Thankfully they had availability during the busy season and were able to fit my sister and I in on a weeknight just a few days later. Overall I had a great first experience, my nail tech was experienced, knowledgeable and very meticulous in her work. I really liked that she did a horizontal cateye, giving it a french tip effect. They charged me $21 dollars for nail removal, which was unheard of. I assumed it would only cost 10 dollars which I think is ridiculous as well. I could have just clipped my own nails and tried to take it off myself. The service tech asked me if it was gel or acrylic, I presumed that they just upped the price when I said what type of nail it was. I do not think that should reflect on the price, because they charge an arm an a leg to put the gel nails on already. They always say, "oh gel nail better." My behind. This place is the worst. Furthermore, I told the technician not to use the machine to file my nails as it was already weak, but he did not listen and continued to use the electric file. I was so upset, and made me more angry that they charged so much to remove the nails. I only soaked the nail for less than 5mins. Do not go here, they are not experienced.

Then we got seated and my mom asked a question about shellac and the women just kept smiling at her not answering. Thinking it might've been a language barrier I asked the gentleman doing my nails and then the lady started to argue with my mom about shellac. (my mom had a reaction to shellac on her fingers and was asking about doing just a gel top coat on her toes). After that the two employees were speaking to each other only and staring at me and it made me uncomfortable. The lady finished my mom's pedicure abruptly (no massage, the jets weren't on in the soaker foot tub, rushed treatment) and moved her to the drying table. My pedicure lasted another 15-20 minutes with hot stones and massage. They very things I knew my mom would love and why I took her here. It was very strange. There was no music playing which is a small detail but when you've had awkwardness already the silence made it even more uncomfortable. Unfortunately I won't be back.
