When I arrived there were 2 people in front of me and a lady brought her baby and I was bringing my son in stroller too, the owner told us that we could not enter with the stroller, I told her that I had already entered with it and she said no, I mentioned my child has a disability and I can not leave him out, she said sorry but you could not get in, I told her what a bad service and the last time I went to that place. This place must be known for manicures ONLY and not pedis and definitely not their customer service. I told my mom to come to this place because of the rave reviews on yelp. She went in for a pedicure. The lady didn't do a good job so my mom went back to see if they could fix it for her because her nails were bothering her. Since my mom is diabetic she makes sure she takes good care of her feet. When she went in she expressed her concern with the lady there. I work in customer service so if someone comes in with a concern or complaint we take accountability, we apologize and see how we can make things better for the customer. Whoever she spoke with told her that they don't fix it because they don't have time, they're too busy and to simply go somewhere else. They refunded her the money and that was that. One day, after eating at the Curry House a couple doors down from this place, I noticed a sign in the window that stated gel manicures were done, and that walk ins were welcome. I glanced at my raggedy looking nails, and walked in. Half hour and $25 later, my nails were shiny and pretty again, and that was with tip included! This was about $15 less than my usual go to place in Tustin, so Score! My only question now was whether the gel had been done properly or not.. if not, it would chip, and I'd be sad. Fast forward two weeks, the manicure was as shiny as it was when I left the salon, and just needed to be redone due to new nail growth. Another gem discovered! Even on a busy Saturday I got seated within a few minutes for dip powder manicure and pedicure. Although the selection of colors for dip powder isn't extensive, the attention to detail in their service is A+! Nails were trimmed and files to perfect shapes. I live out of state but working in the area for a few weeks and needed my nails done. Found this place here on Yelp and gave them a try. They're busy so I highly suggest calling an appointment. I was able to get a same day appointment on a weekday. When I walked in it was busy and glad I had the appointment. Even then they were 10-15 min behind schedule. Tiffany was my nail tech and was very nice. Everyone seems friendly. I had a powder dip manicure and even though I had an appointment an hour prior to closing they asked if I would want a pedicure as well even though they would've had to stay late. I declined but it was a nice offer. I was surprised at how long it took. My nail tech at home completes my dip nail in an hour but I was there for 1hr 40min. Tiffany does great work though and made sure it was perfect. It was nice of her to take her time & not rush even though it meant she would stay 40 minutes past closing. This is my first Yelp review and few places deserve a 5 star review as much as this place does. I am in no way related to any one at this business, rather I'm just a girl who was nail-less and sad and looking for guidance (haha). After many, many inconsistently average and some down right terrible nail salon experiences at a number of shops in Orange County, I was desperate to get my nails done again. I had given up on getting them done for well over a year and finally I decided to do some research on finding a new salon I could rely on (which I've never fully had- at least not for very long before it went south). Thanks to Yelp, I decided to walk into Nails Galore based on the wonderful review it had and noticed it was fairly new. Here's where the funny story comes in: Before getting my nails done, I went to the Cerritos mall to get some shopping done, which I went into Sephora. I was in line to buy something and the woman in front of me paying at the counter said to the young woman ringing up her makeup, "Oh my god, those nails are beautiful! I love them and they look so good!" She smiled and genuinely said thank you in a hurry because they were really busy, and mentioned how she needed to get them done. I went to pay for my items, looked at her nails, and thought, hot-damn those nails are fire! They were the best nails I had seen in so long and I was so mad at myself for not asking where she got them done because I didn't want to bother her with how busy they all were. Anyway, I mosey on over to Nails Galore right after and walk-in without an appointment, receiving the lovely Leanne to do my first full acrylic set I've had in probably 10 years. As Leanne is beginning to work on my nails, who the hell walks in the door for her nail appointment? The Sephora employee with the million dollar nails! That was a huge moment of reassurance when I was honestly rather nervous to invest in a new place that I had never been to before. We chatted and she remembered me from the store, and laughed about how funny it was we both ended up there; and explained how dedicated she was to this shop because they produce the absolute BEST work. About a half hour later, I walked out of there agreeing with her 100 PERCENT! From the minute I entered Nails Galore, I was greeted by warm welcome from EVERY. SINGLE. WOMAN. They asked my name, got to know me, joked with me and have the absolute best humor and relationships with each other- you can definitely tell. They seem like a family and they are so inviting. Most of the women, if not all, even remembered my name as I walked out of shop the first time I came, and remembered me when I walked in for my second visit- BY NAME. They make sure you have water at all times and make you as comfortable as possible- anything you need, they try to accommodate you in any way. Leanne is so sweet and did amazing work the first time I went in, that I began requesting her when I initially started coming back. The two weeks after I got them done, I got more compliments than I could count on how great my nails looked. Everyone loved them and I passed out their business cards like wildfire- as I still do to this day. When I came back another time, Leanne wasn't there on the day I had to come in, and Holly (the owner) offered to take my appointment. Ever since, after coming in on a different day due to my changed work schedule, I have made my appointments with Holly and she is top notch! I started getting pink and white acrylics, and believe me when I say that Holly is the best I have EVER had- as well as anyone that I know- do my nails when it comes to pink and white tip. Not only does she provide the absolute BEST quality, but she does it so fast and precise it's unbelievable- and without a single flaw! If there is ever a flaw with any customer, they invite you back in and make it perfect right away without any questions. Now being in there so often, I have seen some customers make ridiculous demands and some customers have been so unnecessarily rude at times- and these women never waiver and always remain polite, kind, professional and give a great outcome! They are constantly staffed and will always try to fit you in their appointment schedule even if you walk in, in a hurry. A year later and I'm still here! Their prices are unbeatable, and their quality is impeccable. I have finally found my favorite, permanent, go-to place to get any and all nail work done. I cannot stop raving about them to all the women in my life and every person I know that has tried them has not stop raving about them. I'm a big supporter of small and local businesses whenever possible, and this is one business I will definitely make an effort to always come back to- even if I'm in a different city or not in the area, I will make my arrangements based around this business rather than going to another nail salon. After reading some of the reviews, I was excited to come in. The hubby was watching the kids and I needed a break! :) And I haven't been getting manis and pedis that often so going to get one is a treat! I was able to walk right in on a Saturday afternoon. However, they were busy. People coming in after me were waiting. Spa Pedicure The technician (she never told me her name) I think was new. I was never given a price list or what services they offer. No upselling, nothing. (And I'm the kind that always gets the extras. After 20 years of soccer I need callous remover!) So I asked for extra massage time. $5 for an additional 15 minutes. Perfect. But she spent 10 minutes on one leg. I had to ask her to work on my other leg for the remaining 5 minutes. Again, she was nice, but I could have gotten the same service at home doing them myself. Gel Manicure Again, the technician didn't give me her name. She was very meticulous, so much so that she nicked me 4 different times on my cuticles on 4 different fingers. Then towards the end, they got super busy and so the end of my manicure was rushed. The massage I got on my hands and arms was barely a rub down. The entire time she maybe said 10 words to me total. what started off as a simple girls spa day turned into a regular occurrence. i've been going consistently since last october and am pleased with each visit. the service is great, and all the girls are really incredibly sweet. i think it's important to find a person you like and stick with just them for the most consistent results. depending on who i get the quality and satisfaction differs a bit, but for the most part i leave quite pleased. i think leanne has been my favorite so far, and cindy is really great too. pricing can be a little vague sometimes, but usually for my fill they charge around 17, and for new set plus pedi it comes out to 47 (callus removal included for an extra $5). they prefer that you pay with cash, or at least have cash handy for tip, but they do take cards! call and make an appointment because they get really busy during the weekends. read more

Nice service with pretty nail arts. I found this on Yelp and decided to give it a try for my wedding nails. I asked for Leane but they gave me Nina. But it's still pretty good. They do lack some color, when they show you the collection they have, they don't actually have all of them. I want some pure silver on top of pink, they don't have that silver, only some glittering with different shades of color mixed in. Other than that, it's good. And when you do the spa for hand, they did a good job to remove the cuticles. I had a lot :p they saved me from that for wedding. So yeah, I recommend this place. read more

This nail salon is the only salon I go to because of its great service and amazing prices. They have a variety of designs and even have an instagram page so we can see what they look like. They are very patient and friendly, making me feel very welcomed every single time. They also remember you if you come in several times. I don't do my nails on a monthly basis but they still remember me which makes this place pretty special. I just went here for the 1st time today and these ladies are amazing!! I have been trying a new nail salon each time I get my nails done for a while now and I can finally say I found "my nail spot"!! Cindy did my new set, black with a gold ring finger and super cool design. This was my first time getting gel color with a set (usually I go pink and white tip) and I'm not big on designs either. However, I loved the design! She was very precise, comparing each nail to the opposite hand to be sure they were symetrical. She took her time and in no way rushed, yet I was out of there in just over an hour! Couldn't be happier with the results. Geanne did my pedi, just a simple aqua color with no design, exactly how I like it. She did a great job "grooming" my toe nails. Her massage was also great. Holly, the owner I believe, was very nice and created conversation with us patrons and her staff. Pricing was decent, I paid $48 for a pedi and new gel color set with design. My friends have recommended this place for forever and I finally went and I was NOT disappointed. I got a full set of acrylic nails, almond shape, with gel color for $35. The girl that did them (didn't get her name) was very nice, fast, and knew what she was doing. These are by far the best set of nails I've gotten anywhere and I'll definitely be returning. The whole staff was extremely nice and they served me super fast. I was a walk in, no appointment, and I didn't wait any time. The entire time I was there (a little less than an hour) I don't think I saw a single person come in and wait more than 5 minutes before being helped and seated. i work right next to nails galore!!! I have gotten an eyebrow and upper lip wax. Nails and toes! So let me just start first by saying, I lived in Chicago most of my life. Nail Salons in Illinois are not EVER as cheap as they are here in the OC. Lots of competition i guess.... OH and most nail salons back home have a big huge selection of nail polish by OPI and Essie. The nail salons I have been to here don't have nice nail polish brands. Now while i'm not saying OPI is so much better as far as chipping or drying time... They just have REALLY great colors! They are also very dirty and some had very ghetto setups for pedicure. There's also this big need to do nails and toes at the same time. Not something common back home. OK now here's my review! Holly is awesome. She knows that her nail salon should be clean and have higher quality products. She has been in the business for many years and now she owns! All the chairs are new and everyone smiles:) She talks to all the customers and makes them feel like they are important. She did a great job on my brows and when I went in to say hi she cleaned them up with tweezers and scissors just because. She also removed my almost gone polish on my nails because she knew i was headed to a dinner and shouldn't look like that. Anyway, it's hard to find a good place and i'm glad she is right next door. Pricing compared to Sacramento was really good. $39 for both, $20 for the gel mani and $19 for a french pedi. This would've easily cost $50 in Sac! I've tried to go to another place once when Nails Galore was busy, but they did such a bad job felt like I wasted my money. Now I only come here, even when there is a wait (make an appointment if you're short on time). I don't have a preferred nail tech because all their nail techs are good, will take their time and do an amazing job every single time. Because of this they are very popular and do get busy most of the time, and it's hard to please everybody when you're busy.
