Made a whole scene and I wasn't about to argue in front of everyone, you should never try and embarrass your customers (especially if I didn't do anything wrong). They take people who walk in immediately vs customers who have been waiting already. NOT ON TIME FOR APPOINTMENTS - don't go if you're in a rush.

To start, the tech aggressively removed my old acrylics with an acrylic nail tip which was extremely painful. I do not feel like he took his time to shape my nails the way that I wanted, and they do not look at all like the example picture I showed him. I stopped him in the middle of the appointment and asked if he could please make the nails like the sample photo and he said "I did". My nails hurt so bad today after how rough he was with them. I am just so upset after spending $70 to leave not pleased or even with what I asked for :( I just want my money back at this point and will not be returning

My nails look like my 8 yr old painted them. Suggestion for the owner, have your staff actually take a minute and paint the WHOLE nail. There shouldn't be sloppy paint jobs it's not that complicated. And also the one male is a bit rough and rude if you don't relax your hand. Overall I'm done giving them my money for a crappy manicure that chips in less than 4 days. Very unprofessional. Last time I had to ask for them to do an additional coat because the two they had applied was still see thru, the girl pretended to not speak English and yelled out. This was my "ok I'll try again" manicure and now I'm going elsewhere.
