Came in for a pedicure, thought I was getting in right away because they ran the water and had me soak my feet.. So I'm waiting thinking someone was about to come and hook me up, nope! They had me waiting in that water for 20 minutes mind you now the water is cold!! So I get out like no I'm good.. Then that's when someone the manager decides to come and say oh I didn't know she wasn't done doing her toes I'm sorry I didn't know.. Very poor unprofessional service.. When I sat down in that water they should've told me they had no one else available right now to do my toes that I would have to wait until the lady was done doing my fiancé's toes! When I walked in I noticed a terrible chemical smell but I was desperate as I had a flight to catch later that evening so I stayed. Then I saw two workers (male and female) each sitting at a pedicure station with their shoes in the bowls where people's bare feet are supposed to go. The other pedicure station bowl was filled with cleaning supplies. This cannot be sanitary! I also noticed while I was getting the polish removed the general unkempt conditions of this place. Dirty counters in the back, old nail tools laying around on a counter, bottles of various chemicals and cleaning fluids scattered about. I don't understand how these people have a license to operate still. Maybe the health dept hasn't done an inspection since they first opened. The female was ordered to help me then the boss left. She reluctantly came to a manicure station to do my nails. I asked her the price for doing a design on my nails. She quoted me $10 PER NAIL. I repeated what she said and she confirmed. When I asked her NOT cut my cuticles she let out a huff then said I should do my own nails then walked back over to the pedicure station! The nerve of this b!!tch. This is usually my quick on the go Mani/Pedi spot... Staff is nice, attentive, and loves to engage in conversation. The salon is usually organized and well maintained. The prices are average. Mimi does eyebrows and lashes.. She's very good at eyebrows... I'm not the lashes type.. Walk ins are always welcomed!!! read more

I walked in at 5:45p for a pedicure. After sitting for almost 10mins one of the works told me the wait would be an hour. Keep in mind that there were only two customers being serviced and three workers. One of the workers had just finished another customers pedicure and put her at the drying table. I felt as though because it was about and hour before closing time, they did not want to service anyone else. I'll never patronize this "business" again. read more

I use to love this place, but it has really gone downhill in the last few years. A older man did my nails on March 11, and he was nice enough, but several of my nails were crooked. I mentioned this and was given a discount. I got a pedicure next which was done by a young lady who is very rude and kept hitting me on the side of my leg when I didn't respond to commands she made due to me not being able to understand her broken English. I have had this young lady before and she is usually very rude. I have included a photo of my nails and as you can see, my nails need to be filled after only one week!
