So I came in here unsure because there were mostly great reviews on yelp but there were some bad ones and they were harsh. I to a risk and came here spontaneously with my boyfriend and we were helped immediately! My boyfriend got a simple pedicure for $15 and I got a pedicure with a french tip ($19) and a full set with a french tip painted ($25). Not gonna lie the prices were really good compared to other places. I was helped out by the owner HOLLY and had one other girl work on my feet. They were so nice and actually had conversation with me and was so gentle and precise. I love this place and I'm definitely coming back! My nails came out beautifully and exactly how I've always wanted them but was never given from previous shops. I love this place thank you! read more

Found this place on yelp when I was desperate for a pedicure for me and my sisters on a late Sunday afternoon. That day I only got pedicure. They had great customer service and over all the pedicure was great. Polish last over a month with no chips. Second time coming here, and I'm still amazed by the customer service and the skills of the nail technicians and the pedicurist. I got a full set and I loved the way my nails come out, my pedicure again was great:) read more

I have finally found a nail salon near me that does not disappoint! All the techs in this salon are super nice and friendly. The owner is usually the one to greet you, in the past I just walked in and usually need to wait a bit before being see so if you do not want to wait I suggest to make an appointment it can get pretty busy. I've had a couple of the girls work on me but Lily is the tech I like to work on me. I've got long nails and she always makes sure to take her time which I really appreciate! I love this place but you should make an appointment if you're pressed on time, I've only come here on the weekends and all the chairs get filled within minutes of opening time. They have a good team, all the ladies that have done my nails at this place have been great, however - Sara is AWESOME! read more

I found this place through Yelp from reviews like this - but after a year of coming here, I have to say it's my go-to! I've gotten a bunch of manis, pedis, fills - every time they're pretty great. I've only had some bad experiences, but mainly when they were busy and stretched thin which led to my nails being handled by three different girls. This was my only bad experience with them. I love their gel selection! I'm a Disney CM who always works with registers - so my nails have to always be neutral but strong. From going to them regularly I know my nails are always taken care of. My only tip is to try and make an appointment, ESPECIALLY on the weekends. Unless you have a few hours to kill and don't mind the wait - they're just too popular now to get everyone in otherwise!! Also: I highly recommend Tammy for pedicures! She's amazing at pampering and always does the best nail designs for toes! read more

I'm finally writing a review after coming here for over a year now ! Sorry aha Well this is by far my favorite place I always love my nails and I do some pretty hard designs once in awhile ! I love Leanne and Thania they always do a great job on my nails ! They take there time and I always get tons of compliments on my nails .. I've tried other places between going there if I don't have time or are to busy and it never comes out even close as good as when I go here! I would recommend this place if you want beautiful nails ! Call ahead but it's definitely worth the little wait! Also love Helen and Emily for pedicures !! read more

I scheduled an appointment to get my pedicure and manicure done. I was able to get my manicure done but not my pedicure because they had over booked so many people. I was told to wait for like 1 hour since they were running behind. Why schedule so many people if you can't accommodate them, also last time I checked I'm pretty sure this isn't this isn't social distancing. I would rather be told I can only get one thing done, so I can plan accordingly, instead of wasting my time. read more

I was never really interested in getting my nails done since I've had some pretty horrendous experiences with nail salons. From upscale salons to salons at a fraction of the price....I was always left with a sour taste in my mouth! That is....until my sister literally dragged me here and had me do my nails. Both she and I had appointments, but like most nail salons, they were a bit backed up so we had to wait a few extra minutes. When I got in the chair I showed the nail tech what I wanted done: almond shapes nails. She began by putting on the acrylic nail, the filler, shaping, filing, the whole nine yards. Less than an hour later my nails emerge exactly what I'd hoped they would be! Honestly, I couldn't see anything that she could have done differently! Now 2 months later, I still continue to visit Stacy every two weeks for a fill. She is absolutely amazing and you won't regret coming here! read more

This salon has the worse service! My mother came in the next day after she got her nails done because she did not like the shape. Whoever was in the front greeting all the customers gave my mother a terrible attitude. When she had my mom seated she told my mom in front of all the customers that she'll fix her nails but to never return again In front of every other customer. When I get my nails done I expect them to be done the way I want them especially at the price they ask for! read more

I just moved to this city and was looking for a new place to get my nails done, so I decided to give this place a try. I was in and out (gel manicure and pedicure) which was awesome, but later that night I noticed my toe starting to swell. It's now a week later and I have an ingrown toenail and an infection. Spent $55 for everything just to end up removing my polish 2 days later. Never has this ever happen to me before..Sadly I won't be returning. read more

In and out in about 45 minutes or less. This place is busy but they definitely keep the business coming back. Normal mani/pedi is $27 and they do a great job. A lot of OPI colors to choose from. On another occasion I did a gel manicure here with an ombre french tip design and they charged me $32 - I would have loved it if both sides looked the same but the girl who worked on me (I think her name was Cindy) attempted multiple times for the french ombre look and I think she just got sick of it by the time she worked on my second hand so it did not look very ombre on my left hand. Overall though, I think they do a great job and they are clean. They offer cold water which is great. The owner is also super nice and accommodating as she helped my very pregnant self off the chair, and allowed me to stay a little longer while I waited for my ride even though they were closing. Located near The Curry House in Cypress. Open until about 6:30pm which is very convenient. read more

It was my first time there and haven't used all the services thats why I gave it a four star. Nancy was great she did my eye lash extensions. Im about 7 months pregnant so its hard to stay still for quite some time she was quick and accommodating. Took an hour and 10 minutes because I had to sit up and go to the ladies room she was super nice about it. The front desk lady was really nice too. She was all smiles before and after my appointment. Was referred to come here because a girl raved about how good of a job they do. They took me and my daughter in right away and my daughters nails were fine, but that was the only good thing about my experience. As soon as I sat down this younger girl started off with a really rude attitude and the the girl doing my full set argued with me about my preference in color and Matt finish. My experience was a joke. The job they did was okay but their service was lousy because of how rude they are. If the place wasn't busy I would have asked for someone else to care care of it. Wasn't an option so I was stuck. No one should have to tolerate that especially when you come in to relax and the only thing that stopped me from going off was my daughters presence. This place is way overrated and Whoever owns this place needs to nip it in the bud. I refuse to come back. Not worth the bitchy attitudes. read more

Nails Galore is absolutely AMAZING .. All of the ladies that work there are talented artists .. I'm ashamed to admit it but I've cheated twice and gone to another nail shop ... and BOTH times I've ended up going back to nails galore to get the job done. All the nail technicians are very sweet and take the time to get what you want done. Today I originally went to another nail salon to get a French ombré done .. it was hideous. The nail shape wasn't very flattering to my hands, and instead of using powder to create the ombré look the technician decided to be lazy and just air brushed it on. I went into the shop today with no appointment and was treated like royalty by all the ladies .. I changed my horrible French ombré to white nails with a simple design. Come here if you want your nails done, it's better if you make an appointment! Love you ladies! Thank you for my beautiful nails! I promise I'll stop cheating on you! read more

I'm extremely disappointed with this nail salon. I made an appointment on Tuesday, April 16th for today- Friday, April 19th for my mom at 9:30am. The salon opens at 9:30am per the manager Holly. My mom arrived to the salon at 9:29am and every single chair was filled. When she checked in at the front she was told by Kim that it would be a "few minutes." After waiting 5 minutes she went to ask how much longer it would be. She was then told it would be 20 more minutes because Emily didn't know that she had a 9:30am appointment. Unfortunately this happens every single time we make an appointment and this was the final straw. We've been coming here for 3 years but will no longer be returning. When you make an appointment you expect to be seen at the time the appointment is for. Time to find a new nail salon!! read more

After trying several nail salons in the are, I've found a great place. Nails Galore was clean and professional. My mother and I went and a spur of the moment, rainy Sunday, I checked on yelp first and nails galore was very highly rated, so we braved the pouring rain and went. We were greeted and seated immediately. We both are so pleased with our gel manicures, they look perfect. I will definitely be going back, oh! And A huge plus after all this, their prices are wonderful, very reasonable. Sooooo happy!! read more

This is my 3rd time here, because the gel nail polish doesn't lift after 2 weeks, like some nail salons do. But I've yet to find the nail tech that shapes my nails correctly and evenly.... I constantly have to let them know to fix it because they rush through it and it doesn't ever look straight. And their hand massage is literally like two rubs and done. Barely a massage. I might as well be back on the hunt to find a place that takes time to make my nails look nicely. I think ones name is Taylor. She rushed through it, hurt me in the process of cutting cuticles too quickly, and just overall not too satisfied. I want to give this place another try, but with another nail tech... but yeah, I'm tired of having to constantly let them know it's uneven. That shouldn't be my job. read more

I went here for the first time a few days ago, I've been looking for a place closer to home because I used to drive far to get my nails done for years! I called about an hour ahead of time and asked for someone really good because my nails were in need of some major help after my vacation. Whomever was on the phone was very nice! I had four nails that fell off and the rest were my natural. I walked in and Nancy was there to rescue my nails! She was AMAZING! Everything I asked she did above and beyond! She made me feel very comfortable! I usually do gel powder dip but they did not have a huge selection. She said not to worry, I can get an acrylic dip and gel over it! They have sooooo many beautiful colors and creative art nails to choose from! I was in heaven! The lady at the front was so welcoming and it was a very pleasant environment! I'm sold on this nail place and I'm for sure going back to see Nancy! read more

I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. I went in for a gel mani and a gel pedi. I requested a pretty simple design, see picture. I seriously haven't gotten my nails professionally done in a few years and this place just reminded me why I don't go to nail salons. I recently got a new job about a mile away from here and needed a mani/pedi for a weekend in Vegas. I should have heeded the bad yelp reviews and never wasted $74 for a gel mani/pedi. Yes, $74!! Like, wtf right? I'm not sure what the breakdown was, but they kept saying it was $6 freaken dollars for the two strips of gold tape. They did forewarn me that the tape didn't last long but I said that's what I wanted and to do it. I got my nails done on a Wednesday and 2 of the gold tape strips had already peeled off by Friday. Like seriously? They charged me a ridiculous price for something that literally lasted hours?? Talk about a rip off. To top the issue, they didn't know how to apply the simple design I wanted and they had to attempt a few times with a various ladies to get it done. Ok, so moving passed the gold tape rip off, I requested the middle priced pedicure with some scented exfoliating scrub and the lady who did the scrubbing barely even used the pumice on my heels even tho I asked her to scrub more. My heels were not bad (I normally do my own mani/pedi and I don't have callus), but whatever the scrub was dried out my feet and left my heels disgusting the next day. There was gel left all over the skin of my toes, creating a wall as they grew out. Next, I also own OPI gel nail products and have NEVER had the clear top coat turn a disgusting burnt brown. (See picture of white nail polish) The pink nail polish has the same browning on the edges. I have a feeling that the cure lamps they use are not compatible with OPI as they are "Gelish" brand lamps. I saw another review with a French tip experience the same issue, which leads me to believe that this place does not care about their service and just wants to make money while sacrificing quality. Last thing I'd like to point out is the uneven coats of gel nail polish. Like seriously, if you can't paint nails nicely, then you shouldn't be working in a nail salon. I wasted exactly two hours there I know the lady that did my hand nails was Ivy, idk who the others a where. read more
