly sisters are running the nail salon. They remodeled back in April, and patrons inside spoke highly of this new space/transformation. I enjoyed my gel manicure with a nice hand massage and hot towel to end the night. Their hours are convenient for those of us who work late, closes at 8pm. I will definitely be back during happy hour for more services. You leave here feeling fabulous and worth the $$. Worst pedicure I've ever had and I've been a lot of places (and they were WAY cheaper). My toes should've been dry by the time my manicure was complete so I have no idea how I walked out with a totally screwed up big toe (see picture). Regular manicure was good and still looks great. Staff was weirder than usual. I had an appointment so time shouldn't have been an issue but they still kept rushing it along. Felt very hurried and the guy even insisted I pay WHILE I was in the middle of my manicure. Somehow didn't mess my nails up but just what in the hell?? I got a lovely manicure from an older woman who didn't speak english or want to talk. She was nice enough though. They just got in new massage chairs for the pedicures though so I need to go back and try it again (with a friend to talk to or a book to read). Two older women were drinking champagne on ice and getting loud and giggly when I got my nails done. Friendly staff offered water/tea, but I'm betting that's because they're trying to make up for poor reviews. 1. HOT water. Caught off guard by how really hot the water was for soaking the cuticles. 2. Dull cuticle nipper. Tech just opted to file cuticles along with the top of my skin instead of doing a proper trim. I winced in pain when she applied acetone. 3. Pieces of applicator brush were on a couple nails. I pointed this out, but tech just smiled and polished over them anyway. 4. I had appointment and yet I spent almost 3 hours just to get acrylic manicure and pedicure. There's no such thing as appointment as they don't know how to follow it. The technician should have not worked there. She's unskilled and did hurt my fingers many times. The nails were not even in size, uneven application of nail polish and so thick. They have obnoxious customers who are loud and felt like a ghetto. I was unhappy and asked for discount and they refuse to give me so I have them what I think it's worth and walked out. Unlike some other reviews, I can't say I've ever had a bad experience at Nails #1! I always get acrylics and other places always seem to make them too thick or do a bad polish job. I have gotten my acrylics done multiple times by Lily and every time they are absolutely fantastic. She's extremely precise and makes sure I absolutely love them before applying polish.
