Thankfully they had availability during the busy season and were able to fit my sister and I in on a weeknight just a few days later. Overall I had a great first experience, my nail tech was experienced, knowledgeable and very meticulous in her work. I really liked that she did a horizontal cateye, giving it a french tip effect. I took my mom for pedicures because I'd had a good experience here before but it was a disaster…read morethis time. First of all they called to change appointment time which was not a big deal we went in early. Then we got seated and my mom asked a question about shellac and the women just kept smiling at her not answering. Thinking it might've been a language barrier I asked the gentleman doing my nails and then the lady started to argue with my mom about shellac. (my mom had a reaction to shellac on her fingers and was asking about doing just a gel top coat on her toes). After that the two employees were speaking to each other only and staring at me and it made me uncomfortable. The lady finished my mom's pedicure abruptly (no massage, the jets weren't on in the soaker foot tub, rushed treatment) and moved her to the drying table. My pedicure lasted another 15-20 minutes with hot stones and massage. They very things I knew my mom would love and why I took her here. It was very strange. There was no music playing which is a small detail but when you've had awkwardness already the silence made it even more uncomfortable. Unfortunately I won't be back.
